Review: Delivery problems on 101 Vape order, the package did not reach the right destination.

I'be been having some issues about a order that never arrived at the right address, even ticked as deliveried on the tracking page at USPS. The zip code that appears is other and do not match with the right address. The customer service from 101 Vape sad that they filed a claim and waiting for an answer from USPS, but it's almost a month, and they just don't answer my e-mails anymore.

I bought from then, and they chose how it was going to be sent. I think their responsability finishes when the product is deliveried at the customer's hand.

Any ideas how I can get my money back?

Review: I had ordered a battery that was defective, I contacted the company and they informed me it was out of the warranty range. I then ordered the same product again and the new battery was defective also but this time it fell within the warranty range. I contacted the company and they informed me to mail it in. I did so then a week later they sent me a message saying it was out of the warranty range and they were sending the defective product back to me. The customer service was very rude and not helpful, I don't understand why they didn't replace the product after they asked me to mail it in just to mail it back to me.Desired Settlement: I want the at least one of the defective batteries replaced.

Seller Response:First item purchased carried a 30 day warranty. We were contacted nearly two months after purchase about issues with the product. We explained the item was outside of the warranty period. Customer ordered a second unit and then when received claimed DOA. We authorized the return and when received it was the original unit purchased 2 months prior. Item was returned to customer no replacement will be given.

[This business is making false accusations. The second unit malfunctioned, I sent the SAME unit back to them and they sent it back accusing me of sending them the old unit. I was reluctant to buy the unit again from the same site that wouldn't help me with the first unit but they had a great price on it and I thought I would give it another try. The second unit malfunctioned within the warranty period and they refused to replace it accusing me of sending them the original malfunctioning unit. After being called a liar I have taken my business elsewhere but this issue still frustrates me.]

Review: I bought a [redacted] mod box from them and then took two weeks to deliver a [redacted]. I've tried to contact prior to see what was going on with the shipping and no response. I've tried to email several times now and no response. I have even also messaged them on [redacted] and [redacted] and no response. Someone has to pay for this mistake and I'm not going to be the one! I'm livid right now! I've never had someone do this to me before.Desired Settlement: Refund me my money without return of product.

Seller response: A shipping error was made on customers order. We attempted to exchange the item for the proper item and were absorbing all costs associated with the exchange. Review: Defective and unsafe product bought from this company. Used 3 times total and contacted promptly and was blown off. Either what they are selling are most likely unsafe, generic products or they are willing to put customers at risk by selling faulty batteries which can be dangerous. I simply was asking for 1 battery to be replaced as it was obviously faulty.Desired Settlement: Exchange or return and refund of purchase so they can be purchased elsewhere

I received a tracking number and assumed everything was ok. Well the package was never delivered to my property and my tracking from usps says the package was refused and returned to 101vape!! I never refused the package and was home all day waiting for it to arrive. I have contacted 101vape many times and the answer I received is this:

"Hi [redacted], we do not have any further details about the circumstances of the current status. According to the tracking details the package is being returned to us. We can arrange to ship it back out once it gets here. Alternatively you can place the order again and we will just refund the first one when it gets to us"

I continue to email them and ask if the package was ever returned and they say NO and refuse to refund my money!!! I don't know how to pursue getting fair treatment for a product I purchased and never received. This has now been over a month and they must of received the package by now and continue to deny they have and refuse to refund me. I do not think the customer should loose out on money for a service they choose to use and now is having delivery issues. Please help me I feel like they are in the business of ripping people off this way.

Review: I have yet to receive products I purchased from this company. I have reached out to them asking why. They have provided no help. Usps who is shipping item advised I needed to work with sender regarding shipping issues. I paid for usps first class mail which is quoted for 1 to 3 business days. Its been 5 business days and still no delivery. I was advised by usps that it could possibly take up to another additional week. Even worse the tracking stated delivery date for April 14 which was false. I know for a fact first class mail should not take this long for a package sent from California to Washington state. I asked 101vape for refund of shipping cost for this inconvenience and was told no. I do not believe they are taking my concerns seriously and multiple emails asking to speak with a manager have gone without response. They have refused to answer any of my other concerns when they respond.Desired Settlement: I am requesting my shipping fee of $1.99 be refunded immediately.

Seller response:USPS first class is estimated at five days for delivery and is the cheapest and slowest shipping option we offer. Our staff was very kind and swift at explaining this but Michael refused to accept this. Shipping fees are paid directly to USPS and no guarantees are made regarding delivery time. Package arrived to Michael one day after Revdex.com complaint (7 calendar days after order). Shipping fees will not be refunded on this order.

Review: I ordered a [redacted] Atomizer Clone by [redacted] from 101Vape; after a week of normal usage, one of the two center posts removed itself from the deck. After this happened, I reviewed their comments section on this product, where it was becoming a known issue among reviewers. 101Vape refused to refund, repair, or replace the part, stating that they only replaced Dead on Arrival equipment. They are selling inferior quality items and refuse to work with a customer to resolve this isse.Desired Settlement: I want to return the item, 101Vape can work with it's manufacturer directly. This is a dangerous hazard to be providing to customers, and needs to be resolved immediately.

Review: I wrote 101vape.com a message within days of receiving my defective [redacted] sub tank. At first they were cordial but after a few messages they people started to blame me for the problems with the device. They had a 2 week guarantee I contacted them with in days and now the emails are saying my girlfriend is [redacted] exact words. I would like my replacement and something to be done about the very unprofessional staff.Desired Settlement: Replacement of my defective [redacted] and an apology from whom ever has been disrespecting me and my soon to be wife

Item purchased carried DOA warranty only. Device arrived working properly and after several weeks of use [redacted] damaged the device and demanded we replace it. When he was told it could no longer be returned his response to our customer service rep was "[redacted]". We are not willing to do anything for [redacted].

Review: I asked them for a black device and I received a silver one. Contacted the company numerous times to no response after trying to handle it nicely. Desired Settlement: Let me know if the device is "authentic" and send me the color I asked for. I don't have time to wait for them to take mine and ship a new 1 separate.

Review: I ordered a mechanical mod for a vapor cigarette from 101 Vape on 11/21/2014. Upon delivery it was clear this item was defective and would not function properly. I contacted the company for a refund request. I was issued an RMA that was valid for 7 days. I was advised that upon receipt they would inspect the item and refund my money. Note that all of our correspondence is conducted through an email service on their website as they do not provide their customer with a phone number to speak with a live person. I responded asking if the refund was contingent upon their inspection, and I received no response. 3 days prior to the RMA expiring, I returned the defective item via certified mail USPS. I sent another message to the company informing them of the return, asked for a phone number and asked for a response to my previous question. Nothing, no response, no acknowledgment, nada. I then contact the company again asking for a response, nothing again. I tracked the item today, USPS tells me it was delivered to their PO box on 12/5 but has yet to be picked up. All I am asking for is a refund of my merchandise $29.99 plus tax. Although I had to pay for shipping when I bought the item and when I returned it.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $29.99 plus tax. I will never do business with this company ever again.

What the company is failing to mention is that I had to send 4 emails before I even got a response about my return. I had to file a complaint with the attorney general of California to get a response! Once they received my item it took them 10 days to respond because they didn't check their PO Box for their mail. Then even after they said I had been refunded I wasn't! I had to email them again to get them to actually refund my money! Their customer service doesn't offer a phone number to speak to a live person only an email address they respond to only after you email multiple times and get the attorney general involved. At this point I have my refund after a bunch of grief but at least I got it. I refuse to do business with this company and spend my money elsewhere without any issues. This company sold a substandard product and refused to stand behind their product. Customer service is clearly not a priority and making money is their only objective. I find their response of how everything played out comical. Luckily, this entire complaint and responses are posted on the Revdex.com for all consumers to view. Enough said!

Review: I purchased an [redacted] from 101 Vape on May 13th received it I believe on the 18th. Worked great for aprox 12 days! I have emailed them several times only to get no where! I was asked to send it back they would evaluate the problem and let me know if it was user error or mfg! I am extremely confident I was not at fault! The mfg has a 30 day warranty, I returned it in a timely fashion! They received it back on June 4th, I have yet to hear back from them! It was returned in new condition and requested they submit it to the 30 day mfg warranty and credit my debit

During our initial email exchanges I asked several times for someone to take a minute and call so we could resolve this in a timely manner! Haven't heard anything back! During the purchasing staff they were quick to respond to tracking info etc. I have sent a cpl emails sent with NO response! Seeing how it was and is within the 30 day mfg that there should be no denying me my refund. I believe 6 days is ample time to inspect the returned product and respond....Most frustrating part of this ordeal besides the faulty product is the fact no one cares enough to speak with me the consumer the one out 75$. I really hope contact from you guys will result in a faster resolution! I have learned a very valuable lesson I will never purchase anything unless the company has a contact phone # looking forward to a positive resolution. Very frustrated thank you for the work you do!Desired Settlement: The product again falls into the mfg warranty so I am very hopeful I will get my refund in a timely matter! [redacted] first contacted us and complained about the product three weeks after purchase on Saturday 5-30-2015 and not on 5-26 as stated in complaint. He was replied to the first business day from receiving the complaint Monday 6-1-2015 and was instructed he could send it back to us for refund or exchange. Product was received into our returns department the following Monday 6-8-2015 and the refund was issued the following day 6-9-2015.
