I purchased a Premium Lifetime White Smoke a few years back and now can NOT use it! I have tried for weeks and only get a work order ticket number each time! I am SO frustrated! Support nor Sales answers their phone-are they out of business? It seems that they are still selling the product on line!!! Can anyone assist with this problem? I am a long time member

If you are
still not able to use WhiteSmoke you just need to restart it by doing the following:
1) Shutdown WhiteSmoke by locating the blue WS icon on your task bar next to the clock, right click it, and choosing 'Shutdown WhiteSmoke'
2) Start WhiteSmoke from your Start Menu -> All Programs -> WhiteSmoke folder -> Launch WhiteSmoke

This order was refunded in full on May 20th - screenshot attachedThe days between initial request and refund is because when technical issues arise we attempt to solve them.In addition, as compensation the company decided to allow the customer to keep their lifetime license for WhiteSmoke

I bought whitesmoke because i'm writing a novel. It sucks, that simply. on their website says that you can get money back. They did everything to push me under the rug. Jenny claimed that she upgraded me to writer. It's bad when you can't even tell the difference between an up grade to Writer then the online version, I'm very very dyslexic and have a lot of problems with commas and periods, and other things. I'm a great writer but have a disabiltiy.

The customer service sucks, sucks, sucks!

I still haven't recieved my refund and I'm now blocked from E-mailing Jenny. Yes, I got mad because of there run-around. She didn't even give me "upgrade" until my eight or more e-mails. She told me that I was rude. I was and I admit to all that. But I have about a dozen e-mails the prove that the were ignoring me. I saved them all and I will publish them in facebook and all public media for all to see.

Accusing me of having an old software of theres is insulting. I never knew this company and I wished that I never had. Forcing people to use their software shows how bad it really is. I would be like forcing a woman to stay married to a man that she hates.

Businss advice to Whitesmoke give your customers refunds. Forcing someone and keeping their money is very wrong

The information and instructions in the email sent by Whitesmoke did not resolve the problem. I responded to their email indicating exactly what the problem is, and continues to be. Instead of calling me and trying to resolve this matter, they continue to communicate via email that offers no resolution to the problem.

The payment has been returned to the customer.

The user purchased a product which has nothing to download, it is an online web-based product and the user successfully entered their details and used this service. The date their license was last used to enter our systems is 2015-07-03.Upon receiving the complaint through Revdex.com we...

reviewed all of our systems and found no messages from this user on our voice message system or email ticketing system. The user's monthly subscription was immediately cancelled and even through the user successfully used their license for a whole week, we have refunded the entire $9.95 in full.

Today we attempted to contact you over the phone multiple times, but there was no answer. In addition, there is no option to leave a voice message.
We've sent you instructions over email and we are going to call you again tomorrow, September 17th, between 9am and 3pm EDT.

on 2014-03-22, but have never received a reply back from you. We do apologize for this, as emails are not a guaranteed method of communication.

The 3 day response about the refund...YES they finally refunded my money but they never picked up the phone to return my calls (5) They never responded to countless e-mails requesting help or refund... Only when I stopped my credit card charge and wrote to a company that reviews their software did they refund.
