For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Multiple customers experienced the exact same result upon usage of the rebuildable atomizerI own numerous rebuildable atomizers of varying styles and features, and the rebuildable atomizer in question was not out of the ordinaryThe product was manufactured incorrectly, and the seller continued selling the product online after numerous online complaints arose on their web site under the customer reviews of this specific itemNo "misuse" occurred, and no "burning of the insulators" causing the error occurredThis was a poorly made product that this business attempted to sell for a profit, and then immediately blamed the user for their low qualityThis has been the worst experience I've experienced within the industry, and sincerely hope this business learns how to properly address these issues, with both their wholesale partners, and their customer serviceTl;dr: My complaint, albeit a year later, is still standingNo resolution has been made

What the company is failing to mention is that I had to send emails before I even got a response about my returnI had to file a complaint with the attorney general of California to get a response! Once they received my item it took them days to respond because they didn't check their PO Box for their mailThen even after they said I had been refunded I wasn't! I had to email them again to get them to actually refund my money! Their customer service doesn't offer a phone number to speak to a live person only an email address they respond to only after you email multiple times and get the attorney general involvedAt this point I have my refund after a bunch of grief but at least I got itI refuse to do business with this company and spend my money elsewhere without any issuesThis company sold a substandard product and refused to stand behind their productCustomer service is clearly not a priority and making money is their only objectiveI find their response of how everything played out comicalLuckily, this entire complaint and responses are posted on the Revdex.com for all consumers to viewEnough said!

[This business is making accusationsThe second unit malfunctioned, I sent the SAME unit back to them and they sent it back accusing me of sending them the old unitI was reluctant to buy the unit again from the same site that wouldn't help me with the first unit but they had a great price on it and I thought I would give it another tryThe second unit malfunctioned within the warranty period and they refused to replace it accusing me of sending them the original malfunctioning unitAfter being called a liar I have taken my business elsewhere but this issue still frustrates me.]

Item purchased carried DOA warranty only. Device arrived working properly and after several weeks of use [redacted] damaged the device and demanded we replace it. When he was told it could no longer be returned his response to our customer service rep was "[redacted]". We are not willing to do...

I have reviewed the history of this claim and I think you may be a bit confused on the timing of some of the events so I will include the time stamped messages in this reply. You were also refunded 9 months ago on this matter yet you continue to want to keep the complaint open. 
You sent in your first message and our rep responded to you within 24 hours trying to assist your concerns on this mod. You did not accept what they had to say and you that night sent back two more messages. We kindly replied the next morning that " if you are unsatisfied with the item it can be returned to us" and that once we inspected it you would receive a refund. At no time did we tell you that you wouldn't receive a refund or even give you a hard time about returning the product. 
At this point you decided to contact the attorney general of California and I'm sorry to tell you that didn't help you at all. By the time they sent us a letter weeks later asking about this the matter was already resolved and we simply replied to them with what happened and we haven't heard from them since. All you successfully did with this one was cost the tax payers of California a minimum of hundreds of dollars while you were trying to bully our company into giving you a $30 refund which you were going to get anyways. You also at this time contacted the Revdex.com creating this complaint.
On to the next part where you claim we did not check our PO box for 12 days. What actually happened here is you decided to send your package registered mail requiring a signature at the post office in mid December. In order to pick it up I ,the owner of the company, had to stand in line for an hour at the post office to pick up the package and sign for it. This is what delayed your pickup from the post office.  
Now this last part is the one place we did make a mistake. When the return was processed our employee did not properly apply the refund and it did not go through. This was unknown to us until you contacted us a couple weeks after and as soon as the message came through and we went to verify the refund and it wasn't found we immediately refunded the purchase.
We serve thousands of customers every single month and we have built our clientele based upon word of mouth for the great service we offer. As you have proved though we cannot make every customer happy but we certainly do our best to do so but unfortunately we can only stay within the limits of reason. I'm sorry for the "bunch of grief" you feel this has caused you but it was brought on by yourself. Not only did you induce grief upon yourself you have caused grief upon our company, the Revdex.com, the Attorney General of California which then also increases the burden of every tax payer in the state of California.

You should leave the contact in the button tightened down. Instead you need to get the battery fitted with the contact at the top. The mod uses a double adjusting 510 pin. How I usually setup a mod like this is to start by backing the atomizer end of the 510 nearly all the way out. I then attach my atomizer and thread this end of the 510 in until it touches the post on the atomizer. From here I unthread the battery contact end of the 510 pin out until it makes contact with the top of the battery.Regards101Vape support team
