Dear Revdex.com,
As you can see the salt system is out of warranty. We are still willing to sell the customer the cell at a discounted rate. Also we have not heard from the customers service company so we can provide troubleshoot to verify the cell is bad, and we have not received any information that the chemistry is corret. Warranty is still denied.
