False advertisement, job not able to be done as promised, in contact with sales guy to try and resolve only to be led on for months with no resolve.
My husband and I attended a dinner in Garland, TX at Texas Land and Cattle Steak House for a presentation for what the postcard says is Xtreme Green Eco, only to find out the company is really Yellow Blue. *** was a great presenter, personable, and my husband and I felt led to pursue this product as we had been to a similar one in NC but knowing we wouldn't be in our house forever, we chose not to pursue it at the time. Cedric promised whoever would commit to having them come over after the presentation would get a gift card of their choice(did receive) and a pay that night discount. First off, we thought Cedric himself was going to come do the measuring and survey of the job, but he sent his two gentleman, one by the name of ***(neither of the gentleman still work for the company from what I was told by *** We were a little taken back buy this, but figured they knew what they were doing. After they did their thing & we sat down to do discuss payment, we had asked them a couple times, are you sure you can get the slants & everything that would be covered. We were assured by the gentleman measuring that night & Cedric when he came over, that they had a special tool to reach those areas. Over and over they reassured me they could after I was leery after having a look myself(the spaces were so small). The items were finally installed Sept 8th. First hiccup was *** told me they would be here at 5. He had mentioned working when it was cool so I assumed he meant 5 AM, waited an& waited, till I finally called him at 8a and no answer. When he finally called me back he sincerely apologized and said he meant 5P. Ok not a big deal....the installers showed up at 5p and were gone by 9p and had to come back 2 days after that to finish the job because the installers worked other jobs. A little inconvenient but again, we were working with them. Once they got it installed we discovered the fan didn't work. Called *** he seemed baffled, ordered us a new fan to have shipped straight to the house and told me to call him when it came in. When he finally came and checked it after consulting with higher ups of the company, the wire wasn't attached so once he attached that he got it back to working, and he finally wrapped our water heater that they promised they would throw in with our purchase and pick up the new fan that was shipped to our house. No worries problem solved so we thought. In the presentation we were promised: less dust, lower heating/air bills were claimed to happen almost instantly, hot rooms would no longer be hot anymore as the temperature of the house would be regulated all the way through, air units wouldn't run as much, etc. Maybe for a one level house, but our multi-level house/roof not so much. We waited several months before calling *** back to let him know we were not seeing any change as we wanted to give it a fair chance, still hopeful at this time. Our bills had actually began to be higher. *** came over to discuss options, and said he could remove insulation from certain parts to let air from areas not covered be released into the attic so the fan could suck it out. That didn't work after several months. He came back out again, left a gun with us so I could check air temps to see if it was my air unit not working properly(it works more than fine), discussed options to paint areas that weren't covered(which is half the house) and after my husband and I discussed that it would cost us more in the long run to repaint their paint job, so in order to save us and the company more money we decided to call *** back and discuss a refund. This call was in August, took me awhile to get a hold of him, he said he was no longer with the company but would do his best to help me, which has been nothings up unto this point. Multiple text messages sent back and forth, gave me presidents name and #, after 3 attempts to call him, I am pursuing this route. Additional information-To Whom it May Concern:
I just realized after reading back through my submitted complaint that I did not include the year. Is there anyway you can add that to my claim for me, or anyway I can submit the correction? The insulation was installed Sept 8, 2016.

Desired Outcome

My husband and I are wanting to rectify this issue by being refunded our money of $4237.93 being we were given half the job promised, constant delay, and time I have had to consistently get in contact with them with major delays in responses or none at all. There are not enough gift cards to cover this issue(this is what we got a couple times for the constant miscommunication and delays we experienced). Had we known from the beginning they wouldn't be able to fulfill their promise and cover all area and we would have needed to paint we would have never agreed to proceed with product. Not to mention there is a lot of false advertisement or lack there of(shame on us for not paying better attention). Their dinner cards they send out have one company name on them, the company has a different name, and the receipt they fill out when you purchase material doesn't even have any type of address or phone number to reach the company. Shame on these people! I am now at the point of feeling taken advantage of. I have tried my absolute best to be patient with these people, resolve it professionally person to business, but it feels at this point to keep their tracks covered and delay any responsibility for a job promised gone bad. Even Cedric said he wished he would have come and done the initial consult himself as he would have caught this and that there were a few other people that had this same issue and weren't satisfied. We are tired of being put off, having a carrot dangled in our face in hopes that we would just go away. Well we're not. I don't like being taken advantage, especially when there is this kind of money involved, just as I'm sure they don't either.

of Southland Eco in Texas has been in touch with Ms. and has made arrangements for his crew to come in week after next (because customer will be gone next week) to inspect, photograph and determine what needs to happen to resolve the issue(s). Mr. Southland Eco dealership has an A Revdex.com rating in his area and assures us he will to whatever is necessary to make this customer happy. He will let us know when the issue is resolved.

Mr. has been in contact with me. I am accepting that he needs to come out to take photographs, inspect, etc in order to determine forward process with assuring our money is refunded in full. His employee has been in contact with me and we have set a tentative date for him to come out. Due to the run around I have received over the last 2-3 months, it has left me a little skeptical which is unfortunate, no fault of Mr. Wilkerson's being he wasn't the one who I originally dealt with. I will not be completely satisfied till our money is refunded and this issue is completely resolved. Should it not be resolved 100% to our satisfaction, which I have been assured it will be, I have no problem getting back in contact with the Revdex.com.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with yellow blue! They have great products that have helped my home and some of my families homes. I highly recommend this company for any energy savings solutions and more!

Since Yellowbue Ecotech has installed their better air unit in my home, I haven't had any allergies, and haven't gotten sick in a year. I was also able to adopt a cat, I would have never been able to do that with my allergies before. This is an amazing company and they are very knowledge and proud of their products.

This is Ronda ***, my husband and I bought a air unit for our double wide trailer. The difference it makes is astounding. My husband has allergies and has helped him greatly. Air is so fresh, makes such a difference. Cuts down dust, which is always a good thing. Love it, wouldn't have anything I like more. Customer service is also wonderful. A great company to deal with. So happy we have it!!

We have attempted to resolve these issues with Mr. but he has refused to allow our independent authorized dealer to come into his home to assess the situation. The dealer HAS spoken to Mr. on the phone but has put him off indefinitely. We already responded with this information to the Revdex.com. We apologize, but cannot do anything further with the cooperation of Mr..

Our independent authorized yellowblue dealer has been in touch with Mr. on several different occasions: three times to inspect the installation of our product (which was found to be installed properly), once with regard to the utility bill comparison (which showed an average savings of 17.47%) and to offer a reduction of $5,141 PLUS a free solar fan against the purchase.

We really like the BetterAir unit. It has reduced my husband's snoring. Neither one of us has had a cold since installing it. The payment plan was very nice and our salesmen are very good about making sure we are happy with the unit. I have recommended the BetterAir unit to several people. We reccomend yellowblue to everyone!
