Review: I purchased On 10-**-14 Thundershield-Heavy Duty Coating for Metal, Steel, Concrete & Wood-7 Gallons Paid In Full Plus 1 Gallon Free For A Total Of 8 Gallons-2 Clear, 4 Super Bond, (2 Medium Grey.) for garage floor It was told to me that the product will last 15 years. On my garage floor there are areas where the product turned yellow and is completely gone and the concrete is completely exposed. I have tried numerous of times to contact the company and there is only a voicemail to leave a message which I have left a message each time. Invoice # [redacted] Amount $839.00Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund as I will research what company has great product, stands by their product and has dependable customer service if needed.

Review: Purchased 3 gallons (@100.00 per gallon) of ThunderShield paint for garage floor. Was told it had 15 yr. warranty yet no warranty language exists anywhere.

Was guaranteed that the paint would not come off due to the auto tires.

Followed direction to the "T", washed/degrease entire garage, power washed, and blew dry entire garage floor. Put down two coats, out door temp was in 70's-80's with minimal humidity. Waited 1 week to dry. Paint starting coming up on tires after three days!. Called and spoke to John M[redacted] twice and still have not gotten any response from the company what-so-ever!. FYI: Did I say that the paint cost 100.00 per gallon!Desired Settlement: Refund or corrected product!

Review: I purchased 4 gallons of Super Bond for my driveway on 10-**-14. It was told to me at this time that the product was guaranteed for 30 years. This product has faded and there are spots where the product is completely gone.Desired Settlement: Replacement

Review: on 3/**/13 I purchased thundershield from the company, I applied it- in accordance with their instructions- to my 5 year old concrete driveway. this past winter the concrete pitted and peeled. I had 4 gallons left, contacted the co ,a [redacted] and returned them acccording to his instructions on may *,2014 via fedex, to worldwide at [redacted], including pictures to show the damage.I only asked for $333.20 ,which represents 4/18th of the original order.I was told it would take 30 days for the check to be send. As of today I did not receive the reimbursement. Repeated phonecalls only gives me recorded messages, that someone will call back- with no results. I have not attempted to ask for damages, since it would cost more for an expert to document the problemDesired Settlement: Please help me to finally get the money due me.

Review: Ordered a beige color garage floor epoxy and when applied it looked yellow.Called several times to complain and every time the consumer department personnel have said they would email a form for a refund which I never received. They offer a 100% guarantee or receive a refund on the purchased price but all I have gotten was ignored.Desired Settlement: Purchase Price $625

The customer has been given a refund since the product was returned to us.

Review: after contacted by e-mail I called. they explained what there product did. I asked if the product came in a clear coating , if two coats gave a better protection and the amount I needed, and if it would solve the problem of lifting or marking after being driven on. well they sent me six gallons I only needed two. they said it was clear it turned my black and white checked floor yellow and black, waited five days as told and after parking vehicle on garage floor it marked the squares it was parked on. everthing they claimed was a total lie. called back three times for customer service and they never returned my call.Desired Settlement: refund for unused product or 250.00 to help in cost to have my garage floor redone

Review: I purchased 3 gallons of Surface Giant garage floor paint from Worldwide Industrial Enterprises on July **, 2015, via phone and [redacted] card. After following application instructions explicitly and even letting it dry much longer than required (a full 24 days), the paint peeled up immediately everywhere the car wheels touched. When contacted by phone, they eventually sent another gallon for touch-up, but delayed so long that winter temperatures precluded its use. (AND they sent the wrong color!)

On ** November I sent a registered letter to the owner of the company, Frank T[redacted] detailing exactly what had happened, and to whom I'd spoken, on which dates. I asked for a refund. On ** November John M[redacted] called and said he was going to send a refund check immediately. On ** December I called to say no check had arrived. Since then I have left many messages for John M[redacted] to please call me back, with no results, as late as today, ** January.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $319 paid to Worldwide Industrial Enterprises on July **, 2015 for the worthless three gallons of Surface Giant garage floor paint.
