This company came to sell us this water system and made sure that booth parties were here at our house to pitch us this systemThen when it came to installing the system they just made sure my wife was there and not my selfThey told my wofe that they recommended the two units in the garage in the corner by the doorWhen I came home from work I couldn't even park my vehicle in the garage and when I finally got the vehicle in the garage I couldn't even get around the system to get inside the houseThey ran a water drain line above some electrical that I have installed and to see a water line just thrown across the garage ceiling and not supported neatly made me very unhappyThey came out and moved it a week later after this complaintI contacted the company a month later after not seeing anything change with the dish washer and laundry washing machineThe dishes are still dirty and clothes are not as clean as we expectedI then called and told them we are not happy with this sy

I was interested in a hard water softener and water purification system for my home but I wasn't to sure how it exactly how worked and if was worth getting for the home for the price it would cost meI was very skeptical that it was even necessary for the home at all, like how much difference could it actually make over all on a day to day basis for me and my family
But after my meeting/presentation Valley Environmental Recourses they really showed me how much the hard water softer/purification system was a must for my home and my familyDuring the presentation, I was showed how discussing and contaminated the water that coming into my home wasIt was full of Chlorine and other contaminants that I was pretty shocked aboutThe water that was coming onto my home, that I was using to shower, cook, and clean with and sometimes drank was almost two times over the legal limit of contaminationAfter seeing that I knew that it was a must to get the system for my home
Over all I was pretty satisfied with Valley Environmental ResourcesThe were educated, the did the installation the same day and I got a decent financing deal on the systemThe only draw backs were that the system was a little pricy with 5,price tag and the install was a little sloppy cosmetically but the system works get and I'm glad I made the investment for my home and for my family

So we have been super happy with the service that we purchasedThe water has been great, the products are great, and we haven't really had a problem with the serviceI just can't get ahold of anyone to get the case of water bottles that we were told we would getI was really looking forward to that:/

We got our new system almost a month agoHaving moved from Iowa just over a year ago, we initially thought that our dry skin and hair was from it being dry in Arizona - but that's definitely not the caseThe water is TERRIBLEOur clothes were getting worn out quicker (lint screen always busting at the seams)I was using lotion regularly and double conditioning my hairNot to mention the ridiculous build up in the toilets and showers/bathsThis system has changed all of thatNo more lotion AT ALLUsing LESS product in the showers (soaps and conditioners)No longer scrubbing the toilet every days to get rid of the ringOur dishes are no longer coming out spottedThe lint screen is back to "normal"And ultimately - the water tastes (and smells) wonderful and my whole family uses it(Seriously, if you don't have a filtration system....SMELL your water.)
We are thoroughly happy with the system and the TON of free soaps and detergents that came with it

The overall experience with Valley Environmental Resources was greatWhen I was presented with the information regarding their water softener system I was never pressured into making a purchaseThey provided great examples and were able to prove the difference between their water system and the hard water that we had in the houseThe installation was quick and professionalI enjoy having great drinking water and I can already tell a difference when cleaning with the water

I moved here from the NW and have had water systems prior I did quite a bit of research and for me service and quality of the product are the key factors that made me select Valley Environmental Resources Inc for my home water softener The sales person was very knowledgeable and listened to what my concerns were They didn't try to up-sell anything and were up front with everything from the initial cost down to yearly maintenance options I never felt pressured
They installed the system quickly and other than leaving behind the system you wouldn't have known they were there It has made such a difference for my house My dishes no longer have ugly spots, I no longer have build up in my faucets, my skin isn't as dry and my laundry is cleaner
I am very pleased with my system and am sure that if there ever is a problem they will handle it quickly

We recently moved to the Avondale area after having lived on the coast of Oregon As you might expect we were not pleased with the hard water in this areaEspecially the build up of hard water scale and the taste of the water With the new soft water system we are quite pleased The water tastes great and we no longer have to haul heavy water bottles from the store into the house Cleaning of the showers is so much easier The salesman and installers were great to work with

July 8th, I've had my system with this company for a year and a half now and have had headaches with it since month I have called to their office and complained so much the management staff knows my case by nameI've never had a problem with calcium build up on my bathroom faucets and shower heads until this system was installedI get many occasions of black water coming through my bathroom spouts and toiletKeep in mind I do keep salt in my system and add to it regularly thinking I'd avoid the occurancesBut also Another situation I have never in my life seen until this system got installedWhen they first knock on your door and pitch the sale, I was pretty convinced I'd be experiencing cleaner water compared to not having a filter systemThey have you write a quick review on the Revdex.com to keep their looks good and life goes downhill from theirThey are way overpriced and it's a financial trapI have a $5,crappy water system that I can not return from their continued excusesPlus you only have a couple weeks to return itBut you don't see problems until a month or so into your experienceI google some reviews about this company and there are similar complaints about the water coloringSo if you enjoy showering or brushing your teeth in black water, this system is for youNothing they had showed us in their demo about there system is trueNow my husband and I are struggling to get away from this company because they want us to wait weeks for a service tech and charge $each service call for a broke product they installedIt's not worth itSave your money while you can and go to Lowe's or Home Depot for a water softenerWe don't even care about the loan amount at his pointWe just want to get rid of the system

I can understand how clean water can sound like a sails pitch But this washer system has helped our family a lot for the sorry time we have had it When we first moved into out new home, both my young children started having issuesOne had rashes, the other got stye on both eyes (he is year old)We tried everything, changed soaps,laundry detergent, cleaning solutions, and took them to the Dr almost every weekNothing helpedAfter one week of having our system in place, we could see a difference in our children's healthThe rashes are goneMy son's stye has almost disappearedWe use less soap and feel cleaner and more refreshedI can't forget to mention how nice the installation men wereThey came same day and left no mess They took my opinion in account and helped me with any questions I have (I have a lot)This system may not be for everyone, but my family and I LOVE IT!

so we decided to wait a couple of months and try out the '' New water '' in our houseLet me start off by saying we couldn't be happier with our decision and it has made our house hold easier to maintain and healthier in a sense that almost everyone that visits our home loves our fresh clean water I would recommend it to everyone I know !

We have been using the water filtration system since October (months) and we have been very happy The biggest difference I have noticed is the absence of the hard water build up around our sink faucets I also love the taste of the water from the reverse osmosis system Our ice is clearer too I think it's worth the money I'm excited that we are able to take it with us if we decide to move The extra product it comes with us worked well for us We are still using the soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap, etcmonths later and still have so much left over I give this product thumbs up
