I ordered a black toner cartridge for our laser printer on 5/16/2016 this was a back up for when we run out We needed it on 6/24 when I opened the box it had A magenta cartridge and the packing slip said black I called customer service and was told they had a 30 day return policy. I explained what happened all they would do is send me out a black cartridge if I gave them a credit card number This clearly wasnt my fault and I guess the 30 day policy must start when ordered because I didt recieve the wrong cartridge till around 5/23 I will not do buisness with a company that does not take responsibilty for mistakes I had to buy a cartridge and have it over nighted as the printer will not work once it needs ink

I've been using 123 for years. Their refills have been very good, as has the service. On the rare occasion of a defect the problem was resolved in a timely manner.

not impose any restrictions on points, but rather we pay a commission on sales to Cartera which they determine the points based on that. However, on all of our promotions, coupons and rewards points through affiliates, they are never eligible when purchasing OEM products. We apologize if the Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan Shopping website did not list that more clearly before checking out, but unfortunately since OEM products were ordered, the miles are not eligible.

Review: On May 4th, 2014, I ordered a complete set of ink cartridges for my HP Photosmart 7520 and Kodak Easyshare 5500 printers and a laser toner for my HP Officejet 1020. I have not used the laser toner yet, but because I had good luck with my last laser cartridge, I tried my luck with the ink for my other printers. The Kodak color cartridge, part #11557, worked fine. However, the black cartridge #11405 worked for one page of text and quit.The HP magenta cartridge #13778 never worked at all, which is why I initially told the company that all the cartridges for the Photosmart printer worked fine except the magenta cartridge. All the other cartridges also quit working after just a few pages of text with pictures. Parts # 13781, 13777, 13779, and 13780. The company was immediately notified by email beginning on May 31, 2014. They told me there'd be no problem and Ashleigh M. said she sent me a merchandise return label twice by email but I never got it. Apparently, the company is no longer communicating with me as they are not replying to my emails.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for all the defective cartridges, at total of $52.94. If the company wants the defective cartridges returned, they must send me a postpaid merchandise return label by US Mail.

Review: On July 10, 2013, I contacted 123 Inkjets after I purchased a black ink (60xl) cartridge for our printer that wasn't functioning (our printer kept giving us an error message indicating it didn't recognize the cartridge). A Jonathan Espinoza from 123 Inkjets sent me an email on this date instructing me what to do to correct the problem. I followed his instructions, but it didn't work and the cartridge still couldn't be recognized. On July 14th, I emailed Mr. Espinoza again stating that I had tried to do what he had instructed in his July 10th memo but it didn't work. I asked him if a replacement could just be sent to my attention and I would be happy to mail back the defective cartridge. He never responded to this email. On July 31st, I emailed Mr. Espinoza again and asked him again if I could mail the cartridge back and get a replacement sent to me. To date, I have not received a response from 123 Inkjets.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement for the defective black ink cartridge. I have been a customer of 123 Inkjets for years but am more than willing to take my business elsewhere at this point.

Review: I ordered a replacement ink cartridge on 1/3/14 and it was received on 1/6/14. Order # 23999576 for $19.34. After installing the cartridge, my printer continued to say it did not recognize the cartridge not to mention it only printed in red. I tried several times removing and re-installing the cartridge but it still was not recognized. I was able to print, but only in red. I tried cleaning the cartridge along with the printer head but it did not help. Also, when cleaning the cartridge, only red ink was removed. I know it is not my printer because I was able to re-install my old ink cartridge and it was recognized, and was able to print in other colors. This is the 2nd time I have had this issue though I did not complain the first time it happened because I understand taking the chance of ordering a remanufactured ink cartridge. But now, this is twice, and it is my $20. I emailed 123inkjets.com on 1/9/14 & again on 1/11/14 via their website contact form. I also sent an email directly on 1/13/14. All three times I have contacted them I have explained the situation and requested a replacement cartridge. I have not received a reply yet and I find this poor customer service. Their website says customer service hours are M-F 5am-7pm PST | Sat&Sun 7am-4pm PST.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement cartridge for my printer. One that my printer recognizes and a cartridge that prints more than just red ink.

Review: I had purchased some ink cartridges from 123inkjets and had to return them as our printer would not recognize them. I waited patiently for my refund which I have yet to receive. I have had to contact them several times to verify that they had received them back. To date neither myself nor my husband has received a credit to our bank accounts. We just wanted our money back. I will advise anyone that asks me about their customer service to not do business with this company. They are nothing but a scam.

They are very nice when you call them, but we feel that we have been taken advantage of. They now have the cartridges and our money.Desired Settlement: Refund of money. It has been 5 months already.

Upon review of your account, I do see here that our returns department received products returned to us on 8/11/15. However, the only items received were the cyan and yellow T069 cartridges that were initially sent as free replacements so those were not issued a refund. The third cartridge we received was one that was not purchased from us which was an OEM HP 61XL Black ink cartridge. If there was another package returned, may you please provide the return tracking number and a listing of which items they were? Review: This order was placed ten days ago. I usually receive product within 3-4 days. I am still waiting. I have had three different explanations when I call, 1. Item is back order, 2. item has shipped, 3. item will ship soon.I starts using this company because at first their service was very good.And as a disabled veteran it was much easier to go to the mailbox then ancartridge store, and less expensive. Now that service has plummented.Desired Settlement: Send the product promptly or refund the money.
