I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The product you sold me did not last more than months
The product you replaced it with did not last more than months There is a problem when that is okay with a company I cringe at the thought of the elderly in this county being treated that way as well

I take all complaints very, very seriously and this one was no exceptionI spoke with all the staff members involved with the incident and the manager on shift as wellAfter reviewing the camera footage and speaking with the employees, I have found no issues with the situationOn the date in
question, 4-7-15, the customer came in and asked for a decaf coffeeThe employee who made it followed all safety protocols, including using a clean, sanitized pan for the decaf coffee to be made intoThe appropriate amount of time passes in the footage and then the employee pours it directly into the cup, lids it and calls it out to the customerThe customer is visited by the staff as they walk around to make sure if everything is ok with the visitThey visited with every table to ensure everything was alrightThe customer then approached the front counter with the coffee cup at 5:26pm which was thirty-four minutes laterThe employee, as is standard procedure, asked if the customer wanted her money back, the employee stated that she said nothing, turned and walked away back to her tableFive minutes later, she approaches another employee and gives the receipt to themThe employee contacts the manager and refunds the customer's moneyOur video clearly shows our employees making coffee per our procedureIt is also clear that nothing additional was added by our staffSincerely, Adam A*** General Manager Wendy's of Bend Oregon

After investigating the claim by Mr***, I can find no documentation nor anyone that authorized a refund, discount in the amount of $All refund have to go through my office and I have no record of suchBrake Masters would be willing to give Mr*** a $store credit as a gesture
of good will

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***while I do not agree with the businesses response as they have not answered to any of the email correspondence stating that they would contact the board and tell them they did not have proper authorization to work on my behalf I feel that this will become an endless back and forth with no resolutionTRS is not an honest company in my opinion however seeing as though I did receive a reduction I will end this back and forth.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved.attached are emails of a back and forth conversation between liz hanley and myselfso to say there I gave no response after correspondence is falseI clearly stated numerous times that I didn't not authorize this agreement and after doing research I asked for a home information packet that would have been mailed to me to be filled out as far as to the information to my housebedrooms bathrooms etcI never received that nor did they provide it as part of this complaintadditionally if you look at other reviews from former clients on Revdex.com website you will see that there is reference to this packet as they stated that the client filled out the home info packet incorrectly in regards to a response to a bad reviewhow would TRS know how many bedrooms or bathrooms I have in order to have this info to file grievancehouses get updated and renovated all the timelastly the very last email between liz and myself was liz saying that if I say that I did not authorize TRS to work on my behalf that she would notify the Nassau county assessment that they did not have proper authorization to file this grievanceI clearly stated that I did not give them authorizationI feel that my complaint is valid and stand by my initial request.

At this point, I can confirm that *** *** bought an amplifier from our store on June 18th (See evans1.txt) He did buy a *** Amp from us and also traded $worth of items The sales tax on the invoice copy shows more than one item, sales tax amount of $ due to
the trade tax offset Our invoices state our return policy clearly as a day return which is the most common terms in our franchise group of locations At this point, I will have to discuss with our other staff members if anyone remembers the telephone conversation from *** *** on July 25, *** *** did buy another amplifier from us on July, 30, for $(see evans2.txt.) His name is not on the sales copyHowever, he returned the amplifier on August for a full refund and his name is on that copy (See evans3.txt).If *** *** brings in the *** amplifier he purchased on June 18th, we will offer him a $store credit after we evaluate the amplifier as to it's current condition This would be an offer in good faith to a thirty year musician If he decides he'd like to do that, have him call me, Harry, so that I can set it up for him.Our staff was following sales and return guidelines if they stated in a phone conversation that his purchase was outside refund parameters

I am emailing in response to the letter of complaint we received from you. I wanted to let you know our side of the story. There is no disputing this occurred. There was an issue at the register and the operator had accidentally skipped over an order and charged this customer the
wrong totalBy the time I had realized what had happened the customer had already driven off and I had no way to fix the issue at that time. I was, and still am, more than prepared to refund the total dollar amount this customer was charged. My Shift Supervisor, Letty G***, and my Area General Manager, Chere D***, have both called this customer with no response and left messages with her with no return phone call. We are more than happy to fix the problem and apologize for the inconvenience. We have tried contacting on the following days, December 10th in the afternoon and again on December 15th around 11am If there is any additional information you need please feel free to contact me at the store at ###-###-####. We had big trees removed today that were very close to our house, they did a fantastic job,equipment and crew were very good and efficient! they were very safety conscious,also putting plywood down to run equipment over so the yard did not get damaged to muchClean up was way beyond what we thought they wouldWe would highly recommend Checking with Raney for any tree removal needs! We will certainly use them again in the future! Great experience with this company!!!

TRS received an online retainer agreement from *** ** *** on dated 2/**/ This agreement was accessed through the *** website and signed electronically by *** ** *** who provided name, address, phone number and email address on the form TRS used a
signature service called Right Signature to administer the electronic contract/signatureA copy of the contract and signature certificate are attached After receiving his contract, TRS processed and sent a letter to *** *** stating that his contract was received and that TRS would be filing a grievance for him against Nassau County in an effort to reduce his property tax assessmentThe grievance was filed in March to reduce the 2015/tax assessment TRS successfully reduced *** ***'s assessment and billed him according to the agreement His 2015/general and school bills were reduced, issued and paid at the lower assessment/amount Letters were sent to *** *** to notify him of a reduction prior to sending an invoiceAttached is the decision from Nassau County showing the new assessment Before sending to collections and in an effort to resolve this matter, I contacted *** *** by email and phone and provided all supporting documentation of the service provided He refused to pay the fee. The ESIGN Act is a federal law passed in It states that no contract, signature or record shall be denied legal effect soley because it is in elctronic form In good faith, TRS performed the service that we were contracted to do and have billed accordingly There was no communication from *** *** prior to billing and after receiving correspondence from TRS to dispute the contract and discontinue services.The IP address could be an address of any computer that was used to access the online contract such as library, work, home or any wireless connection from a coffee shop, train station etc

This company is stealing government money and not paying their employees on timeNEVER EVER work here or do business with themThey are claiming claims to Medicare so they get more money from them when in fact they are not doing these tasksThe IRS will be notified that they are scamming money from everyone including employeesThey are horrible people and do not deserve to have their doors openThe owner should be in prison along with some of the employeesThey also don't pay their taxes on the pay checks they pay outAgain, stealing money and it will come back to haunt these people
