As other reviews have noted, cancelling the subscription is next to impossible. Also, once you pay the initial $12 or $13 a month, you have to pay an additional $11 to actually read the articles. Bait and switch, yes.
The company makes it impossible to cancel your account.
I have tried to reach them for over an hour to cancel my account. You are unable to cancel online and must call their customer support. There is no call back or voicemail. After 15 minutes your call is ended with no resolution. They also don't reply to your customer support emails.
I want my account cancelled.

After I filed my complaint, I tried one more time to contact the company. Someone finally answered and they offered to extend my account until 1 April 2018. I accepted these terms. After my complaint was received, the company terminated my account and sent an email. I replied that I was able to reach someone by phone and they extended my account. I was informed that my account was cancelled in response to my complaint (I understand and agree that they were doing what was requested given the information they had). I replied to the email and stated that my account had been extended to 1 April. They asked if I wanted the account reopened with the new date and I said yes. My account was reopened with a renewal date of 1 April 2018. I am happy with the response by the company. I just wish they had a better system for reaching their customer service.
