As stated in our earlier email that we sent about weeks ago and sent documentation to support what we said we did not pull her credit if she is that concerned about us pulling her credit then she needs to go on line and pull her own credit to see that we did not pull her credit

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: AS previously stated, the business sent me an email after I didn't respond to their solicitations stating that they "were in the final phases of loan approval." This is misleading and concerning for a customer who has never done business with them, and has no intention of doing so
Why should I, as a consumer, have to go online and pay for my own credit report because a business made and misleading statements in an email to me?
My complaint stands as is, the business practices deceptive and misleading advertising

My husband and I were desperate for a car . We heard such great positive experiences about 112 Auto . It wasn't even a question about where to go to . We knew that we were in good hands with the staff . They were very kind , gentle and very understanding . Not pushy at all , We didn't feel pressured or rushed to make a decision . Nick , who is the Sales / Property Manager was amazing ! He got me approved quickly . Nick was very reliable and very comforting . Jen who is their payment and sales associate was very professional and very informative . Jen answered all of our questions and took the time to make us feel completely satisfied before signing . I will definitely refer family and friends to 112 Auto in Patchogue . Thank you for an amazing experience , [redacted]

[redacted] signed all paperwork on delivery which he has copies of showing that his finance term was for 30 months and not a 24 month lease?? We do not do pre-owned vehicle leasing. I do have all signed documents by [redacted] on file and can furnish upon request. As I am sorry for any problems he may have come across and I did offer to have our repair shop take a look at his Honda CRV to determine if it will be something covered under his extended warranty but [redacted] never brought vehicle to our shop. Ive reached out to him with no response once again.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: First of all they are lying. My mother and I left the vehicle at their repair shop with Patrick . We explain to Patrick all of our concerns concerning the repairs that was needed on the car. Also, the three warning lights that was on the dashboard. A week later Patrick call my mother to come and pick up the car.
Cherice Walker: I retrieved the car from Patrick sometime in mid August on a Saturday. When I started the car two of the warning lights came on- one was for the tire pressure two of the tires had low pressure. The other light I didn't know what it was for. However, I immediately went  back into Patrick's office to express my concerns. Because these were the same two lights out of three, that was on when my son and I dropped the car off. Patrick came out to the car he looked at the lights and told me "[redacted] .   paid for an extended 't worry about light for the brakes

I don't agree with there response. I paid for an extended warranty. However, GWC explained to me that 112Auto failed to process the paperwork within 30 day of purchase of the car. I have recordings with Nick saying to me that they made an mistake on the paperwork. The recordings will prove that they are lying to you and on me.The car require major repairs.

[redacted] purchased a Vehicle Limited Warranty and not a "full maintenance package" when he bought his 2001 Honda CRV back in Dec 2013. The warranty was fully explained to him both before he purchased the vehicle as well as when he was signing all paperwork including the warranty. When he called...

the dealership to inquire about a tow we explained that the tow will be covered and reimbursed if in fact the repair is covered by the extended warranty. He was also given a "Coverage & Exclusions" sheet along with a copy of the "Limited Warranty". I have reached out to [redacted] to try and assist him but my phone calls have gone unreturned

this place is a great place to get a car speak with Nick he will help you get into the car you want and help you out with anything and everything you want... very affordable and it wont hurt you pocket with payments in my book this place is number 1 in auto sales

Review: Upon receiving the vehicle that I purchased, I analyzed the vehicle and told the company about the issues. I was told to bring the vehicle to the Citgo station by my home because they own that business as well and the repairs would be done there. The main issues were a non working air conditioner, a broken center console, and the motor for the sideview mirrors, as well as the brakes. I went there and was told to come back at a later date multiple times. Eventually they fixed the sideview mirror motor which was a fuse. I purchased the car in October and they are still dragging this out but if i'm a day late on a payment they use the starter kill and shut down my engine.Desired Settlement: I want my a/c unit and center console fixed immediately. I have been told that they can't locate a center console but I have seen it on [redacted] for $50 every week. I know they want to pay $5 for one but I was promised a repair, not one that was going to be dragged out for months. I am an Air Force veteran and I have a child with autism that has to be subjected to a hot car daily because of this companies negligence.

Response:

The subject vehicle was purchased with mileage over 114k. According to NYS Dept. of Motor Vehicle, since the vehicle has over 100k miles, the dealer is not obligated to include any Warranty with the sale. Furthermore, the customer was offered an extended warranty. However, he elected to execute a Declination of Extended Warranty.

Review: this is the worst business I have ever dealt with and I am so mad at myself for leaving with a car from them because now I am stuck. I have so many issues I don't know where to begin.

I went in on 8/** to purchased a 03 Lincoln aviator that they had for sale for 7,995. before I could leave with vehicle they said they were going to bring it to auto shop to get looked over and make sure everything was running correctly and I could pick it up that Monday. I didn't speak to anyone until Thursday(8/**) when the told me the vehicle had engine problems and they couldn't sell it. Why would you have vehicles sitting on your lot that you cant even sell?? but okay they told me they had a 04 Chevy trailblazer fully loaded great condition and only 112,000 miles. sounded good. So when I got off work around 8 I went up there. I went in and look at vehicle it looked very clean inside and out except he lied it isn't fully loaded. I took it on a test drive it drove great but I realized the speedometer didn't work and that the miles said 172,240 when I told him I didn't want the vehicle because of that he said he could fix speedometer the next day when the shop reopens. When told him I still don't want it because he told me the miles are 112,000 but the odometer reads 172,240. He said the lady who previously owned it had to change the cluster because her odometer blew and that she had went to junkyard and replaced it herself and that's why the miles are read incorrectly. I asked him the price he wouldn't give me a flat out answer he just kept saying that the loan I was approved for, for the Lincoln would cover it but he wouldn't give me straight answer. I told him I didn't want it but he wouldn't give it a rest. Stupidly I believed what he said and took his word that the miles were really only 112,000 so I left with the vehicle that night. One my way home I realized headlight was out so I figured I would have them replace it the next day since I have to go up there anyway to get speedometer fixed. Also when I got home and went over my paperwork it didn't seem correct at all. I had 15,000 financed and I couldn't understand how I had that much out for a car that's only worth like 6,000. I'm going threw the paperwork it, it doesn't included my interest rate, the price of vehicle, BUT most importantly it doesn't even included anywhere in the paper work about my trade in I gave them it just has my $700 cash as a down payment but didn't included my Buick I was trading in, or anything else. It just has one number 15,000 and 0s everywhere else where things are suppose to be filled out. The next day(8/**) I took off of work to go up there to discuss this, they told me they don't have to tell me my interest and that everything is added up into the grand total and than tried to say my trade in isn't included in the paperwork because it covered DMV fees. I told them that doesn't make sense it doesn't mention me giving you my car anywhere and I want my car back so he said if I gave him $300 cash, since that's what they were going to give me for my car I could take it back so that's what I did. Than I told them you need to separate it, purchase price, interest rate, etc. When he does that he has that I purchased vehicle for a little more than 8,000 and that my interest is 24.9% on 3 year loan. First off car is only worth 6,000 and that interest is absolutely ridiculous. I never agreed to that interest. If they told me that's what it was I never would have got it. Than he said I can take a warranty off and it wouldn't only be 13,000 that I am financing. Also I had to purchased my own carfax after he told me he would give me one but didn't and it turns out he lied about the previous owner. it has that the last time the miles were recorded were 7/2013 and that it was 101,000. and that from that owner its been at auctions and dealers and auctions and dealers. there was NEVER a lady who has it for 2 years. so that's another lie. But most importantly it had been a year that the miles were recorded. So now I don't even know what my correct miles really are. Than the mechanic said he couldn't even fix the speedometer that day but he did replace headlight. He than told me he doesn't work on used cars on the weekends ONLY weekdays and that ill have to find a way up there on a weekday to fix whatever else needs to be fix. Well I work all week long and only have Saturdays and Sundays off. So I had to request a day off which isn't until 9/** which will make it two weeks of having the vehicle. Than two days after I purchased it my car stalled on me at a red light and than a message came up saying Oil Pressure Low. I pulled over and seen I had ABSOLUTELY no oil in the car so I put oil in it. It has stalled two more times since than with the same message. Now like I said the earliest I can get to shop is 9/** because their mechanic doesn't work on used cars on the weekends. I can not believe this lemon that I am stuck with. I cant refinance because it has two many miles and over 10 years. I probably cant trade it in because its an upside down car and isn't worth close to my loan amount. So now I am stuck with a car that has been giving me problems since day one. Did I mention the sunroof doesn't work, and the out of the 6 speakers in car only 1 works. Who knows what else is wrong, how do I know its not about to go it keeps stalling. The salesman completely lied and misled me. I don't understand how a company like this is still around doing this to hard working people taking advanced. its absolutely ridiculous.Desired Settlement: I would like if they could somehow give me a refund and take this car back or if they could do something with the numbers and change either price of car or interest.

Good Morning. I have contacted [redacted] in response to his complaint. He knew everything as far T.M.U was concerned and even signed a letter acknowledging such. However after speaking with the owner & [redacted] 112 Auto Sales decided to have customer return vehicle and cancel out loan would be best. He returned vehicle to us on 9/*/2014. Thank You for your time in this matter & enjoy your day

Review: The amount to be financed kept changing, until I asked for a breakdown of the purchase then it was correct. I could not get the correct employment verification and decided I did not want to continue to try because I no longer wanted the vehicle. Asked for a refund and keep on being ignored. I offers an $80 deposit but was told it had to be $500 and that does not say that anywhere in my paperwork.Desired Settlement: A full refund of my deposit of $500

Review: In 2015 September **, I purchased a black Chrysler Pacifica. And at the time of purchase I was guaranteed a extended warranty. also when I purchase the vehicles the check engine light was on and when I pointed the check engine light out to the dealer, he guaranteed me that it was okay. 4 weeks later the car broke down on the highway almost causing me to lose my life. so when I told the "Nick a[redacted]" which is the bosses. they had no sympathy or remorse compassion nor do they have any understanding to how I felt about almost losing my life. I then explained that this wasn't the first time that the car broke down on the highway and my mechanic tried to fix it but ran into issues with the warranty. this issue began from December until today and still is an issue. Nick and Tom told me that the warranty was going to be fix and that I can bring the car to any mechanic of my choice. I called the mechanic I called the warranty and they begin to tell me that there is no contract and they have no clue to what I'm talking about and then began to question 112 credibility. 112auto gave me the runaround for months, they lied to me and insulted my intelligence the issue began to get personal. Because everytime I call them. they would have me on hold for hours and when they did come to the phone "tom or nick" they gave me the most incredibly disgusting, nonchalant and uncalled for attitude's any business could gave to another human being..if it was them giving me attitude they would hung up on me.. I still remain a professional customer,, although the situation was driving me crazy on the inside,, it also caused me to get sick and caught a cold.. So one day I called then Nick began to accuse me and my mechanic of fraud.. SMH.. I then had to suffer from listening to him lie to me further by telling me that the warranty was finally fixed and that the car had to be brought to another shop because they suspect fraudulent claims from me or/and my mechanic.. I said OK no problem.. But instead of trusting them, which I'm so grateful that I didn't.. I decided to call the warranty people "GWC" and when I spoke to a representative they had finally told me the truth.. Which was that "they spoke to 112 auto and explained to them that they weren't going to except the warranty due to the fact that I purchase the vehicle in September and that 112auto were just submitting the application for the contract for the warranty".... I then reached out to Nick from 112auto to ask him about the warranty he began to explain that it was to early to here me complain about not being able to work with out my vehicle and it not being fair that I still had to pay my car note with my lost of income do to the fact I had no car,, and then Nick began to explain that he didn't care about my life and didn't want to speak to me about this situation ever again... !Desired Settlement: Store Credit FOR THEM TO COMPENSATE ME FOR ALL LOST.. FOR THE MENTAL ILLNESS THAT THERE DRIVING MANIC IN MY (EMOTIONAL DISTRESS) ,, FOR THE DEFAMATION OF MY CHARACTER. FOR (BRECH OF CONTRACT).. AND ECT..

Response:

We did respond to this complaint. However, we have no problem restating our position. [redacted] was scheduled for an appointment at the dealers service dept. after he arrived the service manager diagnosed the vehicle issues and explained to [redacted] that the repair work would take multiple hours to complete and that he was welcome to stay in the waiting room and watch TV. [redacted] and I believe his mother started complaining about how long the repair was going to take. One hour later they told the service manager that they could not wait any longer and had to leave, The service manger buttoned up the car and as they left he told [redacted] to schedule another appointment so the work could be completed. [redacted] never returned to the dealers service dept.As to Mr.Hallback's complaint regarding the service warranty which was part of his vehicle purchase, he does have and has always had a warranty! There may have been a paper work issue with the warranty company however his vehicle was covered as per the terms and conditions of the document which he signed. [redacted] claimed that the vehicle developed a transmission problem and declined bringing the vehicle to the dealers service dept. Instead he brought the vehicle to a service station near his residence which is permitted by the warranty agreement. The service station proceeded to call the warranty company claiming that vehicle now required a new transmission and a new motor! The warranty company, which is a nationally recognized warranty company, felt that the claim for a new motor may be suspect. Mr Hallback and his service station mechanic proceeded to call the warranty company repeatedly. Instead of declining the claim as a potentially fraudulent claim, the warranty company picked up the vehicle and towed it to one of their approved repair facilities where the vehicle is being repaired. The claims listed herein are a flagrant abuse of the complaint process. The time associated with vehicle warranty claim issue is a product of [redacted] not making his vehicle available for repair. We will not compensate him for emotional distress or defamation of character since we have not disclosed any private information other than responding to his complaint. We are continue to live up to all items detailed in [redacted] sales agreement.

A week later Patrick call my mother to come and pick up the car.Cherice Walker: I retrieved the car from Patrick sometime in mid August on a Saturday.

Review: On Saturday June 15th my wife and I went to this dealership to look at a 2004 Nissan Quest , we decided to purchase it and left a $500.00 deposit. [redacted] had told us it would be cleaned and inspected. Also an oil change, tire rotation and plug change would be done. Pick -up was Tuesday June 18th at 6:30PM. When I arrived at 6:30 PM , the car was filthy. and codes were coming up when put on the diagonistic machine. This was a serious red flag to me and I told [redacted] , I was unwilling to take the van because I felt they were trying to hide something that was seriously wrong with the van and sell me a lemon. I am putting my wife and three daughters in the van it needs to be perfect. Both my wife and I have made several calls over the next couple of days and have gotten a complete run around. They say " we have to speak to this one or that one" and no one has called us back. I told [redacted] I want 1/2 of my deposit back - I understand they started to work on the van so this is why I am only asking for 1/2 of the deposit , which I think is more than fair.Desired Settlement: I am asking for 1/2 of my $500.00 deposit back and an apology of their wrong doing.

Response:

Mr. [redacted] was told that all of our vehicle are lot ready and once receive a deposit we send the vehicle to the shop for all work required to deliver a quality used vehicle. Mr. [redacted] was told that we would try to have the vehicle ready Tuesday. The battery was disconnected to work on the vehicle. And, as on all vehicles the vehicle has to go through a drive cycle to clear the monitors for NYS Inspection. Mr. [redacted] showed up on Tues. and was told that the vehicle was being driven for the drive cycle to clear the monitors for inspection. He did not tell me that he was not taking the vehicle; he did not say that I was trying to sell him a lemon. Weds. Mr. [redacted] told me that they had re-thought their decision and that they cannot afford the vehicle. At that time he was told that we would ask the owner how much of Mr. [redacted]’s deposit would be refunded since 112 Auto Sales had performed work in order to deliver the vehicle. This complaint is unfounded and contains false accusations. Mr. [redacted] will get some of his deposit back.

Review: I purchased a 2006 Mercedes C280,from 112 Auto. They stated the vehicle was never in an accident. When my mechanic put it on the lift, it clearly was in an accident from all the rear end damage and the back doors don't allign properly. I have had many major mechanical issues since getting the car. The dealer has not been cooperative in helping to rectiify the situation. They key faub they gave me was broken and doesn't work. They have made no effort to get me a new one.Desired Settlement: I want the dealership to take the car back and release me from the loan.
