Thank you for the feedback. We are not sure why a complaint was filed in the first place. The charge on 12/23/14 for $89.99 was refunded in full already. The customer notes mention that once the product was returned, we would issue refunds on shipment 2 and 3. We do not see those...

shipments sent back. As an additional courtesy, we have refunded the second and third charges in full as well. The accounts have also been cancelled.

This is in response to Consumer Complaint #[redacted] - [redacted]. The customer ordered the product on 10/7/2014 for a price of $4.95. On 10/21/2014 she was billed $89.99. There was no phone call during this period to suggest cancellation or any billing issues....

The customer was then charged on 11/20/2014 for another month's supply at $89.99.
The customer then calls on 12/2/2014 and speaks to a customer representative. She was issued an RMA and agreed to receive a refund minus a restocking fee of $19.95. She was also advised that she could return 1 product. She accepted this as well. In addition, we received an email on 12/2/2014 and responded to her on the same day letting her know that her account had been cancelled.
It's now been two additional weeks and we have not received the product back from her to issue her a refund. She has not made any follow up calls to customer service.
With that being said, we have refunded her both $89.99 charges and the $4.95 initial charge.
Please confirm refunds have been received by the customer and the complaint has been resolved in a satisfactory manner.

Review: I ordered the product Vita Garcinia online and was only charged the shipping fee for the product but when I placed my order on line it would not allow me to continue without ordering their 2nd product Ultra Finesse. I didn't have a problem paying shipping for the two products. My problem I called today to cancel and I was told by the Shelly the operator my account was cancelled for both products and I verified I would not be charged. she then said I was charged for both products and could not be refunded but I would not be charged for future shipments. the product is not working as they stated on their commercial I have not lost any weight and all I want is a full refund of what they took from my account. She did not want me to speak to a manager I told her I would wait until one was available. the manager [redacted] gets on the phone says he can not refund but can send me a complimentary bottle of the product and give me a discount on a life time supply. I had already stated the product was not working and I just wanted my refund. According to my records I had until 7/23/15 to cancel. I was also told by shelley that my account was closed and could not make any changes in speaking to [redacted] he was going to give me a life time discount of 60% on my account? How can that be if it was closed? Conf#[redacted]. This is a great SCAM!! Review: I tried a 30 day trial offer and I understand that I did not read it fully. The problem that arrises is that this started in Jan. 2015 I was billed in Feb. 2015 and again in March 2015. I never received any additional product or I would have called and cancelled then. I was billed $84.99 and $89.99 each month which comes to a total of $349.96. I would have cancelled and returned the product if I had received it because I can buy the same in a store for about $20.00 a month. I don't want their product for that price. Since I never received anything I would just like a refund.Desired Settlement: Since I never received any additional product I just want a refund. If I had received any additional product I would have returned it and cancelled immediately.

The customer ordered a trial product for $4.95 of Vita Garcinia HCA and $4.99 of Ultra Finesse on January 27th. After 19 days, she was billed the full price of $89.99 and $84.99 respectively. This full price is for the first shipment, so another shipment would not be sent. On March 17th, she was billed again and she called customer service to cancel the account. She was issued 45% refunds on both products and said she agreed to it. There were never any prior calls to March 17th to cancel her account.

As a company, we adhered to the policy and request of the customer. As a common courtesy, we have issued refunds for the full price of $89.99 and $84.99 for both February and March charges.

Please make sure the customer reads terms and conditions as they have agreed to this when purchasing the product. The billing process is clearly outlined.

Review: I called to cancel and the company had already charged me five times, the customer service agent was rude and said he couldn't give me my money back after I told him I never received any product after the sample. When I told him I would call the Revdex.com, he said he would credit my account. My account was credited 89.99 on 4/14/215 but these were the charges: 3/16/15 84.99 and 89.99, 4/20/15 84.99 and 89.99 and 4/13/15 84.99. I am certain this isn't a correct way to do business and sorry it took so long to go through my bank account as I have had disc surgery, I would like to recover the difference that was not credited into my account please help.Desired Settlement: credit my account, as I told them not to take any more out of my account after I did not receive the product. I didn't know they were still debiting my account.

In regards to any prior charges from March 12th, the customer will need to work through their bank to recover the charges. 3. I called 2 days after placing the order. They told me that I will be charged $89.99 if I keep the bottle, even though I am canceling auto ship. They said that thought it says "just the cost of shipping and handling", that is just for the 14 days, that no where does it say that the bottle is free. This is completely misleading.

4. After I threatened to contest my credit card charge, he agreed to refund my credit cardDesired Settlement: This is completely misleading advertising. Even when you expand the terms and conditions, any reasonable person would assume the bottle cost the shipping and handling fee only. They need to stop this practice.

1. I called to cancel further enrollment in the product2. The representative confirmed the cancellation. However, he said that I would be charged $89.99 if I kept the product.3. I told him this was fraudulent as the terms and conditions state that you get your first 30 day supply for "just the cost of shipping and handling." However, he insisted that the product was not free and that after 14 days I would be charged for that first bottle.4. Because he left me with no other option than to either pay for the bottle (at one point, lowering the price to $20) or send it back, I opted to send it back. 5. I asked if I would be refunded for shipping and handling, given that I had only made the order because I could get the bottle for "just the cost of shipping and handling."6. He stated I would not be refunded for shipping and handling.7. I told him I would contest with my credit card.8. He then said he would refund shipping and handling as long as I sent the bottle back, which I am doing Monday (it just came today.)As far as I personally am concerned, yes, this is resolved. However, the business should not be able to list something as "just the cost of shipping and handling" but then claim that you have to pay $89.99 if you keep it beyond 14 days.

Review: In the December timeframe, I visited a website that offered a free product reward of Gardenia HCA for taking a survey. As I was filling out the form, I realized midway through the process that I would be delivered subsequent shipments of the product for a fee and subsequently backed out of the website and assumed that I had terminated the session.

In the January timeframe, I received a shipment of Gardenia HCA without a packing list or any information/guidelines for canceling or returning the product. I received a second shipment today. I identified a contact phone number on the product and called today to return my unopened bottles. Vita Garcinia is allowing me to return the most recent bottle for credit and will only credit 50% of the purchase price of the first bottle shipped to me.Desired Settlement: I desire a confirmation of cancellation of the product as well as a full refund for both bottles.

Review: I purchased a 14 day trial of there product on 7/20/15. I received the product on 7/23/15. I paid the $4.95 shipping to try the product. On 8/3/15 I was charged $89.99 for a month's supply, which I never ordered or received. I called up to cancel the product and expected to be refunded for a product I never ordered and the service representative said she would cancel the program (cancel# [redacted]) but couldn't refund my money of $89.99 because I didn't call in the 14 day period to cancel. My calculation is that 8/3/15 was the 14th day, technically I didn't receive the product until 7/23/15 so I didn't even have it 14 days. I asked the rep to file a complaint that I would like my money back and she states she forwarded on the managers.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $89.99 and to ask when advertising their product to Cleary Mark that a person will be charged if they don't cancel within the 14 days.

Review: I had ordered a free trial of Vita Garcinia HCA in September of 2014 under the understanding that I was to pay for shipping ONLY.. I received the first shipment towards the beginning of October. I had never used the product and was under the impression that it was a one time trial. The following month I had received another shipment in the mail which I had not ordered or had confirmed to receive. I started to research the item and company in which I had found many people finding it to be a scam. I then went to check my credit card bill and noticed that the past two months I have been charged a fee of $89.99 per shipment. THIS WAS NEVER STATED anywhere on their site or vague email confirmation on the first order. Each shipment comes in a envelope with no packing slip, so it was very hard to track the company down a second time.
