20/20 Tax Resolution

Where do I even begin? From the very first day I started using 20/20, I was put as ease. I have had the privilege of dealing with Andrea *** for my tax issues. She is not only professional, but also very easy to talk to, and sometimes even a bit humorous! Some days I felt like crying and giving up, and after talking with her, she made everything seem manageable. My case took well over a year to resolve, (due to the IRS, not 20/20). I have a tendency to "freak out" over certain things, such as, letters of intent to lien or seize property and bank levy notices from the IRS. Andrea has calmed me down on several occasions...always just a phone call away. If I email her, she responds almost immediately. I have had several long conversations with her. Contact has been constant since day one. The advice I have received is always spot on. The final installment agreement that Andrea made with the IRS, on behalf of my business was lower than I could have ever imagined. I anticipated I would have an installment plan of close to $5,000 per month. Andrea was able to get my installment set at $529.00 per month. My doors are still open because of 20/20. I would have had to shut my business down if not for the advice and guidance I have received. I am truly thankful for Andrea and the 20/20 family.

They showed an incredible amount of patience and concern and understanding. We had no idea how to get the process going and no understanding of their lingo.
