1st Choice Housing

We are currently working with the customer and the manufacture to solve some warranty issues with their unit.  We are waiting on some parts and will be bringing the unit back in to make repairs upon receipt.

Based on the actions of the consumers I don't feel we can come to an agreement therefore we reject the offer to arbitrate. The customer has sent the same claim to multiple outlets included their attorney to which we have responded- their only claim is that we said we are not responsible which was never implied, the only claim made on our behalf regarding the weight issue of the unit was that we as the dealer have nothing to do with the selection of what size axles are used."We purchased a motorhome and found it is overweight and illegal to drive in California. The dealer is trying to claim they have no responsibility."

As I stated previously Happy Daze RV's did nothing to alter or change the axle weight ratings; I explained to the customer and their attorney that questions regarding the setup for weight should be directed to the manufacture.
