Review: On November 13th 2015, I placed two orders on wilsonsleather.com. There was a promo code "RMN15" applied to order that took 50% off each item. On November 17th, I received a email advising me that my order was cancelled and they will not be fulfilling my order. I called [redacted] customer care and spoke to a supervisor who advised me that the promo code was not approved by Wilsons Leather and upper management will not allow them to honor 50% promo code.Desired Settlement: This appears to be a bait and switch ploy. I would like Wilsons to honor promo code and deliver items at confirmed price.
