reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

While my payment has been received I believe it is only because I threatened legal action and started this complaint.  There are MANY other individuals who have had goods essentially stolen from this company (in that they are being held despite requests to return their items) and even more people who have not been paid for goods of theirs that Vaunte has sold to other customers.   This business should be investigated and held responsible for their reprehensible actions.

We are in the process of removing [redacted] profile from our site. This does take some time to do on the technical side because we need to preserve the transactional history of the account, also.
