DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
I never write reviews, but this experience has made my exception rule. We prepaid for a pick up at LAX 2 weeks in advance. Upon landing at LAX I received a text that they were not going to honor their commitment and left us stranded curbside with luggage in hand looking for a ride. Not knowing anything about LAX transportation, I attempted to call them a dozen times hoping they could at least give us guidance on how to get a ride to Orange County. They never answered my calls, even after letting it ring for 15 minutes. I still wouldn't have wasted my time with a review except this morning, 3 weeks after the incident, I checked my credit card statement and still have not received a return of funds. Now I had to spend more time with the credit card company filing a dispute and sending documentation of the issue. What a waste of time.
We finally found our way off site to where Uber and Lyft drivers were staged and received a ride home from the best Lyft driver we have ever had- And it was the same price we paid 24-7 Ride!
Do yourself a favor and try Uber, Lyft, or any other alternative, but don't give this company your business.

Our airport shuttle did not arrive for our 5:30am pick upWe had to drive to the airport in traffic and missed our flightIn order to get to Cabo, we had to pay thousands of dollars moreOther family members didn't get to Cabo till the following nightWe later learned the shuttle service cancelled our pick up via email which was sent at 9:30pm the night before (they gave us hours notice)

Booked a transfer from San Pedro pier to LAX, got off the ship earlier than expected was told we could call for an earlier pickup.Business states they are a 24-serviceThey did not open till am,waited hrs to be picked upWhen we finally talked to someone @ am we were told if we cancelled it would be a 20% penalty even though the driver wasn't on route yetThey brag that they have the largest fleet in the area.I will never use the company again, will make sure my family and friends do not use them alsoHope this helps others who are considering using them, don't !

I booked a reservation on 10/for a 10/27pickup, today I should have read yelp first AND checked the Revdex.com for which they have an F rating they canceled on me, with less than hours notice, via emailI should do my research but I've used several companies before with no problems so figured no big deal right? just a simple pickup and drop off at lax Same as all stories I'm readingemailed to cancel,no telling me I've been refunded, nothing, just them saying we overbooked or scheduling conflictthat's pretty bizarre and crappy to have a record like thatI don't normally write bad reviews b/c I'm a merchant too But, after calling and being on hold twice for more than min each time, and never speaking to anyone but having someone pick up the phone both times and actually hang up is frustrating then the 3rd try, after min of being on hold someone answered I briefly told them with a WTH and he said let me transfer you to a manager and after + more minutes on hold I hung upabsolutely not okyou are leaving ppl stranded and what if I really needed that refund to be able to book another pickup? MY $fee for your no show cancellation is still in YOUR possession to refund me or not Good thing I used paypal to file an immediate dispute based on your ignoring me and hanging up on meabsolutely NOT OK to do this to ppl

I made a reservation for my daughter to be picked up at LAX and taken to John Wayne Airport (SNA)I gave my credit card and was given a confirmation numberI was told that we would receive an e-mail with the name and cell number of the driverAfter my daughter's flight departed I received a call from "***" (who also took my reservation) and was told that they couldn't fulfill the reservation and that the reservation had been cancelledWhen I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that no one was availableThese people are unprofessional and as I sit here typing this, I need to figure out how my daughter is going to get from LAX to her car at Orange County AirportAs a year old young woman I am concerned that my daughter's safety has been placed in jeopardy by these unethical peopleI would like to be paid for my wasted time and any additional cost that we will incur as a result of this treatment

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!  If I could give them stars, I would I contracted them to pick up my mom in a Lincoln Town Car with a driver who could assist my year old mother when they arrived at her home They sent a 24/Van with a driver who weighed at least lbs and was NOT getting out of the drivers seat for anything My mom could not get up into the van and there is no way this guy was getting out of the drivers seat to assist I called the company, they left me on hold for minutes and I ended up calling Uber and getting an XL car I called on 11/and some girl named Alexandria told me she would call me back on Monday with an answer on a refund since I did not use the serviceShe never called so I called on 11/and I got Alexandria again She said the credit was processed to my credit cardToday is 12/and no credit I called this afternoon, I waited minutes to talk to a guy who said that the credit was not processed because I sent the driver away He asked me to hold so I could speak to his manager and they left me on hold for over minutes I called my credit card company to dispute the charge after hanging up after plus minutes The credit card has disputed the charge for me. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!  They don't deliver what they charge you for and they don't care about that Better off to get an Uber XL or use another LIMO company I am going to the Revdex.com next because this is my elderly mother that I wanted them to drive and the whole experience made her very uncomfortableThey could care less this company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced

I booked a reservation on 10/22 for a 10/27pickup, today. I should have read yelp first AND checked the Revdex.com for which they have an F rating.

they canceled on me, with less than 6 hours notice, via email. I should do my research but I've used several companies before with no problems so figured no big deal right? just a simple pickup and drop off at lax.

Same as all stories I'm reading.. emailed to cancel,no telling me I've been refunded, nothing, just them saying we overbooked or scheduling conflict. that's pretty bizarre and crappy to have a record like that. I don't normally write bad reviews b/c I'm a merchant too. But, after calling and being on hold twice for more than 10 min each time, and never speaking to anyone but having someone pick up the phone both times and actually hang up is frustrating. then the 3rd try, after 16 min of being on hold someone answered I briefly told them with a WTH and he said let me transfer you to a manager and after 5 + more minutes on hold I hung up.. absolutely not ok. you are leaving ppl stranded and what if I really needed that refund to be able to book another pickup? MY $87 fee for your no show cancellation is still in YOUR possession to refund me or not. Good thing I used paypal to file an immediate dispute based on your ignoring me and hanging up on me... absolutely NOT OK to do this to ppl.

DO NOT USE THIS [redacted] company!!!
- DESPICABLE with NO ETHICS or HONESTY - [redacted]
- they scheduled us a pickup the day before our scheduled airline flight - THEN they do NOT show up,
already 20 minutes late, and then when called, way past the pick-up time, say
- "OH we decided we couldn't pick you up cuz we needed the driver somewhere else" THAT's IT!! . .
they were ready to hang up!! - NO phone call - NO alternate solution
- just LEFT US HANGING about to miss a $1500 international flight
- They acted with an arrogant attitude and COMPLETE lack of concern with absolutely NO intent WHATSOEVER
to correct their mess-up and provide us a solution - WHAT an UNSCRUPULOUS company!!
- time to report them to the Revdex.com and attorney general for FRAUD!!
THEY WERE NEVER EVEN GOING TO CALL US AND TELL US THAT THEY SCREWED US!!!

24-7 Ride... BUYER BEWARE ! HERE'S HOW THEY GET YOU !

I booked a ROUND TRIP reservation from my home to LAX, weeks in advance.. I received email confirmation, and a secondary email reminder of the pickup for the following morning. I even phoned and was told that my reservation was set and they would be here for the transportation. 10 hours prior to the pickup, THEY phoned to cancel the reservation sating they do not have a vehicle to render services. I was told to use alternate transportation. I did. Now, more than a month later, still no refund. In fact, on the phone they agreed to half the refund because they say they only cancelled the first leg of transportation. That was a lie. Here's how they do it, and they ALL do it. Even though you book it as a ROUND TRIP, they list 2 separate reservation numbers for each leg. When they call to cancel, they do not tell you or include the second leg/reservation. When you book an alternate company for your transportation, they charge you for the second, because it was not officially cancelled. In my case 24-7 Ride driver called me at the airport for the return trip more than an hour after landing. I was already in transit with an alternate company and was committed. When I explained his company cancelled my reservation, and the situation they left me in, he hung up on me.

Review: I purchased 3 different reservations for shuttle services form home to airport and return. The first two were serviced without incident. The 3rd reservation was cancelled leaving me stranded at the airport after a 16 hour flight form Europe. I called to change the flight time and received confirmation that I would be picked-up at 1:30 instead of the original 4pm on Friday 8/22/2014. When I arrived at the airport and cleared customs, I called to confirm that a car was on its way. I was told they could not find my reservation (this was the second time they told me that, they could not find it when I called to change it as well). I was on the phone with an agent who said they would call me back since they had to research it. No call back so I called and asked to speak to a supervisor, by now the 1:30pm pick-up time had passd. The supervisor said that I was scheduled to be picked-up at 4pm, she asked for me to forward the confirmation and she would call me back. I emailed it to them and waited but no call back. I called again and spoke to the supervisor again and she said she would email me the name of the driver and his phone number that would pick me up at 4pm. No email, I call back at 3:20pm and a different agent said that Mia had left for the day at 3pm. He said that the reservations was cancelled and that he was authorized to refund me the money. I asked if he could make alternate arrangements for me and he said no but they would refund the fare. I then had to find an aloternative shuttle service and ended up leaving the airport at 5pm and getting hope at 8pm due to the Friday rush hour traffic. I had to take a shred ride with multiple stops as opposed to a Town car. This business has unscrupulous business practices and deceptive advertising.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of the fare ($102) plus the cost of the alternate Shuttle service ($65) and an additional credit of $100 for their breech of contract and causing me to be stranded for 4 hours at the airport.

Review: I contracted with this business for a round trip limo from my home to LAX and back. On the night before an early morning pickup they called and cancelled the reservation. I scrambled to find another limo service but did. The company charged my credit card for the reservation and refuses to refund it. I should add that this is the third time that they have similarly stiffed me for a ride, although the first time that I'm aware of that they're also stiffing me for the fare. After telephone and email exchanges they are still refusing to issue a refund.Desired Settlement: Full refund of charged fare (service not received), and sanction of the business.

Review: Reserved and paid for transportation from LAX to Mission Viejo on Nov 6, 2014. This booking was made due to last minute diversion to LAX, as I was supposed to return to SNA .

The driver never showed for the pickup. When I got ahold of the company, they just said, "the driver can't make it." We are refunding your money. I haven't seen a refund on my amex account, but I am set to dispute as soon as their charge ($102.00) posts. Nevertheless, their refund did not get me home to the OC. I had to find alternate means after disembarking and collecting luggage. I made this reservation to AVOID all of this hassle. As anyone knows, LAX is a nightmare airport. 24/7 went out of there way to make my nightmare worse.

At a minimum, I would expect them to engage a third party (perhaps via Uber), and pay for that service to do what I had paid them to do. NOT to tell me "the driver isn't coming."Desired Settlement: I was inconvenienced for more than 1.5hrs of my time. The hourly rate I am billed at during this trip is $195.00. As a result, 24/7 wasted approximately $292.50 of my time by not picking me up as agreed. A gift card or voucher for services in that amount would be desirable.

I made a reservation for my daughter to be picked up at LAX and taken to John Wayne Airport (SNA). I gave my credit card and was given a confirmation number. I was told that we would receive an e-mail with the name and cell number of the driver. After my daughter's flight departed I received a call from "[redacted]" (who also took my reservation) and was told that they couldn't fulfill the reservation and that the reservation had been cancelled. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that no one was available. These people are unprofessional and as I sit here typing this, I need to figure out how my daughter is going to get from LAX to her car at Orange County Airport. As a 23 year old young woman I am concerned that my daughter's safety has been placed in jeopardy by these unethical people. I would like to be paid for my wasted time and any additional cost that we will incur as a result of this treatment.

Review: On July 6, 2014, I booked an airport shuttle van service for 6 people with 24-7 Ride. The booking included a trip from my home in Porter Ranch, CA to LAX on July 13th, and a trip from LAX to home in Porter Ranch on July 23rd.

I received an email confirmation on July 6th. My credit card was charged for both legs on July 6th. I was informed that I would receive an email with the driver's name and cell phone shortly before the pickup time. The first leg (July 13th) was fine. The second leg, however, was not.

I received NO EMAIL with the driver's name and cell number. We were scheduled for a 10 PM pickup, but, because of a delay on the ground, we did not make the gate until 10 PM. At 9:45 PM, I called 24/7 Ride to inform them that we would probably be at the curb closer to 10:20 PM. I was told "that won't be a problem." I tried contacting them again at 10:19 PM to inform them we had our bags and to find out where our driver was. They shut down their switchboard (but do not give such a message -- they actually say "someone will be with you shortly" at 10 PM, so there was no way to contact them.

We ended up getting a van ride home from Super Shuttle, but only after waiting on hold with 24/7 or 20 minutes and finally deciding to try to find a different way home (at 10:45 at night, with 5 other family members in tow). The next morning, while checking our home voicemail, we heard the message from 24/7 Ride, sent/received at 9:48 PM (three minutes after I contacted them and 12 minutes before they shut down their switchboard) that they were "cancelling our van." They did not call the cell phone number I provided; they called my HOME number, knowing full well I was NOT HOME.

This is no way to conduct business, and, quite frankly, I hope they go out of business.

Instead of CREDITING my credit card for the service I previously paid for but did not receive, on July 24, 2014, 24/7 Ride CHARGED ME AGAIN.Desired Settlement: I hope they go out of business. They give transportation services a bad name.

They impose a 20% "penalty" on cancellations made by the customer if made within 24 hours, yet merely offer to refund the fee they charge when they cancel with NO WARNING AT ALL. They should not be allowed to do business. Period.

Review: I am requesting a refund of $37 for a service I cancelled within the allowed cancellation policy.I made a roundtrip taxi reservation ([redacted]) for 12/23 @12:40pm to LAX. The cancellation policy was 24 hours before pick-up. On Dec 23 at around 11am I was able to find a ride to the airport, so I called customer service to verify I could still cancel and they confirmed I could. I immediately cancelled via internet b/c I wanted to have a written record but did not get confirmation until 7:16pm-see email bellow-. I have tried to get my refund of $37 but they claimed I cancelled at 1pm/outside of the cancelation period. This is not true. I cancelled around 11am. I tried to get documentation to proof my point but 24-7 has made it impossible. The customer is not able to track past cancellation on the website (you get an error msg when you try) making it impossible for the customer to proof he/she canceled within the allowed time. I did cancel at around 11am making it 26 hours before departure, and within the allowed time. Their records that I canceled are incorrect. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! 24-7 Ride is not a professional company. Even though they confirm your pickup, you WILL be left standing at the airport with NO ride. You will receive NO phone call, NO text message, NO email, NOTHING. They will never admit they cancelled your reservation, they will promise to refund your money in an appropriate amount of time which will not occur, they are completely terrible. STAY AWAY!!

Left stranded at LAX after having reserved a car two weeks in advance to take us home after a trip. No show by driver, called company was told driver had car trouble and they were canceling my reservation and leaving us stranded.

Review: On Thursday June 11th 2015 I had an airport transfer booked with 247 Ride from LAX to my hotel in Santa Monica. The booking was for 11pm. I had paid online in full prior to the day. I was stood up by the driver and refused refund from the Company. I tried calling the driver at 11:15pm as this was when I got reception from getting off the plane. The driver would not pick up my calls. I attempted to call him 14 times with no answer. The driver texted me at 11:30 and said he was driving and that I was a no show. The Company told me I was considered a no show because contact was made after 30 minutes. But I had tried calling for 15 minutes before he texted me and he would not answer. I believe he waited till 11:30 to text me so he could show his company but he didn't show the attempted calls I had made. The company's policy in my confirmation email was that the driver would wait 45 minutes from the booking time for international flights. I had flown in from Mexico. I have been emailing with this company for the last month and they are not listening to any of my arguments. They simply refuse to refund me.Desired Settlement: Refund of USD $50.50 for a transfer that was not provided. I had to wait around calling for 45 minutes trying to resolve the matter and then had to pay for a taxi.
