Hello Revdex.com,We sent the homeowner a new cleaner, I'm not sure what more he wantsAt this point Zodiac has meet our obligation and accommodate the homeownerThis case is closed thank you

I put her Mxpool cleaner and sent out rebate form I should have received the promotional leaf catcher and my $rebate within to weeks as stated on the paper work I mailed the rebate before July 4th I called the company several days after Labor Day By then I should had reieved the rebate The phone representative told me that they just received my rebate formI asked how could that be I mailed it over weeks agoShe told me it's summer and they have lots of rebates to issue I told her then it should not state that the rests will come between and weeks She told me that rebates are processed on Monday's We were speaking the Tuesday after Labor Day So I said great then it will be processed todayHer reply was no next Monday because yesterday was a holidaySo I guess they just skip the processing for that week if the holiday falls on a MondayShe told me it would be done the next Monday and sent out I called again when the rebate card never arrived

PURCHASED AN OLD DUO
CLEAR FROM WIND SURF & SAIL FOR $THIS UNIT DID
NOT WORK CORRECTLY, AND THE HOMEOWNER WAS UPSET, SO *** HAD A NEW FUSION IN
HIS STORAGE WHICH HE ACCOMMODATED TO THE HOMEOWNERTHE HOMEOWNER THEN
COMPLAINED THAT THE GCLEANER WAS GETTING STUCK ON THE STEPS, ZODIAC WILL BE
ACCOMMODATING AN MXUNIT AS A GOOD WILL GESTER, THE FUSION OR MXWILL NOT
CARRY ANY WARRANTY, THE HOMEOWER IS AWARE OF THIS AND UNDERSTANDSI HAVE ALSO
INSTRUCTED THE HOMEOWER TO REMOVE THE CLORINE TABS OUT OF THE SKIMMER ASAP TO
AVOID DAMAGE TO HIS HEATERWE WILL ALSO NOT BE REIMBUSING FOR CHEMICAL USED

Hi there,
Salt generator failed and expensive LED light within monthsLight was used 10-timesZodiac is not returning phone calls and emails for months now Zodiac is insisting that a certified dealer has to get the warranty parts, but customer service it's so poor, I can't get a dealer with the patience to deal with this problem
I would like a trisensor and control board for the salt generator and a replacement light sent to my addressWe are very capable of installing it ourselves

Purchase a few pool valves and they came with a warranty stating they were good for the life of the pool - well I still have the pool and still in the same house since and now they do not want to warranty the valves and will not relinquish them to me so I can pick a vendor to install them
They are demanding that I have them sent to a professional installerI bought them originally and they were sitting at my house until I choose a person to install them originally and now they will not warranty them by sending ME the valves like I originally purchased myselfThey have changed there warranty after they sold me there product and I have the proof of the old warranty which is the one I purchased my products under and then the new one they decided to issue in and not tell anyone about it

We our tech, and myself did speak with a Mr*** *** concerning a Polaris Mr *** daughter has a aboveground pool, this unit is for inground poolsMr*** stated that both Sun Play & Zodiac websites state it will work on aboveground
pools ( which it does not, I went to both sights) Mr*** then stated that Sun Play told him this unit would work in his poolI then informed Mr*** this is something he was going to have to work out with Sun PlayMr*** then demanded that we refund him his money that he paid for the cleanerI again informed him that he would have to discuss this with Sun PlayMr*** then became very abusive on the phone, and threatened, to put bad review, all over the Web, and tell the world that Zodiac does not, stand behind our productMr *** began to use foul language, and hung up on meBelow is the transcripts of our notes in his account

I purchased a Polaris on 4/30/According to the ad it is considered to be the best pool cleanerWhen I ordered the I had no idea that there were other models with better capabilities! The cleaner does not clean the bottom corners at all, it hangs up on the main drain, and does not return to you to be removed as shown in the ad
I sent a email to Polaris product support telling of these problems and asking if there was an upgrade that would do as shownOr how to fix the problemsThey responded by saing there is no upgrade and I would have to purchase special caps for the main drainsTHEY DID NOT EVEN RESPOND TO THE OTHER ISSUES THAT DEAL WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CLEANER!

Jandy Legacy HeaterI purchased and had installed this heater professionallymonths later it started leakingThat is one month after warranty ran outAfter contact was made regarding the issue, they determined it was my fault due to chemical imbalanceI have my chemical balance tested professionally every two weeks and test my self on the other weekNonsenseThe replacement part cost $Had it installed professionally and low and behold six months later, we are leaking again and it is the same problemI had this very expensive unit disconnected and will never have another Jandy product againAs a side note, the first heated that I had prior to this one lasted years with minimal repairStrange,huh? No problem with chemical with that oneDo not buy this product unless you want to throw your hard earned money down the drain

My understanding is that the CLis still sold however the design has changed and the new design does not fit my current systemI purchased a replacement top lid in (due to cracking) however am told that a replacement bottom is now not available due to the design changeIt doesn't seem that the filter pump would crackCan you advise why the design change? Is it possible that it happened due to a design flaw?
With regards to the salt chlorine generator, the system has had constant problems since the installationSeveral parts have been replaced at different times thoroughout the yearsGiven the numerous problems with the system, I'd like you to reconsider replacing my systemFeel free to call me as I've had difficulty getting thru to your customer service center

The A+ Rating for certain products that Zodiac is selling and that I purchased, JANDY LED PRO lights, is comolete madnessThe New LED products are way over priced even if you get a WEB based price below $500/ lightThese lights will never make it to the 50,hours markI had a Jandy Spa light last only 5-hoursThe 5th time I turned the lights on it failed.I have of the Large LEDs and fully expect them to stop any day nowNeither the WEB Seller or ZODIAC will back the 50,hour markThe WEB seller pushes the problem off to Zodiac and Zodiac says go to the SellerNone the less, the Dollars plus cost for these lights is a waste of your moneySince reviews below are not counted in the A+ rating the Revdex.com is not showing the consumer a valid picture of this vendor's ratingsSince they have currently complaints and ZERO positive reviews that is a red flag for all consumers of these over priced LED Pool LightsThere are other vendors who stand behind their products who are out there do more reserach before you buyThe whole Pool equipment installation mafia needs to be taken downGive me a break! How hard is it really to wire some pool lights to a standalone GFI circuit anyway?
