Mr [redacted] review is very unfortunateThroughout this project, upon establishing the first issue, our VP of Operations has personally been to the site dozens of timesWe have done our best in providing resolutions to Mr [redacted] We have spent both funds and resources above and beyond to coordinate the replacement of his floors multiple times and complete the job by a deadline for a family functionWe left this job site with the impression that everything has been corrected and completedOur VP has also been in consistent contact with himI believe there might have been some miscommunication in the end as this review was written only after we disagreed of yet another request for thousands of dollars to replace flooringWe are willing to accommodate the third floor repair for the mentioned $to make sure that Mr [redacted] is happy

We are sorry that you failed to abide by the guest license agreement that you agreed to before you could rent the houseThe guest information book in the home also clearly states the guests are to haul away their trashTrash haul off is not included in the cleaning feeWe have the picture of the full large trash sack you left in the home the day you checked outThe house keeper took the picture and sent it to management when she got to the home to clean it after you checked out.Trash haul off is not included in any of our cleaning fees our nightly rate because 1) it can't be quantified, different guest groups generate wildly different amounts of trashOne price fits all on trash haul off just doesn't work2) House keepers travel with their vehicles loaded with cleaning supplies, restocking product and cleaning equipmentThey don't have room in their vehicles to haul off guest trashSo when they are tasked with guest trash haul off they must unload their vehicles and make a special trip to a village or county trash collection point (as you noted these collection points are not always convenient)This extra service cost you $which was paid to the housekeeper.We hope you can visit beautiful Ruidoso again soon

I am rejecting this response because:
There is no litigation pending at this time. Now they are blatantly lying about our engagements. You better believe there as been name calling. These cowards don't have the right to just decide "what is right", and leave the consumer without a voice. They are frauds, and now liars. Jeff admitted the deficiencies to me on the phone. I have other people that are business owners as well as a commercial pilot in our group that witnessed these same deficiencies. As you see in their response you may now see the spin doctoring I have been dealing with. They simply stated that a "mop was left in the garage". Wow, not the issue at all. It was the putrid smell that permeated throughout the house that we had to contend with. They never even responded to why they never came to even address the issues when I call, and they promised to do so. It appears they are kissing up to the Revdex.com instead of stating a valid defense. Please let me know what I need to do at this point. I'm am officially rejecting the response because it is no response at all. They are lying, and if I have to get the people that were there to write statements I will. I hoping the Revdex.com will see through this "non response" they made as an understanding of what the consumer "me" has already been dealing with. I trust the Revdex.com to do their due diligence in this matter before more consumers are taken advantage of by this unethical company

We are sorry for the damages Mrs. [redacted] had during the delivery of her goods. While the movers were unloading the customer address the foreman/ driver with the damages, he called the office and was instructed to compensate the customer with $267 worth of 1.5 hours of labor.  The customer...

agreed to that amount at that time and told the driver she only will contact the office about the damages to her crib mattress. When the customer called the office, all details of our liability coverage and claim procedure were explained in details. Customer acknowledge that and even asked if it was any point of her submitting a claim and she was advise to do so for further consideration. We don't know what change since than.  No additional insurance was purchase during the move and our liability coverage is $0.60 per pound per item and therefore the compensation amount was $198. Given that she was already offered a higher compensation no money was due. When customer called our office after receiving our claim settlement email, she was rude and threaten to bad mouth our company and demanding instead of trying to talk and solve any issues.  Along with the claim she was refer to our Arbitration program in case she is not agreeing with the outcome. This is a general procedure that we do with all our customers. We do understand that moving is hard and the frustration that having damages can cause, however we were always very polite and informative on how to handle the situation. We referred the customer to our arbitration program and they will determine any further outcome. There was no need to contact the Revdex.com or escalate the situation as no final determination have been made.
