 The policy is not stated on the receipt or during the order process. The terms of service I agreed to when I purchased the order say that cancellations are available. I sent a request to cancel before I received the confirmation email. I then replied to the confirmation email that I had submitted a request to cancel already. The item you did send me was torn out of the bag and I have an envelope to send it back to you since I've been trying to get this stupid order cancelled from the first five minutes that I ordered it. The header on the section that has the bit of info about cancellations is labeled 'returns' and says nothing about this. My bank is processing this currently. I'm waiting for them to tell me to send the item back.

 It took long than 7-10 waiting for the tracking number  I waited 3 weeks. I called and used their chat service just for them to have an attitude. They also would not let me speak with a supervisor.

them they finally sent me my item.

I ordered 2 items and still have not received them 23 days later. Their chat feature is the only way to communicate with them and it is very poor.
