I am obsessed with the products. My son is a brand partner also. He is so focused and successful. What the CEO BK is doing for these young kids is phenomenal.. he inspires them to mature and grow as an entrepreneur. I drink the formula every day and I feel a difference

Vemma is the most amazing company that I've seen and have been a part of. Other than having the top products of the 21st century, our CEO ** who won Executive of the Year, and the family that I never knew I had, this company never ceases to amaze me.

Review: My son, is a member of Vemma and therefore using my credit card to make purchases. On two occasions vemma has sent an order to him without notifying him and without his approval and the charge automatically goes to my card without notification. The first delivery was for $167.51 sent on 5-21-13 and I returned this package and was credited on 148.18 on my credit card. The last purchase, June 12,2013, my son made was for $82.68. He did sign up for the auto delivery for the 6-12-13 purchase and the delivery date was set for the 12th of each month. On June 21st (9 days after the purchase) another order for the amount of $82.68 was sent to him and automatically [redacted]ed to my credit card.

My complaint is the auto delivery. First, the default on the website is “auto delivery” so if you are not paying attention you automatically sign up. Even if you unclick the auto delivery, when you go to the next page, it will recheck itself, so once again you have to unclick it and if you are not paying attention you will not notice it. From my perspective this is fraud. If a person wants auto deliver, they need to sign up for it instead of it being the default. The company is obviously making money off of the delivery fee because this is not reimbursed when you return the product.Desired Settlement: I would like $19.33 credit to my card-this is the amount that was not reimbursed on the $167.51 purchase when it was returned.

I want $22.39credited to my card -this is the amount it cost me to return the products.

I want $82.68 credited to my account due to the fact that no one order anything for the 21st and this was sent without approval.

Thank you for contacting us regarding a second complaint received from [redacted].

In regards to [redacted] original complaint #9520630, a credit was issued per Vemma's policies on May 5, 2013. As a courtesy, we refunded the shipping that [redacted] paid when she ordered the product, and we issued a credit even though it was past the thirty day timeframe allowed for returns. We attempted to accommodate [redacted] in whatever m[redacted]er we could. Additional credits are not owed on her account as we not only refunded the cost of her product, but we also refunded the shipping that she paid when she ordered the products.

In regards to her complaints regarding her son [redacted]n [redacted] (complaint #[redacted]), [redacted]n is a minor, and signed up as a Vemma Brand Partner by submitting a notarized, parental consent form listing [redacted] as the consenting parent. All orders set up and placed on this account were done so via the internet, therefore only the people who had access to the username and password were able to set up orders on this account. Either [redacted]n or [redacted] set up the monthly autoship orders online, or if [redacted] had access to the confidential information it is possible that she set up the order online. [redacted] contacted us on Tuesday, June 25, regarding a duplicate autoship order that was set up on [redacted]n's account, resulting in him receiving and being charged for two orders. Again, this was set up online by someone who had access to his account. As a courtesy, [redacted] was advised that [redacted]n could keep the 2nd order, and we would issue a full credit. Credits take 7-10 business days to process and reflect on the customer's credit card statement. Today is only the fourth business day, so the credit may not be reflecting on the statement yet. Although [redacted] filed a second complaint with the Revdex.com, the resolution regarding her son's account was already in process and has been in process since she contacted us initially on Tuesday, June 25. [redacted]n's account has been placed in a suspended status pending the outcome of this issue to ensure no further orders/charges are processed on [redacted]n's account. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This has not been resolved as of this date. The following is the response I e-mailed the Vemma representative. Please follow-up. Dear Ms. Fellows,Thank you for sending us the follow up regarding Ms. [redacted] complaint. I have verified that Ms. [redacted] was given a full, 100% credit for her March 30 order which she stated she never received. The amount she was charged was $137.44 on March 30, 2013 and the amount credited was $137.44 . A copy showing this credit is attached. In regards to Ms. [redacted] son [redacted], he returned his May 19, 2013 order for which he paid $167.51. When the order was returned, a full product credit was issued in the amount of $148.18. Our customer service department is not authorized to issue credit for shipping as we pay the shipping company to deliver that product regardless of whether or not the customer keeps it. As a courtesy we have issued an additional credit in the amount of $19.33 for the May 19th order which will reflect on her statement within 7-10 days. A copy of the $148.18 credit is attached. In addition, the credit for [redacted]'s duplicate order/account that was approved on June 19, 2013 was supposed to be issued immediately at that time. Unfortunately, the customer service agent that Ms. [redacted] spoke to did not complete the steps to have the process applied to Ms. [redacted] account. That customer service agent has been let go from the company (due to other issues not related to this account), and we have expedited the credit for this order. A copy of this credit is attached. I was assured that this company offered me a way to make so extra money. What I was not told was that I had to buy and sell their products. I have now received three shipments to the tune of $170, and I have decided that it is not worth the investment. Although I have contacted my sponsor several times and have also written to Veema, I have had no response from either and my credit card keeps getting these charges. I would be very, very wary about joining this business.

Also, I would like to know the best way to stop the charges and the packages.

Never in my life did I think that I'd have so much belief in a company. What it stands for and what it is doing for people is something that this world needs to see more of. Not only is it confronting the economic turmoil keeping so many out of work, but is also making the people in this company much, much healthier. My father has lost significant weight from the products, I have never felt better in my life. This company operates on genuine integrity and is so well connected. The CEO is EXTREMELY involved with everyone in the business and does his best to have a relationship with the people who believe in his vision. This company has truly changed my life and will bring my family and future family lives that I never thought possible. I feel blessed to be a part of it, unfortunately, those who only see financial gain from this company feel differently upon giving up on their dreams and goals.

I have had a very positive experience with VeMMA with their Healthy Products, Events, Training, Upline/Crossline Support, Customer Service, Return/Cancellation Policies, Compliance/Legal team, and with the Income we have enjoyed. I am very pleased with the fact that my teenage son & I have been able to work together on a legitimate business that has allowed us to not only supplement our income, but also grow closer together, learn and grow.

The only negative experiences I have had were long hold times, due to rapid growth of the company, which is understandable. They have since hired more staff, and the hold times have rapidly decreased.

Vemma has opened my eyes to a life that I wasn't too sure extisted not too long ago... I love the products, the company's commitment and passion to creating outstanding young entrepreneurs, and the team that I am a part of. The people that I work with to make dreams become realities are some of the greatest people I have ever come across. People better realize that this is not a scam, ponzi scheme, pyramid scheme, gimmick, or some other sort of sketchy opportunity. This is REAL. It's working. It's happening. Review: I was looking for jobs to do at home and was contacted by [redacted] at Vemma. She rushed me through this process telling me to check yes on certain questions without explaining why. She said I would be charged $9.99 for the shipping of the information about the opportunity. Then she gave me a website to review which she stated had the exact same information she was sending via mail. Then she said it would cost me $400+ to join and receive the products. I told her I would have to get back with her before deciding to join. I then looked up the business and found out it was a scam. When I received the information in the mail I had already decided not to join and tore up the package and threw it away. I contacted [redacted] via e-mail and told her I would not be involved with her because it was a scam. She then told me I would be charged $39.95 for the information mailed to me if I did not return the sent info. When I told her I tore it up and threw it away she said I still had to pay the $39.95 and it would be deducted from my account. I told her I never agreed to that and she said it was in the fine print where she had instructed me to check a yes. I never saw the fine print and would not have agreed had I seen it. I feel she was manipulating the situation by rushing through the process which did not allow me time to read everything. Why would I pay more money for information that was already given to me on-line.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a full refund of the $39.95 charges returned to my account.

Vemma is a great way to change your life , become more healthy and make good money . it has really opened up doors in life.

This is an amazing company ! I joined 4 months ago and im already a Gold leader. Im only 16 years old and I work my business from home.
