The water coming out of the refrigerator is delicious! and I say "delicious" because I am very picky with the water I drink, for years I had to buy cases and cases of water, what a waste! Now, no more bottles or carrying heavy casesBrian was our salesman, very friendly and professional, he did not pressure us at allI agreed to buy this system because I grew up with it, my mom had it too and I already knew the benefits My skin is super soft and my hair is softer too, I don't even have to use conditioner for my hair! Really pleased with this purchase

Valley Environmental Resources came out to our house to do a "water review"My husband and I knew that it was a sales pitch but were curious as to what exactly was in our waterWe have been drinking bottled water since moving to the area as the tap water is simply not palatableBob, the marketing representative, was very knowledgeable and very entertainingWe have been looking to get a water softener for a while and the ability to get such a high quality one at reasonable cost was very appealingWe were paying to have bottled water delivered to our house and the monthly cost for the water softener loan is just a few dollars moreIt is well worth it to have water that is drinkable, will not destroy our appliances and dry out our skinWe have not regretted our purchase for one minuteNothing Bob said was wrong or misleadingMy husband and I have suffered from dry, itchy skin for yearsIt is goneIt is really nice to not have to deal with the large gallon water bottles anymore and being able to drink our tap water is wonderfulOnce we decided to go ahead Bob made it easyThe installation crew was at our house the next morningThey were very fast, efficient and professional

My name is *** and I'm a very happy customer with my purchase of The Clean Living Aqua-Guard & Clean Living SM-Hyper Filtration System I've had the system a few months and I've noticed my dishes are cleaner than ever coming out of the dishwasher My glasses haven't been sparkly clear since they were brand new My shower has less shower sm, my clothes are cleaner and whites are brighter I really like the supply of cleaning products that came with it that rival brand name products The thing that impresses me the most is the impact the water system has had on my animals I have boxers and my older one has had dry skin and dry nose issues Now her fur is so much softer and her nose is no longer jagged and rough-looking I'm impressed with the system that sells itself and ultimately pays for itself over time with the money saved on supplies and hard water damages

There is no way I would give this company any Stars however, I am required to for this reviewAfter having this water system for years and still having a balance over $2K and with the promise of having enough soaps to last yearsI am utterly frustrated and disgusted with the maintenance they provideAfter spending over $5k with a contractThen to having to pay $200-$for the to come out and do the maintenanceWith is bi-yearly and requiredAs a struggling single mother alreadyI was convinced that it was the best deal everBut here I am extremely frustratedNot to mention the Salt for the unit is costly alsoThat part I understandBut when you have to have the maintenance done they always come in and state there is a problem with an item and that I need to get it replacedSo again, a cost that I can hardly affordMy point is that this product was over promised with an extremely long presentation and then if installed right away it would benefit the householdI do not see any benefits years laterI still have calcium build upLint in my dryer and have to use lotions and conditionersYes years later A few weeks ago, my outside unit sprung a leak and I was told I would receive an email with a quoteI never received that quote I had to call them not sure how they did not have the correct contact information for me since they ask for it every time I speak with themI spoke with a Manager and he stated that he reviewed the notes and that a quote will be sent to me right awayCome to find out I need to replace my Tank not repair it because it can not just be repairedthe price for a new tank is $I am stuck in the contract for more years, I just want outI still have a balance over $2K and now need a new Tank for $There is no wayI just want out of this NightmareAnd of course, I just get the run aroundBeing an unsatisfied customer isn’t enoughThere is not a care in the world of my situation I would NEVER refer this company if I put my life on itIf it wasn’t for all the promises I was given at the door when they knocked on itI would have never done this in the first placeCompletely and Utterly Disgusted with this company They are Just money Hungry and do not care about the customers for any circumstances

I am very happy with the system that I had installedI no longer have to buy bottled water Skin, hair are now not dry, but soft.and the soaps and cleaner the give you all work very goodthe people who installed were all very nicewould recommend this company to any one

After having a water test done at our current home we decided to have a system put in because the water was so hard and tasted terribleThis was on a Friday evening and they came out first thing the next morning and did the install I was to write a review but honestly I didn't really think it helped except for the reverse osmosis A few days ago the salt in the unit in the garage was low This morning I took a shower and it hit me My shower was horribleI used so much shampoo and body wash And I didn't just can't believe the difference This is by far the best thing we did and this company stands behind their products

I am very happy with my water system My skin is smoother and is not drying out The water is very good I appreciate knowing my dog is drinking safe water, not the chemical kind It is amazing to pour water and not have cloudy water in my glass I thoroughly enjoy the fact that I have products to save me moneyI would recommend to anyone to get this system

When purchasing the water filtration system, I agreed to post a review with the Revdex.comUntil now, I did not have enough information to accurately review the productI was promised the water would have minimal particulate, I would use far less soap, etcI have never seen a reduction of my use of soap, nor does the soap foam like it should with "softened" water and now I understand whyI just independently tested the particulate in my "filtered" water and there is ppm in that water (about for regular tap water), so essentially, the approximately $system has been doing nothing to help my water for the last six monthsStrangely, I tested my incoming, unfiltered water and only got ppm of particulate, so the system seems to be ADDING to the particulate load in the waterWhen they originally tested my filtered water, about a week after installation, it tested very low for particulateI believe the problem occurred when shortly thereafter we detected a leak in a part of the filter systemThey had a technician come out and replace the partThe system was never re-checked for water quality, which, in retrospect, should have been doneI am planning to call the company tomorrow and I fully expect to have them come fix whatever issue is happeningI do not believe this is a bad company but I was concerned with their insistance on having me post a positive review, and the lack of verification after a repairI'm angry because my entire family has been drinking this water and I was under the impression that it was safer than tap waterAnd it wasn't

We have had our system installed for a little more than a month now and are very happy with it I delivered everything Dief said it wouldThe sales pitch was a soft-sell with no pressure, which I really appreciated
The installation team was very friendly and efficientAs a DIY kind of guy, I observed the installation, hovering over the team members They did not mind my intrusion and took the time to explain the installation to my total satisfaction
The water tastes wonderful My son-in-law stops by the house on weekday evenings to pick up their dog (we provide doggy day care while my daughter and her husband are at work), and heads directly to our refrigerator and draws a glass of water for himself He says it is the best water he has tasted in the Phoenix area
The whites in our laundry comes out whiter than it used to, and there is almost no lint in the dryer's lint filter
Bottom line: We are completely satisfied with this system and highly recommend Valley Environmental Resources They certainly lived up to their promises

We had the water treatment system put in less than a month ago and I am really liking how the water is making the showers look cleaner after use! My husband likes not having to take the gallon water containers to be refilled at least once a weekWe had great experiences with both the salesperson and the follow up visit, very knowledgeable and friendly menWe are looking forward to seeing the cost savings this system will provide with buying less cleaning supplies and bottled waterWe were given boxes full of their cleaners, soaps, etc and those will definitely save us money for several months!
Overall, we are happy with our purchase this early on and look forward to enjoying the cost savings and the time freed up from cleaning so much

I have put a great deal of thought into this review and have actually waited about years after owning our water softener and RO system before I am actually giving this reviewHopefully this can be of some help to someone
To start, I can say Valley Environmental's customer service is greatEveryone I have ever spoken with that works for them has been nothing but professional, level-headed and very kindIf I needed to have a candid conversation with them, I know I could do so without tempers flaring and emotions controlling the discussionMy wife left a note-so-pleasant review and the owner actually gave us a call personally to discuss the things we were seeing and even offered to send someone out to do a free check-up
Now, in regards to the product:
I do feel like we were promised a lot of things that we never got out of this water softenerWe were promised our dryer would have less lint; that has been unnoticeableWe were promised no calcium build up in toilets, showers and faucets; we still have calcium build upWe were promised no water spots on dishes and cars after washing; we still have water spots (regardless of how much or little soap we use.) We were promised things would clean easier; that has been unnoticeableWe were promised we would not need face lotion after showering because there was no chlorine in the water; I still use face lotion every single dayWife was promised she wouldn't need conditioner; she still needs conditionerWe were promised we would need less soap; this has been unnoticeable (admittedly, it may be our fault for continuing to use more than is totally necessary.)
I have showered in hotels and such and felt the difference in the water, and it is definitely noticeableHowever, I don't think this unit is really anything specialIt filters water as well as softens it, so it does a lot more than just taking out the chlorine, but as far as the softening of the water goesif that is all you are looking foryou can buy one online and save about $4,
This unit cost us a discounted price of about $5K because we signed up that same day (big mistake.) (On a side note, we had just barely had a new born baby and the salesman's pitch was HOURS LONG!!) As far as water softeners go, that is extremely over priced, though it did come with a Reverse Osmosis system for the drinking waterThat I can say is un-replaceableI will always own an RO system from now onStill, you can get those online much cheaperIt also came with years worth of hand soap, laundry detergent, cleansers and automatic dishwasher soapThe cleansers smelled great, so we loved thoseDishwasher soap wassoapWe use it cause it is thereDefinitely won't last years thoughThe laundry soap was awfulwe actually thought our washer was growing mold or something because our clothes were smelling so grosswe would run it empty with hot water and bleach trying to shake the smellthen we realizedit was the detergentDropped that like a hot potato and clothes smelled fine again
The loan is about 17% interest or so, so it is extremely high, payments end up coming in around $a monthIf at all possible, I would return the unitHowever, this is probably the most frustrating part of the whole ordealThey give you a day window where you can actually return the unitHowever, after they install it, they tell you it will take two weeks to even tell a difference due to all of the build up in the pipes (makes sense!) So your return window expires before you can even determine the quality of the unit they sell you!! In my opinion, that is quite a scamDidn't realize that when we boughtThat would be my biggest warning to everyone
At the end of the day, if you are looking for a system that is said to filter the water out completely, this may be the one you want, though you won't really know its doing itMore of a peace of mind thingIf you just want softer water, go buy somewhere elseMy honest and unemotional review that I've put together over the last two years is that the unit isn't worth the price and doesn't make the big difference everyone promisedIt isn't an investment like the salesman tries to convince youYou aren't going to save money on soap, shampoo and laundry detergent, which is how they justify the saleIt all sounds good, but in reality and in practice, your expenses will stay the same
I struggled between giving this a 2-star and 3-star ratingI realized if I could go back, I would have turned them down at the first door knock, and so I should probably go with starsOnce again, the people were fantastic, the product was over promised thoughWe are getting ready to sell our home and so we will likely leave it with the house so we can erase the whole situation from our lives and just buy a regularly priced unit online and never have to make payments again

PS: There is a bi-yearly maintenance required on the filtersThat costs about $200-$I guess the $5K you spent on the unit wasn't enough to cover changing out some filters

I have had my system for about weeks now The first interaction with the company was with someone coming to the door asking to test the waterKnowing that this was someone trying to sell me something didn't deter the curiosity I had for whatever test results they were going to be coming back withWhen the salesman came with my results and the product to sell I was just going to listen to pitch, take my gift card and send him on his wayOnce the pitch started I was intrigued throughoutMy salesman was quite humorous as well as educationalThe two things that sold me were the way that the water cleaned and the tasteThe first test the salesman showed was a spot on my carpet I had been trying to get out with no availHe got the spot out within minutes with just the water There is no way I would have believed it unless I had seen it with my own two eyesI even tried to replicate it with unprocessed tap water after he left thinking that I just hadn't scrubbed long or hard enoughI then rememebered he had left a glass of water for me to drinkI took this glass and tried on the spot I tried to get up with the regular waterIt took the spot right outThe results have surpassed my expectationsThe taste of the water is fantasticNo more bottled water for meThe benefits of the system far out way the costI gave my sister's name for a demonstration and she bought the very next week
