Regards, On may 31st I was told to come pick up my car, the [redacted] and leave the Nissan Rogue S and to take my business else where.  They lied when they told me my vehicle had already been sold but I found it on the lot an took pictures of it as well as the Nissan Pathfinder SV.
  I do not accept this because they have written me up as having an Nissan Rogue SL on my contract when they knew they had switched to car to a Nissan Rouge S .  I never even test drove it because I was so overwhelmed after it was switched also it had gotten dark outside and because I did not come to buy a car many of my possessions were left in my car the [redacted]  ** which my credit union advised me a year ago to keep my car for a few . more years.  The mger of credit is [redacted].   I had planned to finance my car through my credit union.  The salesman Deven was throwing things out of my car into the new one while a young lady kept my attention .  I kept trying to see what he was doing but I was too tired.  It was very dark now. attention by showing me how to operate the car..  This is not an acceptable situation.  My vehas switched and also I do no t want the extended warranty.  The pathfinder I found was  would have come out to nearly the same price as the Nissan Rogue S.  Also, I have a copy of that Nissan Pathfinder sticker.  However, they did not want to work with me on that Nissan Pathfinder. I wrote down all the information on this Nissan. I WILL GLADLY ACCEPT the Magnetic Black Metallica Nissan for the price it came to with all the incentives.  I have no intentions of letting t Nissan get away with this kind of fraud.  I had not come to buy a car, I came for the prize that I never received.  I am not emotionally well enough to buy such a large item without my family's as stance.  [redacted]  [redacted].  he needs you to call him.  Also my lawyer is going to contact you for my emotional distress and my family, husband, and other families can tell you how many times I have been taken advantage of. [redacted]  **  [redacted]

Per the conversation with Mr [redacted] he was told that there would be no cost to take the wheel locks off and be replaced with standard lug nuts. Our preowned vehicles do not typically come with wheel locks on them unless they were there from the previous owner.  The only cost that would be...

involved would be if Mr. [redacted] wanted a new set of wheel locks put on the vehicle. In that case I offered the wheel locks at cost for the inconvenience for $75. There is no way to just purchase a key for the locks so unfortunately this is not an option. Mr [redacted] is welcome to come in at his convenience to have the locks taken off and replaced with standard lugs at no cost.  Warm Regards,

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]This is a new excuse they are making, 'that I bumped into something'. They are being deceptive. There is no damage to the front of my car where I would have bumped something. Something fell on the hood from high in the dealership service department. I am going to get a report from the insurance adjuster to document how the damage occurred. They will need to pay my damages.

The damage referenced in this complaint was there prior to us working on the vehicle. The dent on the vehicle was caused by the bumper being pushed up into the hood. back of another vehicle or a vehicle backing up into Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle while it was parked.

Fixed ops director has spoken with Body Shop and they will be performing all work on vehicle to get it in proper condition as requested.

Mr [redacted] please come by the service department and ask for the drive manager David. We will remove the old locks and put on a new set at no cost for you inconvenience.

They've already hit our credit as a hard hit so I'm not going to keep having it hit if Armando is going to try to make it right. However after speaking with Dario in finance my income wasn't even reported right when you clearly have the bank statements. He submitted it with[redacted] a month income. So I'm not real sure where all the breakdown comes from within this company. 
So not resolved whatsoever.

[They have been promising to fix my car for about 7 months. I talked to the director on 3/21/2017, he could not provide an explination as to why my vehicle had no water on the radiator. They now need to replace engine. I want to keep this complaint open until my car is fixed. After this many months they are still submitting settlements to the insurance which I think they should have done from the very beginning. I don't understand why they are still submitting claims to the insurance when they said my car was ready for pick up on 3/17/2017. I feel like they pushed my car to the back burner and I am still without a car. They lied to me for several months, stating my car was waiting only for paint job when the car had not been repaired. There is acid on the car from the day of the accident, paint is still chipped, windshield is still broken and now the engine needs to be repaired. According to the director, they were going to submit 3 more claims to the insurance on 3/22/2017. My accident happened on 8/8/2016, they picked up my car the last week of August. Why wasn't these claims submitted whitin the first two weeks of the time my car was picked up by them?)
