No one will return my many, many, phone calls and my house is being auctioned on Tuesday, November 4 and I am DESPERATE!!!!I am working with this company to keep from losing my home. I am willing to keep working with them if they would call me and let me know what is going on. They told me the foreclosure would be stopped on October 10th. Today is October 28th and no one has called me since to let me know. As of today the fore closure has NOT been stopped and my house is going up for auction on Tuesday, Nov. 4th. I have a mentally handicapped brother and my husband is a disabled wheelchair veteran. I HAVE NO PLACE TO GO. I paid the $1688 and they said I had not paid the $75 monthly fee. I have called and called to get that paid but no one calls me back. I have called I know 400 times in the last two weeks. I don't know what to do. I'M LOSING MY HOME WITH NO PLACE TO GO!!! Is this company a scam????Desired SettlementI want them to do as promised, SAVE MY HOME!!!!!Business Response Ms.[redacted] started with 180 on August 6, 2014. At that point she was having difficulty with keeping her property due to her credit scores. 180 Consultants advised Ms.[redacted] on our home buying program.[redacted] was aware per her signature of our responsibilities to assist as long as she kept hers.[redacted] has never to date paid for the Financial Consultant to work with her as agreed.[redacted] was emailed of this issue and discussed with by a Consultant.[redacted] was also aware our services were for one year, again per her signature of our agreement. The accusations[redacted] are making are incorrect. One of our Consultants did talk with[redacted] today and tried to discussed away to continue helping her but she refuse to pay her monthly for services.Consumer Response This company is nothing but a SCAM!!!! They have taken people's hard earned money. I am not the only one that is complaining with the SAME CONCERNS. I talked to someone named [redacted] after making around 500 phone calls with NO ONE ever returning my call. I am not going to get into a he said/she said conversation. This company KNOWS what it has done to many people. FINALLY, I heard from someone on December 11th after them not responding since around October 15th. I tried calling them many, many times because the credit card they had on file had expired. SO, how were they going to get their money if they wouldn't call me for the credit card information. I would like to know what was the $1688.00 for because I have NOT received any services. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! I have contacted the [redacted] and wish I had access to everyone else who has the same problem. We need to get together to file a CLASS ACTION lawsuit against this company. ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK AND UNTIL I RECEIVE IT, I WILL NOT STOP!!!!. The response says that my accusations are incorrect. REALLY? How many phone calls does it take to get a response. When [redacted] finally called on Dectember 11th, she left a phone for me to return her call. It is the SAME number I have called time and time again with on a voicemail answering, BUT on this day, she picked up on the second ring. WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE????? This company is nothing but a SCAM and I hope they get what is coming to them. I am not the only one with the SAME complaint. Back in October I faxed [redacted] all the paperwork I received from the auction of my home that would be on November 4th. She responded by saying, "WE WILL STOP THAT", DON"T WORRY. The day got cloer and closer and I NEVER HEARD A WORD FROM THEM. NO ONE RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS and finally she wants to call on December 11th? PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!! As I have said, this company is a SCAM. I was not losing my home due to my credit score. Where is that coming from? That has never been discusses. How can you keep your side of an agreement when no one contacts you to tell you what to do? When I first contacted this company, someone WOULD call you every once and awhile. BUT after I sent the $1688, phone calls dwindled. How can ALL of us be wrong????? 180 Consultant is doing something WRONG for all of us to have the same complaint. I believe the Revdex.com knows this is a SCAM. Now what lie are they going to tell as a response to this.
I have requested several times for a refund of $1,688.00 that was to be used as part of closing cost on a home that 180 said they could help us get. In Jan 2014 we began conversing with [redacted] his number is [redacted] ext#[redacted] from the [redacted]. He said he could help us obtain a mortgage regardless of how our credit was. We were extremely skeptical. He said we had to wire $1688.00 that would held in escrow and be used at the end for help with closing cost. For about a mo. he would call us a few times a wk. We just didnt know if we should move forward. Mr [redacted] said he would have one of 180's consultants call us to help us to understand the reason behind the $1,688.00. [redacted] called introduced herself as one of 180's consultants. We asked questions. She seemed very willing to help,but said she shouldnt even be talking with us yet being we have not pd the $1,688.00. After paying the money for the closing cost she could do more because we would be considered a client. [redacted] said we as a client would need to also pay $66.88 each mo. as to pay 180 to work on our case.She said "we like to talk to our clients so expect several calls a week from us". [redacted] made everything seem legitimate and did make us feel more at ease.On 3/10/2014 we wired $1,688.00 from our bank to [redacted] ABA/ROUTING NUMBER [redacted] BENEFICIARY 180 CONSULTANT ESCROW ACCOUNT [redacted]. [redacted] said they would hold the money in that account until closing and it was to be used as part of the closing cost.We began trying to work with 180.They asked for tax return,wage stubs and other personal info. We felt this was normal so we complied. We realized we made a huge mistake when we tried to contact 180 with no luck. We called and left message after message with weeks to go by before they would call back.Nothing like what [redacted] had said that they want to talk to their clients and call frequently. When we did talk it seemed like we talked about the same thing over and over we just didnt move on. They asked that we open a account to have our credit checked by us and that they would be able to check it also.We said that was fine so a [redacted] called and set that all up so they could check our credit score ect..The contract they emailed us and we singed says we are on a 60-90 day home ownership program.(I just wrote that word for word off the contract.) Close to the 90 days we began asking if we could start to look for a house.(To this day we have never gotten an answer to that.)After calling and calling with no avail we just started to send emails. It would take weeks if any to get a response.In June our bank put a block on our card without our knowledge.They said this was because of fraud activity in the state of NC. 180 was no longer able to get their $66.88 a mo. from our account. We continued to try to get a hold of 180 any way possible because we wanted to buy a house.We had no idea our bank had put a block on our card. We talked with a [redacted] at some point she was saying we didnt set up the credit check.We argued with her saying we had done so that she should talk with [redacted] @ your own business because she is the one that set it all up. After that we got a call from [redacted] from [redacted] he said we could move forward but first we had to send $6 to $7000. this was to be in the escrow account so the lender could see if we couldnt make a payment one mo or two then it would be there. We said NO WAY WOULD WE SEND ANY MORE MONEY!!!Aug 19th 180 sent us an email saying because we stopped the payments of $66.88 they were no longer going to work with us. We have been asking for the initial $1,688.00 since.We have every piece of paper 180 Consultant has sent as well as all the emails. We would be happy to forward to you as proof of all that we have said today. Desired SettlementWe are seeking the full refund of $1,688.00 that was wired to [redacted] ABA/ROUTING NUMBER [redacted]. This was to be held in ESCROW ACCOUNT BENEFICIARY 180 CONSULTANT ACCOUNT NUMBER [redacted].This money was to be only used for closing on our home. We did not even get to the point where they told us we could even start to look for a home. We singed a contract with 180 saying we were on a 60 to 90 day program. After 100 days we started to think this was a scam. We have the contract in hand and all other paper(which isnt a lot) but we also have all the emails we sent and the emails 180 sent. We would be more than happy to forward to you as proof. We are not asking for the $66.88 taken from our account each mo up until our bank put a block on our card. We can also show proof of that as well. We just want the money that was to be used as part of closing cost on a home that we did not even get to look for. We feel we are rightfully due a refund because we never did get even close to a closing date. So that money should have never have been touched. We hope you can help us get back what is rightfully ours.Thank you for all your time and efforts on this case.
