I wouldn't refer a dog to come to CSI Specialist on Hwy N, Houston, TX They are the most rude, slow, racist, incompetent and unprofessional people I've ever dealt withFor Trey to be the "owner" he needs to learn customer service and how to handle customers

Customers complaint was that their Arborvitaes were in declineAfter further inspection By the owner (Phil ***) it was agreed that replacement was necessaryOn Sept 2nd a service truck was dispatched to remove and replace two arborsOn removal the landscape technician found several
colonies of fire ants along with destroyed route structureAll trees that were replaced were invested with the antsCustomer visually confirmed ant issues on declined trees Several adjacent trees showed signs of declineNo ants found on other declining treesAnt damage usually found in route structure and not visible on surfaceOther declining trees were not removed Landscape designer and owner (Phil ***) advised on treating area and returning to install shrubs on Tues Sept Customer confirmedNew trees were installed no sign of antsOwner explained several times that this was out side our warranty agreement (agreement is posted in our office, and can be issued when requested) Agreement attachedTrees were replaced on good will to customer for customer satisfactionCustomer requested beds re mulched as well onto of free shrub replacementNo issues with mulch found, no warranty on mulchTripi's landscaping strides to assist all customers with landscaping issues and needsUnfortunately Tripi's Landscaping LLC can not warranty nature or other natural occurring events, including but not limited to snow, weather events, deer, insect and other pest damageWe recommended shrubs be monitored to see if insects attacked newly install shrubs, be for more shrubs are removedTripi's Landscaping LLC is always will to work with customers and go above and beyond to resolve any issues even if out of our control

Phil called and stated that he has not forgotten about this consumer, some things came up that I had to take care ofI will be calling the consumer within the week to set up a time to meet with her and discuss the issue and hopefully come to a resolution

While standing in line waiting to be served I noticed a worker cleaning the grillThis made me order the chicken sandwich because I knew that the grill wouldn't have to be usedI knew this because I'm a former employee of Wendy's and I was once a grill man myselfThe workers were getting ready to close because this store is open hoursI asked the person taking my order to give me a fresh chicken sandwich cooked to orderSince I've used the *** *** before I know that it takes 6minutes and seconds to cookBut they didn't put my chicken sandwich in the *** *** they put it in the the fryer that's up front in the store the same one used to cook the French friesAs a result of the this my sandwich was slightly under cookedOn top of all that the same guy cleaning the grill was the same guy to make my sandwichHe took off the large rubber grill cleaning glove and was still wearing a pair of thin clear plastic glovesI could tell that he'd had them on for a wh

TRS maintains that we received an e-contract from *** *** with his e-signature, home address, email address and telephone number Our company processed the contract and sent out a confirmation letter to the address provided which contained a property information sheet for the homeowner to fill out Although we did not receive the property information sheet back from the homeowner, we were now legally bound by the contract to fulfill the terms of the contract that we entered intoWe must assume that a consumer that fills out and submits a contract electronically through our website is doing so in good faithAfter receiving said contract, TRS filed a grievance against Nassau County on behalf of *** *** TRS also pursued a greater reduction by filing a Small Claims Assessment Review appea Our representative argued and won a 13.37% ($1739) reduction for this property Due to the length of the process in Nassau County, it can take over months from the filing of a grievance until there is a resolutionIt is possible that due to the amount of time that passed, *** *** doesn't remember visiting our website and filling out the online agreement It is also possible that someone else requested the service on his behalf TRS does not file grievances without proper authorization An e-contract with e-signature is a proper authorizationBoth Nassau and Suffolk Counties accept electronic signature authorizationsTRS did not engage in deceit in order to collect a fee The fact remains that *** *** has been enriched by our service and now expects us to forgo our fee because he doesn't remember hiring us

Complaint # ***by *** ***Hi. *** signed up for a weeks female challengeI was just the host and the money went to a 3rd party company. I could not give her the money back because It was never sent to me. Her card went straight to them and they received her
150.00$ deposit for the class which cost 250.00$. I offered her a spot in my next challenge for her troubles and told her she would be able to come to any time slots available throughout the day to make it convenient for her. I offer classes a day Monday-friday and weekend classes as well as open gym times. She was pleased with this and said great don't send the money I'd like to take your next challenge. However I just got this letter and complaint I immediately contacted the 3rd party and her money will be received within the next business days. I have all emails to show this is taken care of Thank you very much

mistake and the manager hung up on the customer While unfortunate, mistakes were made by bagging an incorrect item and the manager did not handle the situation as well as expected when the guest calledI spoke to the guest directly and ensured him that the appropriate actions would be taken to help both accuracy and guest-related concerns in the futureThe appropriate steps were taken at the restaurant levelAlthough Wendy’s cannot guarantee accuracy issues will be completely eradicated, we have taken numerous steps to make sure guest concerns are addressed in a professional, caring and timely manner While a gift card was offered as compensation for the incorrect order, the guest declined, indicating that improvement with guest relations was his primary concernThe guest indicated to me during a follow up conversation that he was satisfied with the outcome of the situation I am happy to report that the guest has been back to this location several times since the incident and has not indicated any further concerns during these visits

The management team as a WHOLE is very unprofessional and uneducated about the company and the franchise Their staff mess up on your order and the GM tells you "oh, calling customer service would not help since we are a franchise" TOTALLY WRONG AND INACCURATE
