I was already due the full refund for returning the defective product. However, 101phones refused to pay my shipping to return the defective product. This is an unconscionable business practice. I should not have to pay return shipping for a product that does not work. I request that 101phones.com place a credit of $10.80 on my card for the cost of shipping the return, in addition to the cost of a full refund for the product.

The phone was manufactured by [redacted] for GE in 2008.  It appears obvious that the problem is that the battery is so old that it no longer maintains a charge for any significant time.  We believe that this problem can be resolved by having 101 Phone sending us a new battery for this phone. This would satifactorily resolve our complaint. 
2. If they want us to return the phone, the original packaging is no longer available so we cannot comply with their request.  Additionally, the company did not offer to pay for the return of the phone so that would be an additional cost to us.  If they prefer to resolve our concern this way please have them send a prepaid return form and agree that the original packaging is not necessary.

 This resolution is NOT satisfactory but it seems this matter will not be rectified by the company as they do seem to be steadfast in a policy not conducive to establishing good  customer relations..
