Dear Ms***, We are writing in response to the recent complaint filed against our company regarding the fees paid and services rendered to Mr***Mr*** sought out and hired our services in January of for administrative tax representation. Mr*** raises
several concerns in his complaint that I will address for himAs always, the quickest way to get a response for the reasoning behind specific actions that were or were not taken on a case, is to contact our office directly. Mr*** mentions that he paid our firm an initial fee to "retain" our services. Typically, such language insinuates an attorney-client relationshipMr*** paid our firm an initial fee for initial work conducted on his caseWall & Associates, Incstaff and employees are not attorneys and we conduct our work solely on an aIn his complaint Mr*** states that he went to his local IRS office and was informed all our office had done relative to his account was file Power of Attorney formsOur office did contact the IRS via the Automated Collections number (1-800-729-7650) on February 2015, February 2015, March 2015, and June to ascertain the status of Mr***'s account and to follow up with them on required information we needed from them. Mr*** states that one of our representatives stated "we thought you wanted the best solution, not the fastest solution" in response to our office being informed a lien had been filed against himOur office prides ourselves on the fact that we work hard to get a resolution for our clients that will solve their issues in a manner that will completely take care of all their outstanding liabilitiesThese forms of resolution do take more time than a simpler resolution wouldI do however, apologize that Mr***'s concerns were not given the attention that they deserved. Mr*** states our services are fraudulent and unrealistic in natureIn the first two months of our case teams have reported savings of $3, for our clients. Furthermore, we have had reported offer in compromise acceptances with of those being for $or lessWall & Associates, Incis not fraudulent or does not misrepresent what we can do for our clientsWe are committed to the satisfaction of our clients and the resolution of their tax balances. In Mr***'s complaint he requests a refund for services he feels were not rendered. We want to work with *** to address all of his concerns in a timely and professional manner. Wall & Associates, Incwould like to utilize our own complaint resolution channels and we encourage Mr*** to call our office to discuss the circumstances surrounding our representation. If you require any further information, please contact our officeThank you for your time and assistance with this matter. Sincerely, Wall & Associates, Inc

Dear Ms***, We are writing in timely response to the
additional comments received for the referenced complaintWe are very sorry to
hear that Mrs*** is still dissatisfied with our continued efforts to
resolve her concernsIt is unfortunate that Mrs*** feels as though
nothing was done by our companyAs our previous responses have detailed the
work completed on the Douglas’ case and the communication our office held with
the taxing authorities and Mrs*** and addressed her specific comments
regarding her complaintsWe understand Mrs*** frustrations on this
matter and that it is not easy to rectify matters of taxation such as this with
the IRSThe process of working to resolve tax related matters can become
lengthy and unnervingWe were working as quickly as possible to resolve the
initial matter of an additional tax liability being assessed and posted to the
Douglas’ account by the IRSIn the meantime, we had begun planning and
preparing for an ultimate resolution to be able to resolve the assessed
liability as a whole if we were unable to provide the verification of the full
value of the charitable contributions and reverse the additional tax
assessmentHowever, a resolution could not be sought until all of the required
and requested documentation was provided to the IRS or the IRS completed their
assessment process and the liabilities posted to MrsDouglas’ account if we
could not provide the documentation requiredIt is unfortunate that Mrs
*** terminated services with our companyWe regret that she choose to end
our representation before we could complete a resolution of her matter
Previously, we offered a $refund to Mrs*** in the interest of
rectifying the complaint and moving onWe have offered this refund not due to
an admission of liability to Mrs*** as we worked the case appropriately
To continue efforts to resolve this matter we will offer to refund $1,We
will be able to move forward with this process as soon as Mrs*** decides
to accept the refundIf you require any further information, please contact
our officeThank you for your time and assistance with this matter

I contacted Wall & Assoc because of an ongoing tax issue From the very beginning the staff treated me with professionalism and understanding The team that was assigned to me never made any promises and worked diligently on my behalf Although the IRS was never cooperative and seemed to always come up with unending reasons for denial for my requests, my team continued to work hard for my tax resolution In the end I did not win my case with the IRS, however, every time I needed my team they were there and always treated me with dignity and respectMy main points of contact for my team were *** *** and *** ***, however the entire team went to great lengths to win my difficult case* *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***
Without hesitation, I would recommend The Team at Wall & Assocfor any and all tax issues My thanks to them and thanks for all their efforts on my behalf

The best decision I made was to contact Wall & Associates I immediately felt like I could breathe again after contracting their services because I had a team working on my case They were able to remove the lien, they reversed a garnishment on my wages, and settle my federal and state debt and remove penalties and interest I always felt they cared about my situation

I would like to share my experience in the favorable outcome of my case with the IRS The diligence and focus exercised on my behalf were undoubtedly pushed to the limit at times Although, I grew impatient and sometimes demanding, the team's professionalism, courtesy and dedicated support never waiveredI would have no hesitation in recommending Wall and Associates to anyone needing services of this nature

Dear Ms***, We are writing in response to the recent
complaint filed against our company regarding the fees paid and services
renderedWe had previously attempted to resolve Mr***’s concerns
internallyMost recently, we came to a mutual agreement with him on a partial
refund
amountMr*** accepted this amount verbally during a
conversation with our Client Services ManagerHowever, after receiving our
refund agreement for review, Mr*** then rejected the refund offer
Below you will find a summary of the actions completed since receipt of the
case for administrative tax resolution*** S*** and Linda ***
sought and obtained administrative tax representation services from Wall &
Associates, Incin connection with outstanding tax matters with the Internal
Revenue Service (IRS) and North Carolina Department of RevenueMr& Mrs
*** hired our office on April 17, 2015, and we began working on their case
immediatelyWe performed a thorough review of Mr& Mrs***’s tax
situation per the information Mr*** had provided during his initial
meeting with our staff memberWhen Mr*** first contacted our office,
he reported that he believe he owed $123,to the IRSHe had not filed
through tax returns and he also had a balance due of $14,to the State
of North CarolinaThe state had set a deadline of April 25, to pay the
balance in fullDue to the varying factors with the case, and the level of
difficulty, we assigned the case strategically to one of our top case teams who
frequently work higher level casesThe case team called Mr*** the same
day his case was assigned to begin workWe discussed his case in detail and
scheduled a follcall with Mr*** for May 5, to discuss the
details of his matter and our initial plan to move forward towards a resolution
of his taxesOur office then sent Mr& Mrs*** a letter reminding
him of the scheduled callLater that day, we filed Power of Attorney (POA)
forms to the Central Authorization File (CAF) Unit of the IRSWe also mailed
an introductory letter to Mr& Mrs*** to explain certain aspects
of the resolution process with the taxing authorities, as well as another
letter requesting the financial information that we needed to begin working
towards resolving his matter as a wholeAdditionally, our office contacted the
IRS’s *** *** *** (ACS) regarding Mr***’s tax
accountThe IRS representative informed our office that Form for the
2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and tax years were shown as
being unfiledWe then requested copies of IRS Account Transcripts and Wage and
Income Transcripts for the years in questionThe Wage and Income Transcripts
from IRS could then be used to prepare the tax returnsOn April 24, 2015, we
received a call from Mr*** and we discussed the status of his tax
matter with him, as well as the additional information that we needed from him
We mailed a letter to the IRS requesting Mr& Mrs***’s account be
placed in a Currently Not Collectible status to hold off any collection
attempts while we worked with the clients to resolve the matterWe worked to
prepare IRS form 433-A based on all of the information we had receivedWe then
contacted Mr*** for our scheduled conference call on May 5,
During the call, we thoroughly discussed the background of the tax matter with
himMr*** informed us that he did not wish to provide us with the
information needed to finalize Form 433-AThe client also expressed that he
wished to contract with our sister company, *** Tax Service, to assist him
with the preparation of his unfiled tax returnsWe then obtained complete
copies of IRS Account Transcripts and Wage and Income Transcripts from the
IRS’s Practitioner E-servicesAfter performing a thorough review of these
records, we phoned Mr*** and further discussed his tax issue with him
A follow up letter further explaining Mr& Mrs***’s tax
requirement was then sentOur office also prepared and submitted a referral to
*** Tax Service for Mr*** per his requestThe team then continued to
work with *** Tax Service to provide them all the necessary information and
research needed to accurately complete Mr***’s tax returnsOn May 14,
2015, our office received a telephone call from Mr*** and we further
discussed his tax case with himWe then sent a request to *** Tax Service to
contact Mr*** to further address the questions he had for them
regarding the preparation of his tax returnsWe again discussed Mr***
tax case with him on May 20, and May 26, During our conversation on
May 26, 2015, Mr*** informed us that he believed the IRS tax records
for his Social Security Number were not correct and we further discussed this
issue with himOn June 2, 2015, we received a call from Mr*** and we
discussed the status of his tax returns with himLater that month, we phoned
Mr*** and further discussed the status of his tax case and status of
the preparation of the tax returns with himUpon receipt of the signed North
Carolina Power of Attorney forms, we filed them with the tax authorityWe then
contacted the North Carolina Department of Revenue regarding Mr& Mrs
***’s tax account and were informed that the tax year had a proposed
assessment of $14,590, and that the tax returns for 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009,
2010, 2011, 2012, and were unfiledIn addition, the agent on the
line advised us that there was a credit of $2,applied to the tax year
This information was then forwarded to *** Tax Service to assist them with
the preparation of Mr***’s North Carolina tax returnsWe further
discussed the status of Mr***’s tax case with him on July 6, On
July 24, 2015, we received a call from Mr*** and he informed us that he
was requesting a refund of fees paid to our company as he felt that his final
balances due to the tax authorities were much less than what he expected them
to beThe call was forwarded to our Client Services Group to further address
his concerns expressed and the refund requestOn July 30, 2015, our office
received and reviewed unsigned copies of IRS and state tax returns for the
2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and tax years for Mr*** from
*** Tax Service*** Tax Service notified us that they had advised Mr***
to sign the returns and return them for submission to the IRS*** Tax
Service received the signed returns from Mr*** in early September
and submitted them to the IRS for processingAlthough we could not resolve
this internally with Mr***, please know that attempts were made to do
soOur Client Services Group spoke with Mr*** on several occasions
regarding his concerns prior to the filing of this complaintThrough their
communication, Mr***’s concerns were addressed and a refund was
offeredIn addition, we had agreed to remove the August and September
monthly fees for the caseA refund agreement was then emailed to Mr***
on September 18, for his signature so the refund process could proceedAgain,
Mr*** had agreed to the refund amountUnfortunately, Mr***
emailed our Client Services Group on September 19, declining the refund
requesting a larger refund amountMr*** sought our help for an
extensive, long-standing tax problem that needed addressedDue to his
guesstimates of the amounts that would be due to the IRS and North Carolina,
and due to the information he provided us initially, we offered a fair price to
resolve the matterThe case team was planning for an ultimate resolution on
Mr***’s case if the returns created a liability he was unable to pay
Our information gathering, fact-finding, and collection prevention processes
should not go unnoticed and receive no valueThese were the benefits that Mr
*** received from our officeIf any additional information is required,

Dear Ms***, We are writing in response to the additional
comments received for the above referenced complaint received on October 14,
Again, we did attempt to resolve this matter directly with Mr***
upon receiving notice of the Revdex.com complaintWe worked out an agreed refund
amount, sent him the confirmation letter for his signature, but then he called
to retract his agreement to that refund amountAt that time we found it best
to work through the Revdex.com with this complaint since Mr*** had decided
against our previous agreementThis has now caused our office more time and
effort to respond and continue to attempt to rectify this matterOur Client
Services Group spoke with Mr*** on several occasions regarding his
concerns prior to the filing of this complaintThrough their communication,
Mr***’s concerns were addressed and a refund was offeredWe apologize
if Mr*** feels as though there was a delay on the process of our
attempts to revolve his concerns and agree to a refundAs there are internal
processes that his matter needed to go throughOur Client Services Group
reached out to Mr*** on September 18, offering him the refund
which he initially agreed toUnfortunately, on Saturday September 19, 2015,
Mr*** emailed our Client Services Group regarding the decline of the
offered refundHe stated that his wife would not be happy with the refund
amount once informedWhen our Client Services Group contacted Mr***
the following Monday September 21, 2015, they made him aware that negotiations
of a refund would now cease as we would be properly responding to the Revdex.com
complaint he filedEarlier this week, on Tuesday October 13, 2015, we did
complete and mail a letter to Mr*** which summarized the case for him
Due to his previous statements, we felt that he wanted this information and we
were happy to provide it to himOur office was in contact with Mr***
providing him with case updates on a regular basisAdditionally, Mr***
was mailed several letters throughout the duration of his case which requested
documentation the case team required and reminded him of scheduled conference
callsWith the methods of communication, Mr*** was aware of his case
statusWe have very particular and strict policies in place that require
contact with our clients by phone and by written form each monthMr
***’s continued statements about the refund agreement we sent to him and
the wording are wrongHe was not told at any time over the phone or in writing
that our services only equaled $and that the rest of his payment should be
refundedOur refund agreement states no such thingFurther, his statements
regarding public posting of this Revdex.com complaint are inaccurate per our
understanding of Revdex.com methodsWe understand that once a complaint is filed, and
the matter is closed (either as resolved, unresolved, etc.) that the complaint
and our response are posted publiclyTherefore his extortion attempts at
receiving a refund in exchange for updating the permanent public record at the
Revdex.com are invalidWe will instruct our Client Services Group to contact Mr
*** directly regarding this matter at this timeWe hope that we can
resolve the matter again directly without any further disputeIf any
additional information is required, please contact our office directlyThank
you for your time and assistance with this matter

Ms*** contacted Revdex.com and thanked the business for responding but she is concerned with the response that was providedShe is requesting one half of her payments back because the debt with the IRS remained the same during the time Walls and Assocaites was working on the caseTheir offer in compromise was rejected by the IRS and it took them six months to get any more information from her regarding this case

I am very pleased with the professional attention I received during my business dealings with Wall and Associates Each team member made me feel like my business was not only important but that my satisfaction mattered Wall and Associates has earned a gold star rating in my book!

Dear Ms***, We are writing in timely response to the
complaint made by Mrs*** received on August 7, (copy ***)We
would like to address specific complaints made in Mrs*** most recent
response to the Revdex.comMrs*** additional complaint comments declare
that she feels mislead by our advertising that “they can help resolve one’s tax
issues.” Our advertising techniques used are not falsified nor untrueWe are
able to work with directly IRS personnel on resolving tax matters, and we do
such on a daily basisHowever, we cannot and do not guarantee a timeframe for
when the case will specifically be fully resolvedWe will continue working
diligently until it is completedEach case is different the case team will
evaluate each client’s situation and work towards their specific needs work
towards an ultimate resolution of the clients tax matter in a way which is
agreeable by all parties (I.Eclient, IRS and Wall & Associates, Inc.)
Mrs*** comments also state that “There are many other complaints
against Wall on the internet”As we are a company who strives to provide
excellent customer service to all of our clients, the number of complaints
filed against is accounts for a very small percentage of our clienteleWhile
it is unfortunate that clients get to the point of filing complaints against
us, we make every effort to resolve any complaints, concerns and other client
issues in house with our Client Services Group which resolves most issuesWe
additionally work directly with the proper agencies for any complaints filed
and make every effort to resolve the client’s issuesFurther, we are sorry to
hear that Mrs*** feels as though we are a “scam”Wall &
Associates, Inchas helped thousands of taxpayers throughout the years resolve
their tax liability through programs the IRS offersIt is unfortunate that the
*** terminated services prior to our office being able to fully resolve
their case with the IRSOur goal with all clients who obtain our services is
to successfully assist them in working on their behalf with the IRS and/or the
State and to successfully resolve any and all liabilitiesAgain, our office
was doing all things possible to keep collections from the IRS at bay and working
on planning for a viable resolution for Mr& Mrs*** tax
liabilityWithout the proper documentation, we were unable to do the necessary
case planning and solidify a plan to resolve the liabilityThe process of
convincing tax collection personnel to adjust a tax account requires detailed
records of the taxpayer’s financesThis is why we request the financial
documentation frequently throughout the caseA resolution cannot be planned
and submitted until we have the proper documentation to fully evaluate the
financial situation of Mr& Mrs*** and determine possible
resolution programsOur office requested financial documentation from Mr
& Mrs*** on multiple occasions which was not receivedIn order for
our office to plan for a successful resolution with the IRS and complete the
same collectability calculations as the IRS, we needed this documentation
While it is our understanding that Mrs*** would like a refund of the
fees she paid for the representation services, Mrs*** sought out our
services and made the decision to hire us and to pay usWe completed extensive
initial work and fact finding on this case and began the proper process of
planning for a resolution with the IRSThere are many options available to
resolve the outstanding balances due the IRSTherefore, we are willing to
resume work for Mrs*** with fee waiver for monthsMeaning, the
*** will not be charged for the work completed on their case for the
next monthsThereafter, billing would resumeAdditionally, any past
due balance will be removed and we can start work immediatelyWe request that
the *** contact our office directly to resolve any miscommunication or
misunderstanding that has taken place and to discuss the plan for moving
forward with their caseIf any additional information is required, please
contact our office directlyThank you for your time and assistance with this
matter
