Revdex.com: I will accept the $700 as final resolution to the stated outstanding issue. Note: I have yet to receive the promised gift card ($75), reimbursement for cleaning. I will let Revdex.com know when I receive the check in the mail.I would like to clarify a few of the things mentioned in business’ response since this correspondence will serve as a statement of record. However, it is not meant to further the back and forth since there is a clear disagreement between me and the business.Regarding "We have spent both funds and resources above and beyond to coordinate the replacement of his floors multiple times and complete the job by a deadline for a family function”, there is no disagreement with this statement. To clarify though, funds & resources were spent to repair the floors multiple times due to water damage from leaking windows, caused by faulty installation, that occurred multiple times. Regarding "We left this job site with the impression that everything has been corrected and completed. Our VP has also been in consistent contact with him.”, that is not an accurate statement. You will see below that I reported the issue on September 10th with respect to the wood installation issues and I continued to follow up until 11/22/2016 (Over a 2 month period). To say that the business was under the impression that things were corrected and completed is inaccurate. To also say that the VP was in consistent contact is also inaccurate. See detailed view of what happened below:DETAILED VIEW OF WHAT OCCURRED: 9/10/2016 (I let VP know that there were no water leaks anymore, but the wood was not installed properly; see email below) 9/19/2016 (I followed up; No response from business)9/23/2016 (I followed up; VP responded to this asking what was needed)10/7/2016 (I responded to VP; VP requested a call; We spoke and agreed to get estimates for floor replacement)11/4/2016 (I provided an estimate; no response)11/7/2016 (I followed up; VP responded indicated he was thinking about it)11/8/2016 (VP and I continued to talk over email)11/9/2016 (I asked if VP wanted to reach out to the flooring guys directly to get a better deal; no response)11/11/2016 (I followed up; No response)11/15/2016 (I followed up; No response)11/22/2016 (I followed up; VP responded indicating that the business will take no further action)PS - I have the full email thread history if you are interested in the actual email threads. E-mail from 9/10/2016---------- Forwarded message ----------From: [redacted]Date: Sat, Sep 10, 2016 at 7:16 AMSubject: Re: Following upTo: [redacted]Good news is that there is no water.
