Good afternoon,">
The customer claims that she called the business and Adam picked up the phoneThat's inaccurate, because Adam is an independent contractor technicians, and the technicians do not pick up the phoneThe calls come in to a centralize dispatch office.
The invoice is a work orderThe technician specified the cost associated with the workThe customer agreed to the price and the technician provided the workThe customer has signed the work order and agreed to price and the work before it was providedIf the customer felt that the price was not fair, the customer could have called another companyMerry Christmas,

DO NOT USE! UNQUALIFIED! JUST LEFT ME WITHOUT ANY LOCKS ON MY HOUSE!
The tech that came out was totally unqualified to work on any type of lock I needed to replace a front door handle set and have the new one installed and keyed to my existing keys The tech came out, took out the old handle set and proceeded to try and put the new one in It was obvious he didn't know what he was doing and I should have stopped him right then but I didn't After minutes pass and he still doesn't have it put back together and couldn't even reinstall the original dead bolt he took apart I called the office (469-644-or 888-519-or 972-815-8551) to request another tech They said they needed to find out what was going on and I said the tech is right here and could talk to him on my phone because I called the office in front of the tech that was onsite I guess the tech didn't like that that I called the office and requested another tech because he decided to leave He left me with no handle set or dead bolt installed He spent 15-minutes trying to install the deadbolt he took out and couldn't do it so he left I asked him if he was going to just leave without putting things back and he said yes and that he would call his office to send another tech I asked him how many years he has been a lock smith and he said years I find it hard to believe since he couldn't even reinstall the deadbolt lock after numerous try's I also asked him if he was a licensed locksmith and he never answered me After he left, I was able to reinstall the deadbolt in less than minutes and I have never ever put one together in my entire life and as my wife will tell you I am not a handy guy, in fact she says I worthless when it comes to repairing things:-)!
I don't know if these things are franchised or not I don't even know if this is the right "Pro Locksmith" office (see phone numbers above) I'm reviewing but the tech and office that I dealt with were worthless and I would highly recommend you try someone else I guess I should have known when the pricing kept changing, the people I dealt with or scam artist
CONSUMER BEWARE! SCAM ARTIST! UNQUALIFIED! DO NOT USE!

I will send you a copy tomorrow I need to get it scanned so I can email it on here.

I had a negative experience with Ayal. I called first to see what the rates were. While outrageous, I decided to go ahead with them to rekey my locks. It has been a while since I've had this done and never in Arizona. Apparently they charge a minimum of $19 to come to your home and a minimum of $19 for each lock. When he arrived, he quoted those amounts plus $45 for labor which he did not quote. He and I went back and forth disagreeing on whether this amount was given to me. He ended up charging me $19 for the service call which I felt wasn't right but I paid it and refused to negotiate any further. I wasn't comfortable with him at that point and did not want him working on my locks due to security. I did not trust him and felt I just wanted him out of my house. I was extremely uncomfortable and hesitated sharing my experience because I did not want retaliation but others should be aware.

The method that our technicians use to unlock trucks and cars CANNOT damage the lock. Our techs use airbags. The old method of unlocking cars (using a slim jim) is the method that may damage the lock. OUR TECHS DO NOT USE A SLIM JIM.
Please note that in 2015, our technicians unlocked about 10,000 vehicles and trucks and we haven't had any complains regarding damaging an automobile/truck lock.
According to the tech, when the tech showed up for the job, the client told the tech that this was an old truck and that the lock was not working well.
This complaint should be dismissed.

Thanks

To Whom it May Concern,
Respectfully, we disagree with the client's complaint. We believe that the complaint is not relevant to our business.
The client has called an advertising company. It is a third party promotion company that may provide starting prices for service.
Next, the promotion company pass us the job, and we pass the job to independent contractor technicians.
PLEASE NOTE THAT our website, vehicles that may be driven by technicians, invoices, business cards and other promotion material advise the public that the jobs are performed by independent contractors.
The technician, Mr. Jon Si[redacted]who is cc'ed on this email), is the actual company who provided the service.
Mr. Si[redacted] has advised the client how much the service will be. In fact, he gave a written quote to the client PRIOR to the job being performed, and the client AGREED to the service and the price IN WRITING prior to the service being provided. The invoice is attached to this email with the client's signature and the explanation that the service is being provided by an independent contractor.
This is also the reason why the credit card charge was by an independent company.
If the customer didn't want the service for this price, he could have refused the service, not sign the authorization (prior to the work) and not pay the amount.
It is important to mention that our company has already processed more than 20,000 jobs in 2015 and it is always the company policy that PRIOR TO ANY WORK BEING DONE, the customers are presented with a written quote, the customer authorize the price in writing, and order the service in writing.
Please dismiss this complaint.
Thanks.

Can the customer send us a copy of the invoice please.

Stay away from this company. My son student at MTSU locked his keys in car off campus. Was told $15 service fee plus a starting fee of $35. After waiting over an hour, the technician took less than a minute to open his 2003 Subaru Forester...then charged him $80. My son was told that is should have been $150 but was given a break because of the long wait. BEWARE of the undeclared fees heaped on at the service site! Can't imagine how much it would have been if it hadn't been an easy one minute job. Call local service (615)...if I had been in the loop I would have warned him about calling the 800 number. I just HATE dealing with companies that prey on people with deceptive advertising.

The invoice number is [redacted] Attached is a screenshot of the credit card charge that occurred, which strangely does not match any of your alternate business names featured on your Revdex.com page nor the invoice that we received (which stated at the top that it was from callorange.com).

The prices were not discussed prior to the work being completed. The invoice was not given until after the work was complete and the cash was requested. If we lived 1.5 hours outside of the service area it should have taken that long for the technician to get there. He arrived in 20 minutes. If the policy was to discuss pricing prior to the services being completed, that did not occur. If the pricing included being that far outside of the service area it should have been included by your customer service rep when we called for the service. It was not included nor discussed. We were told it would be $15 for a technician to come out. There was no indication by your customer service rep that there would be an additional charge for 1.5 hours.

The information that the customer provided is inaccurate. The price was discussed prior to the service provided and an invoice was signed. The invoice states that the price was discussed prior to the work provided. And again, the price was very fair for the type of service provided. The customer also should appreciate that a trained technicians provided a quick and professional service. A quick and professional service should not be discounted because it was provided in "only a few minutes." Thanks.CallOrange.com[redacted]Tempe, AZ 85282

Regards,

Attached is the receipt of proof of services and payment. We paid because we thought everything was good. This is a business truck, we don't use everyday. The technician said everything was good so the tech and myself left our yard (Where we park this vehicle) and we didn't return till the next morning and when we tried to get into our truck with our keys that have ALWAYS worked, the locks didn't work and so we called this company to get help. They would not come back out to see what they did when they tried to pick the locks, wouldn't be willing to help. Had to hire another locksmith, who told us they dissembled the locks when trying to pick them and they are responsible for damages they occurred. If we don't get this $135 back, we will be taking them to court for all damages occurred.

We have no record of this customer. What was the place of service? Is there an invoice number? The customer has no address and an out of state phone number. The customer's story doesn't make sense whatsoever. Did the customer pay anyone $135. If the customer paid, why did the customer pay if the...

locks didn't work???? Our technicians don't disassemble locks to unlock vehicles.

The method that our technicians use to unlock trucks and cars CANNOT damage the lock. Our techs use airbags. The old method of unlocking cars (using a slim jim) is the method that may damage the lock. OUR TECHS DO NOT USE A SLIM JIM.

The customer discussed prices with the technician prior to providing the services. The customer agreed to the price in writing, by signing a work order (invoice), prior to the service. As a point of reference, the customer is located 30 minutes outside of the service area. It took the technician...

over 1.5 hours to provide the service (and not just 5 minutes)
