20/20 Tax Resolution

I had just about given up with the first consultant when I received a call from James ***, whose assistant is Sherry. I recommend them both highly as they have been wonderful, knowledgeable and very prompt in answering my questions.
If I ever again have any problems, or any friend or family member, James *** will be the first I contact.

20/would like to sincerely apologize to *** *** *** for an oversight on the company's case A refund should have already been issued Please rest assured that a full refund was sent today This scenario is unacceptable but was simply the result of an administrative error
The company is correct that 20/determined early on that the work we endeavored to complete on the company's behalf could not be done The window of time to make the appeal in question had expired We quickly acknowledged as much with *** *** *** and agreed to refund the fee During the subsequent effort to initiate the refund an internal error resulted in it never being processed.20/would like to thank *** *** for bringing the oversight to our attention Again, you have our apologies Please know that a client can always reach customer service to address any concerns with our work by calling 20/directly and asking for customer service
