This website is a scam for the vendorsThe vendors are made to pay a monthly membership fee for credits in order to contact potential customersIf a customer reads the message you send them the credit is spent, if they don't read it you get the credit backOver 95% of the credits I have used to contact customers have been given back, but I am still accruing new credits, still paying monthly, but have not made any contacts that have led to one single saleIf you are a vendor do not sign up for thisIt is absolutely a scam - they get your money you get absolutely nothing

I signed up for Wedding.com in NovemberI have sent about personalized messages to brides to be and have gotten no response I am moving to another country (due to my husbands work) and am trying to cancel my month membership which I am not happy with the services and they will not let me I understand I signed a contract to pay for months but I am not happy with their service I feel our company has a great profile and has follow all the recommendations and we haven't had any bride even call us I am extremely disappointed with Wedding.com

We agree to a full refund of the overdraft fees to the client fort the amount of $68. We do make it clear multiple times how our subscriptions work and even have our clients agree to our terms multiple times. Since the client was confused by the process we will honor their request for refund of the overdraft fees. In regards to our customer service we do make every attempt to reach the client by both phone and email. We will work on strategies moving forward to make sure there is a more concerted effort to reach the client by phone. I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com against a company called Wedding.com, LLCThe complaint number is: ***On November 20, 2014, I received a reversal for $In addition I will receive overdraft fees of $for Friday, and $34, for SaturdayI called the complaint department when I saw a text that said my account is overdrawn by $I instantly called the complaint departmentWell *** reversed the charges, and I never received notification by email, or mailI was told,"Unfortunately there is nothing we can do furtherEither pay the charges, or try to work it out with the business." I called the business over four times in a dayThey only respond through emailThen I was told through email, "We are not aware of any refund." I want to file a complaint against Weddings.com again because: I called the company over four times in one dayThe would only answer me by email"Then why have a telephone number listed?" I am being forced to pay for something the company has acknowledged they will give me a refund for*** will not help me, but they feel as though it's fine to charge me fees at $each time they tried to process the paymentI have not even used the service after I did further investigating and saw the other complaints about the same issue
I want a complete refund of $I already paid for that plus $34, times two
