I am not following how this does not resolve his complaint? If he is scheduled to come in here and we are taking care of this for free then it is resolved and I am going by what my year service advisor has told me about the phone callThank youAlan FAuction Direct Victor NY

The person who wrote the response to this complaint is unfortunately, a pure liar We recorder the calls that we made to them and there was certainly no swearing involved, on our part that is We are happy to forward you a copy of these recordings I cannot make this any more clear A pushy salesmen showed up, we told him to send us information on the chemicals so we could research them as well as the company which we had NO intention of doing business with, we just wanted the pushy salesmen gone A few days after that They treated our lawn when we were not home and did not want it done, never ordered anything, never signed ANYTHING, and on top of it,was never even offered the pricing It is not my fault that you do not know how to run a business Generally speaking, most businesses tell clients what they are offering, give them prices and they enter into a contract Unfortunately, you have not figured that out yet Do not expect to ever get paid when you perform services for someone that they absolutely do not want and did not order You will save a lot of hassleI am contacting the attorney general, rip off report, and every forum I can find I am going to also put up a website which will be right next to them in the search engines to hopefully educate other consumers to stay away from this scam company that thinks that they can just "treat & bill" consumers This is obviously not the only complaint that the Revdex.com has gotten about this company doing this as your records show and they are all over google as well with complaints I want the "bill" eliminated and it removed from the collection agency or I will pursue every avenue at my disposal until it is rectified I have reached out to a friend at channel about this and he is looking into starting an investigation seeing the time of year it is - he thinks it may go a long way in preventing this scam in the future for other home owners right around the time that they start preying on other home owners Please let me know if you would like to hear the recorded phone calls, I would be happy to send them to you They will be displayed on the webpage we are building to let others hear the way that they talk to people. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that Auction Direct's response is very rude and obviously their Director of Operations can not read I am aware that I filled out an application MY ISSUE WAS WITH THE SALES PERSON ON THE PHONE WHO PROMISED ME THAT IT WAS ONLY A SOFT INQUIRY, DEFINITELY NOT A HARD INQUIRY I WOULD NOT HAVE FOLLOWED THROUGH IF SO I AM TRYING TO REPAIR MY CREDIT EVERYDAY- HOW DARE YOU ATTACK ME WITHOUT KNOWING WHY THERE IS A CREDIT SITUATION I have no further need to speak to this company

Unanswered phone calls and mail do not establish consent or an agreement/contract? This is illegal? This is deceptive? On the company's logic, a person can become a forced customer simply by not answering his/her phone and having a mailing address.? This company is dishonest? They will never be able to collect fees from me? I have already, under state and federal law, demanded they cease and desist all communications.? This account has been canceled since June 13 2017 per the clients request. Here is an e-mail to and from the client about the account from May 22nd when he called in to ask about the outstanding balance. We were not able to get a hold of him so we sent the e-mail explaining the balance. Then he responded with his information. On May 23rd he called and said that we do not have auth. to charge his card. We did not up to that point. I personally spoke to the client each time before we came out and there were no issues. If he did not want the service at all this year there was plenty of chances to let us know. Also I personally would not give my credit card information to a company that was billing me for services that I did not want. Right now there is an outstanding bill for $82.36 on the account. We would be willing to split the difference and settle the account for $41.18 since this client did not cancel the service until Jun 13th and did e-mail us with his cca info. [redacted] his car here at Auction Direct.  The confusion came in with [redacted] with the wording they chose to use when trying to upsell Mr. [redacted] their similar product.  With that said [redacted] will be refunding the $599 to Mr. [redacted] as he requested.  I am sorry for any confusion this has caused Mr. [redacted].  The folks at [redacted] were just doing their jobs and now have a different word track they will use when asking similar questions in the future.  Thank you. There are still several spots in my yard IN PLAIN VIEW that clearly have weeds. The rest of the grass is fine though. Over rated and too expensive for the job. Id rather pay a local neighbor 10/hr to pull weeds.

The money refunded is for services not yet performed, Weedman owes me some type of refund for not living up to their guarantee. I did not get what I already paid for. I have had weeds in my lawn since May. I have been complaining since May via email. Horrible service.

I have read Mr. [redacted]'s complaint and would like to respond.  First  I have attached the [redacted] which clearly states the car has NEVER been in an accident.  Just because a bumper may have been removed and painted does not mean it has been in an accident.  It could just require...

paint work.  I also have attached the work orders for his van.  On January 11th 2016 he purchased a 2013 [redacted]  Grand Caravan for $13,500.  He did bring it back in at which time we replaced BOTH motor mounts free of charge.  The AC system was checked and found to be operating normally. You will not hear a compressor noise while operating the heat as no compressor is used for the heat.  If Mr. [redacted] feels he is still having at transmission issue he can certainly bring it to us and we will take to a [redacted] Dealership on his behalf because the van should still be covered by [redacted]'s 5 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty.  I will also provide MR. [redacted] a loaner car free of charge during the time the car is being diagnosed and if necessary repaired by [redacted].
If he has any further questions he is more then free to contact me at ###-###-####.  This is the first time I have heard of this complaint and would encourage Mr. [redacted] to contact me as I am here to listen and help.

I hired Weedman in Myrtle Beach to care for my newly installed SOD on a new construction home. The new SOD was flawless, vibrant, healthy and thriving when Weedman in Myrtle Beach was hired. I gave it two years, and the SOD has declined to the point that there are dead spots in the yard that had to be replaced, the SOD is now very thin, etc. Weeds have overtaken the SOD, the lawn is in terrible condition. The whole yard is sprinklered, and I have done every service Weedman requested. I even had soil samples done which indicated there was not a soil problem. All I got from these guys is excuses, one after the other. Bottom line is I paid for their service for two years and got a messed up yard in return.

I use Weedman at my home in GA, with EXCELLENT results. My GA yard looks like it came off of a magazine cover. The GA franchise in [redacted] is outstanding.

The Myrtle Beach, SC group are duds. No other way to say it.

I apologize that the customer was not able to get a hold of someone to cancel his warranty.  We have now spoken to the consumer and the cancellation process is being initiated.  Sorry for any delays getting back to you. Thank you. Alan F. Auction Direct

I just wanted to let you know that john from service did call me, and I set up a time for me to bring the truck over and get the wheels taken care of. As far as them offering for me to bring the truck over to have it taken care of, and I refused, couldnt be further from the truth. They never offered to have me bring it over to solve the issue. If that was the case, do you think that I would be filing this complaint?
