Review: On 2 July 2014 I made an online purchase from 123inkjets for 6 ink cartridges. The total was $45.90 and I paid using my atm card attached to my checking account. On 7 July 2014 it went through my account at Wells Fargo and appears on my bank statement online. There was an additional charge from this company for $8.95. I noticed the charges and called on 11 July 2014. When I called, the 123inkjets company informed me that it was for a "Rewards Program" and they were unable to take care of the charges. They did give me another number to call, 866-238-6821. On 11 July 2014, I called to demanded the money be put back into my account. I also informed them that I did not want, nor did I buy any Rewards Program. The woman processed my account and told me 3-5 business days for my refund. Today 18 July 2014 there is no money returned to my account from the 123inkjets company. On 18 July I called the 866 number again and again I am told in 3-5 business days. I asked for a manager and she too says the same thing. She also says she doesn't know why it hasn't happened yet. This company has taken money from my account that I did not authorize. This is not right and should not be allowed by this company or any other company. I will never buy from this company again. On 11 July and 18 July I submitted an online inquiry to the company website about this issue and neither time have they assisted me. Both times they deny being able to assist even when I state that I did call the 866 phone number. The 123inkjets company continues to hold my money and does not assist me in getting my money back. The charge on my bank statement clearly shows 123inkjets company. This can't be legal.Desired Settlement: Immediate RefundThe money (check or money order) needs to be sent to me at once.The 123inkjets company needs to stay out of my financial accounts.Letter of Apology from President, 123Inkjets company.

I've been using 123 for years. Their refills have been very good, as has the service. On the rare occasion of a defect the problem was resolved in a timely manner.

Review: I paid $60 thinking Im getting a good product on sale. I ordered ink for my Epson printer that is brand new. I thought I was getting the name brand ink for my Epson printer. I ordered 9 in a box. None of them brought ink out on paper. I am so disappointed. Now my printer says to only buy original Epson printer ink or my printer wont work properly and now thats exactly whats happening.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund because I cannot use the cartridges with no ink in them. I would like everyone to know they have a bad review.

Review: I ordered 1 black and 1 colour cartridge for my printer 7.21.15Recently the black ink stopped printing with limited use. I contacted 123Inkjets about this and still didnt get a response.I understand this is a discounted cartridge but limited use should last a bit longer than 53 days.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement cartridge sent to me. I will not be sending the one I have back as it would cost me $6 to do so. Unless 123inkjets would like to pay for the return.

Review: I've had a bad experience with 2 out of 3 orders with 123inkjets. The first order was last year in May 2013 without incidence. The 2nd order was made 1/10/2014 (52.99) and returned on 10/13/2014 because I ordered a better deal from the company on 1/13/2014. I informed 123inkjets of the return. I was not refunded until a month later. However, the company representatives stated the refund would be refunded within 7-10 days. 123inkjets finally forced the refund after I complained every other day, etc. The 2nd complaint is regarding a $6.95 charged to my checking account without my consent. After speaking with a representative if 123inkjets, I was told that I signed up for their reoccuring monthly Rewards Program because I gave them my email address. No such thing happened. I have 3 emails from them welcoming me to the Rewards Program but I NEVER CLICKED to activate. I informed 123inkjets that the 46.95 transaction has caused my banking account to reflect a negative balance all because 123inkjets deducted $6.95 out of my checking account without my consent. I am being charged a $35.00 NSF for the transaction. I informed the bank and 123inkjets that the charges is fraud. All 123inkjets could tell me was it will take 2-3 days before they can refund my account although I informed 123inkjets that I have a check that will hit my checking account either today or Monday which will cause another NSF charged to my checking account. 123inkjets would rather let dthe unconsenting amount of $6.95 remain on my checking account to receive a total amount of $70.oo in NSF charges rather than crediting my account. I have since contacted my bank regarding a FRAUDULENT CHARGE.Desired Settlement: Refund my checking account and do not EVER charge anything to my account without my consent.

Review: I have just had a very bad customer service experience with the 123 Inkjets technical support department. A fairly simple technical support question escalated into a frustrating phone call with a long hold when I asked to speak with someone else who could resolve the issue. The person I spoke with repeated the same answer over and over even though I was asking a different question. He just reiterated his answer in response to me asking to speak to someone else who could resolve the issue. I have had to send back many cartridges lately because of non-performance. The most recent was two cartridges I bought that didn't work. One worked for a week and the other printed purple/pink ink out of the box, (it was a black cartridge). I was offered no working replacement only the same non-working re manufactured ink cartridges that had the same issue and am left with important legal documents to print and no ink! I called customer service and spoke to a person from accounting and was given the same repeated line about not refunding until the cartridges are received back, which is fine, but not offered any consolation for my time, loss of work or defunct cartridges. I should have at least been offered a working replacement. One of the second set of replacement cartridges was oozing black in through the protective tape and the other didn't work at all. I should have at least been offered my money back right away, but was not. Out of all of the cartridges I've ordered, (about 20-30), only 4 or 5 have worked the way they should so far. This is not an honest business practice when most of the products sold do not work.Desired Settlement: I would like an immediate refund of my money without delay. Although no compensation is requested for lost time and frustration, I still feel I should have been offered a working replacement shipped to me in an express manner.

Review: I am writing to submit a formal complaint about your service and advertisement posted on the Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan Shopping website (published through the Cartera Corporation).On the website, it is advertised that a consumer will earn 10 miles per dollar on purchases made. 123InkJets is listed on the homepage. Throughout the last four months, I made multiple purchases through 123InkJets using the Alaska Airlines Mileage Site and your company delivered the product in a reasonable amount of time and I wanted to earn miles for these purchases.It recently came to my attention that these purchases were not credited to my mileage account and that, according to Cartera, 123InkJets imposed terms and conditions on the most popular products. On the homepage on the Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan Shopping website, 123InkJets is listed. As such, when the link is clicked to proceed to the merchants website, no terms or conditions are presented. Terms implied are not automatically to be assumed by the consumer. Additionally, retro-actively applying terms and conditions is what I would consider an unfair and deceptive marketing practice. In short, although I would like a remedy to a situation, you should know that as a consumer I view your companys business practices as unethical and highly unprofessional. PS: You should remove the 100% Customer Satisfaction banner on your home screen as I would consider myself highly unsatisfied.Desired Settlement: 123Inkjets should distribute required commission to Cartera so miles advertised can be correctly credited.

As stated by the Business. We truly apologize to hear about your dissatisfaction and negative experience in shopping with us via the Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan Shopping website. We do not impose any restrictions on points, but rather we pay a commission on sales to Cartera which they determine the points based on that. However, on all of our promotions, coupons and rewards points through affiliates, they are never eligible when purchasing OEM products. We apologize if the Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan Shopping website did not list that more clearly before checking out, but unfortunately since OEM products were ordered, the miles are not eligible.

Review: I ordered many times from them in the past. This last order was Order #: 24100918 Order Date: 09/07/2014 . I received the order and installed the 1st color cartridge. It was not good. The error message on the printer said "OUT OF INK". I THEN LOADED THE 2ND CARTRIDGE AND IT WOULD NOT PRINT OUT COLOR. ALSO THE 3RD & 4TH CARTRIDGES WERE DEFECTIVE AS WELL. I WENT TO STAPLES AND PICKED UP THE BRANDED KODAK CARTRIDGE FOR THE PRINTER & IT WAS FINE. ALL THESE 4 CARTRIDGES WERE DEFECTIVE. I HAD TOSSED THEM ALL OUT. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE & THEY REQUESTED THAT I SHIP THEM "BACK " TO THEM. ONE OF THE CARTRIDGES HAD SPILLED INK ALL OVER MY HANDS. I HAD ALREADY THROWN ALL OF THEM OUT THE DAY BEFORE I CONTACTED THEM. SO SENDING THEM BACK WAS NOT AN OPTION. THEIR SALES PERSON I SPOKE TO WAS VERY RUDE & COMMENTED THAT "WE CAN NOT DO ANYTHING THEN." I AM SIMPLY LOOKING FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE CARTRIDGES.Desired Settlement: REPLACE 4 DEFECTIVE COLOR INK CARTRIDGES TO ME .
