Review: This business is far from honest. they don't tell their potential clients about the fact that they have a c+ rating from the better business beurou. Why is that I wonder. they also failed to tell me of all the separate charges that would be automatically coming out of my account until the very last second, Giving the false hope that I can start a business for under five hundred dollars! I believe I read that there is a money back garantee on both the [redacted]duct and the money used to "start a company". I have the report on my checking account I have noticed there are quite a few charges from outside parties that are coming out of my account with out my knowledge. I have to say I am very disappointed in the fact that they knew I was a single mother of a young child trying to make my way and they still felt the need to take 299.00 from my account for a dvd and [redacted]ducts that obviously have a horrible rating and there are many people that are unsatisfied with. I also believe that the misleading wording and the three way phone calls are made to disorient and confuse people into thinking that this business will actually be worth the two thousand dollars they tried to get from my account last night. I am not impressed and would like this issue resolved as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: I want the 299.00 I spent thinking I was paying to start up my own business when actually all I was purchasing was overpriced energy drinks that from whet I have researched since don't taste good and don't work!

Vemma Nutrition Company is a direct selling company that markets dietary and nutritional supplements to customers through a network of independent distributors referred to as “Affiliates.” Affiliates are independent contractors eligible to earn weekly commissions based on their volume of sales.

Ms. [redacted] joined Vemma on April 13, 2014 through a third party internet marketing company, [redacted] ([redacted]). [redacted] is not owned or operated by Vemma Nutrition Company. At that time Ms. [redacted] placed an order through [redacted] for a Starter Media Pack, totaling $313.95 including shipping ($299.95 + $14.00).

Ms. [redacted] contacted Vemma’s customer service department on April 17, 2014 to inquire about returning the [redacted]ducts she ordered. At that time she was given an RMA number (return merchandise authorization), advised of Vemma’s 30 day return policy, and she was [redacted]vided with a phone number to contact [redacted].

Ms. [redacted]’s full order was received in our warehouse on April 24, 2014 and a full credit minus shipping was issued on April 28, 2014. There have been no additional charges to Ms. [redacted] from Vemma Nutrition Company.

Vemma takes great pride in its world class customer service and if there are any additional charges to Ms. [redacted] from Vemma Nutrition Company we would be happy to investigate further.

I really enjoy this great product and have never had any types of problems with the company. I have experienced first class service and feel better after getting my daily vitamins and minerals.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the company. I have never had a negative experience in regards to Vemma Corporate and the way they operate. The customer service is excellent and has always efficiently helped me with any needs I may have. The Vemma products are phenomenal and consume them daily. Outside of Vemma Corporate I have had an amazing experience the past two years as a brand partner. I strongly recommend this company and what they are about!

I wanted to share my opinion on this company because I feel there are a lot of negative reviews on here from people who were/are still confused about what it is exactly they "brand affiliates" do. #1. Based on hours and hours of research and talking to multiple people either involved or not involved I've come to the conclusion that, there are a lot of misinformed individuals that get into this company not fully understanding what it is that they are getting into once they make that decision to get involved. You yourself first and foremost are a consumer of the product. You just get compensated for sharing a product and or service that you have grown to love. For instance, coffee for example, you go to starbucks and purchase a coffee and you love it......right? Right. Well, what do you think your going to do next? If you like something you in turn are going to tell your friends, family, co-workers etc, etc, etc about how much you like it. If any one of those people go out and purchase that same product you told them about, you just created a sale to starbucks. Word of mouth advertising. But, that company will not send you a check in the mail or a free coffee as a compliment for you generating a potential life long customer. Vemma on the other hand does exactly that. Your building two teams of "networks" of product going out on a month to month basis. Thus, causing a residual "source" of income. Besides the opportunity there are numerous health benefits attached to just consuming the products. Helps with inflammation, energy levels, hair, skin and nail growth. Just to name a few. My mother who was diagnosed the M.S. has been on these products and have seen miraculous results, doctor/hospital results as proof. Also, with and uncle of mine who has heart conditions. So for me taking my time out writing this just as a testimony for someone doing their research on the company......please form your own opinion. There's going to be positive and negative in anything you do or anyone does in life. Just make sure your fully aware and driven towards your end result. Not someone else's. There are a lot people that come and go then want to blame their poor results because they "may" not have fully committed. Don't look at someone else's success and assume it's going to be easy. Everything takes time, effort and skill. You have to become more to gain more. To clear something up.....a lot of the negative have come from partners who have come in and gone and did not physically log into their back office to turn off their auto-delivery. So because people have not done so, they were charged for their next shipment and became irritated with the company because they were charged again. There are NO sign up fees, membership fees nor cancellation fees. If you want out, you simply turn your auto-off and stop ordering product. I hope this helped out.

This company is the most amazing business I have ever seen and been involved in. Not only do they have ground-breaking products that give health and wellness to my entire family, they also provide every consumer an opportunity of a lifetime to build an income that will pay them for the rest of their lives. Top notch products that truly make you feel better

As a pursuant of natural bodybuilding, this was the company I could affiliate myself with and get the best out both worlds. The product line is amazing and the resources out there are spectacular. I can only be thankful to learn how to become a better person and help educate others about this great opportunity. It is a very simple concept, I like to compare at the gym where people who work the hardest follow the steps are the most fit. IF you don't work at it, it just won't work for you.

I myself was extremely skeptical when I first heard about this business and was hesitant to join. I had heard all these success stories, but I didn't know anyone making money. Me and my friends decided wed try it out, and now we are all making residual incomes. we have all quit our jobs and are now beginning to become financially free. So if you are reading this, just know that you can make money in this company. I encourage you to read more, and research more. this is not a company for everyone. if you work hard you can make money. it is not a get rich quick scheme by any means. if you put the work in the results will come. before I joined Vemma I was a CJ major and had no business experience, so anyone can do this.

the people posting negative reviews are two types of people.

1. the person who joined for a month and quit, or joined and had a bad experience. they might not have put the work in, or were led to believe that this was easy.

2. the person who is closed minded and ignorant to new ideas. network marketing is a 167 Billion dollar industry and is completely legit. it is now the number one paying career in the world.

these people just look up all the negative things about the company and assume it is a scam.

yes there are some flaws in this company. the BMW is not yours you are just paid to drive it. but hey its a BMW and as long as you keep working hard you keep it. there is also a monthly charge to keep refilling your order. this is necessary because in order to keep a business considered a business you must purchase at least $150 in product every month. it is like buying supplies for a subway. you can run a subway with out subs. you can run Vemma without its products. You also receive tax breaks for being apart of this business because technically you own your own business, thus the need to keep buying product every moth.

Review: Vemma has been taking money out of my bank account after I have closed my bank account twice. I am in debt with my bank due to Vemma withdrawing $175.37 twice out of my account and now im getting overdraft fees of $33.00 . I did not give Vemma permission to take money out of my account.There is a automatic withdrawal once you sign up and Vemma is not informing anybody of this. I found this out once they kept withdrawing money out of my account after cancelling my account with Vemma and my bank account in May.Desired Settlement: Refund of $383.

In [redacted] complaint it is stated that Vemma Nutrition Company has taken $175.37 out of her checking account twice without her authorization. In reviewing [redacted] account information, the account was set up via the internet on February 13, 2015. At that time an order was placed for one Vemma variety pack, totaling $50.08 and a monthly autodelivery was established, scheduled to process on or about the 13th of each month. A second order was placed on February 24, 2015 for 2 Vemma variety packs totaling $90.18, and a third order processed on March 13, 2015 for one Vemma variety pack totaling $50.08. On March 23, 2015 we received a call from [redacted], claiming that the credit card being charged for [redacted] orders belonged to him and he wanted to cancel any future orders. Since the credit card belonged to [redacted] the autodelivery was cancelled to assure no further charges. I have been unable to locate any other account under the name of [redacted].Vemma’s account numbers contain 9 digits. The account that [redacted] provided in the complaint states account “[redacted]”. If [redacted] is able to provide a correct account number other than the one currently assigned (Vemma #[redacted]) or if [redacted] can provide additional information or a credit card statement showing charges in the amount of $175.37 we would be happy to research further. We appreciate the opportunity to respond and hope that [redacted] is able to provide additional information so that we can help resolve this challenge. I seriously love this company. First of all, it had made me a happier person. I'm a senior in high school and it is so amazing that I found exactly what I want in life already. I've learned a plethora of skills that can not be taught anywhere, only learned from experience, ranging from public speaking to leadership to dealing with rejection. Most importantly, I have developed a network that I now call my family. They are my best friends and It's so cool when your best friends are living life to the fullest with you. My parents are so supportive of me. All I can really say is that the most expensive thing you can have is a closed mind. The products are phenomenal as well as the structure of the compensation plan is one that is very easy to understand.
