can get to a clear link is [redacted]  and then scroll down to myself [redacted]    I attempted every way possible to get a specific id number or link, but each link offered leads to [redacted]which is just the page that asks for money. After this page is just a check out cart.  Its just a revolving door.

All of the information on our website is from public record databases. Every person aged 18 and older can have a public record. This information is collected on a County, City, State and federal level and can also come from reporting information during normal every day activities such as grocery store club cards, magazine subscriptions, voter registration, warranty cards, even fishing licenses, and forms you fill out when browsing the internet. There are thousands of ways this information gets reported. We are not required to remove any information from our website; however, we offer the option to as a courtesy. We are not refusing to remove your information. We will remove this information from being searched on our site once we receive your letter.

Today we confirmed this listing was removed by our IT department on 10/8/2014. However, today the listing is still appearing at the URL provided. Please allow a few additional days for the changes made on 10/8/2014 to reflect online.

I am rejecting this response because:  I have specific proof (sent to Veromi) that shows I canceled the free trial offer on Monday June 22nd @ 10:59 a.m.  E-mail does not take from the 22nd to the 25th which is when they say they received.  They may not have processed my cancelation until the 25th but that is not my fault.

It's been more than a few business days not, and today Oct. 14, 2014, I still see my personal information on their website. I am rejecting this response because: Although [redacted] appears to have fixed my listings there, the Veromi fixes are not yet complete.  I am really pleased with [redacted] at Veromi, and I know she is working diligently to shepherd through the changes I have requested (my opt out privacy/safety requests).  When my opt out is complete, I will gladly close this Revdex.com file with a good endorsement for Veromi.  With gratitude... <my name>

When we run just the first and last name given we get about 50 matches. The reason we ask for the info, is because we need to know which exact record to remove. We do not create these records, these are Public Record Databases. We cannot "enter" any information into Public Record. Public Records are reported by the individuals themselves. If you do not want to mail us a letter, please respond here with the information as it appears on our website. Name, Date of Birth, address/s. It would be very helpful to provide the URL that you get when you find your record. This will make it so that we can remove it from our data base. Again, we only ask for the information to be able to find and remove the record.
