I have used Zenner/Ritter for several years to service my gas generator. I am always completely satisfied with Richard M. who I always request due to his knowledge and professional approach to his duties. We discovered water on our basement floor on Sunday, July 3. Not only was it a Sunday afternoon, but on a holiday weekend. We called Zenner and Ritter emergency service and someone actually answered the phone. Within a short time we were connected with a service rep who was working that day, Tim S. Tim called and when I explained the problem, he said I could probably fix it myself if I felt able to do it. Since we were having people over the next day, I didn't want to take a chance. So, I requesteded to check all the other he come over anyway. He told me up front the minimum it would cost. He came within an hour and fixed the problem (with our A/C unit). I could not have asked for a better experience considering the circumstances. After unclogging a tube - which he told me had caused the leak - he proceeded to check all the other possible sources of trouble. Very friendly and courteous. And he only charged us the minimum service charge. If for no other reason than this, I would highly recommend Zenner & Ritter.

We were very pleased with the quick next day response to our repair/replace needs, and that Tim and his team worked all day and into the evening to replace our furnace and air conditioner.
They worked above and beyond to help us out, providing the little extras that keep us coming back to Zenner and Ritter
Our only problem was a followup service call was needed to identify and repair water overflow from the humidifier. Apparently the drain hose was pushed too far into the drain hole, plugging it and causing water backup into the basement. We all forgot to test the humidifier probably due to the late hour

The technicians who serviced our generator were very knowledgeable of our generator and the technical aspects of the product requirements. They, indeed, made appropriate adjustments per our inquires. First class service!!

Zenner & Ritter have maintained a generator for my Mom for a number of years. She is elderly, and it is essential that she have the power back-up. They have done a great job of taking care of her needs, which has given the family much peace of mind. Their customer service is excellent.
