Please do not send anything. I dissatisfied with your lack of customer service and communication. I placed my purchase on February **, 2017 and we are in April and still have not received my completed order. Your company has not responded to my emails in regards to my order. If I had not placed a complaint with Revdex.com your company did not have any plans to send my order or respond to my email. Please do not send anything anymore the damage is done. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved  They misinformed me of size, according to my weight and height it says I was a Large so I got the $95 large one. I tried to zip it up and couldn't get it past my stomach, so I took it off. Put it back in the package and sent it back

If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service and discuss the issue with them. Reach [redacted] HERE or call ###-###-#### for domestic or international assistance. Please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in case they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers. We will do our best to assist you, but WAISTSHAPERZ.COM does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen. Dec.**, 2016 I order product from Waistshaperz website and on confirmation email they told me my order will ship in 7-10 days. After this time I try to contact this Company few times by phone and email. Unfortunately I did not get proper respond. The only respond I had was: we will contact you in 24-48 hours. Never happens. Finally I get someone on the phone , very angry, unprofessional, rude person. I ask why I did not received my order yet? the respond : we did not have your product in stock. I ask: why I did not get any email from you about it? Answer: you don't like it I'm canceling your order and hung-up. I try again and again and again to call back but no one answer the phone. I went again on their website and I found out that I'm not only one person to complained about it. Numerous people did not (never) received their products. They charge credit card the same date but no delivery on the end. I personally think this company is a SCAM.
