In the end, we didn't move forward, because of the cost of services, but she gave me some things to think about and seemed to really care about helping me get the most out of her companies services.

I decided to call this company with a question about my student loan. I am currently on a PAYE plan but wanted to see if I had any other options but was hesitant to just call to a company from an advertisement on Instagram so finally I decided to call and Juan C helped me with all my questions. I called in on an ad I had seen on instagram today, regarding student loan debt relief. I got Tiffani C on the other line. She was very knowledgeable & sweet, with a sense of humor (that’s extremely important these days). She was very patient with me & seemed to honestly have my best interest in mind. She answered my repeated questions over & over, because I was pretty confused. Some people can get annoyed with this, but she kept trucking along. I can appreciate that & look forward to working with her through out my next couple years paying off my financial burden due to student loans. My debt consultant is Reema N and I must say that she is absolutely wonderful. I just joined the program last night on 7/20/18. Reema was so patient, so knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions so clearly and addressed all my concerns. We were on the phone for so long and it wasn't stressful or frustrating because she has such a welcoming personality.
