Placed an order with Designs online using a Groupon vouches I had purchased in May of Order status online said delivered to nearby USPSI went to the Post Office and they didn't have the package, it was returned to DesignsI then emailed the support team at Designs in June, July and every week since July 27th until this past Monday, August 15th to never receive a response

This business has demonstrated extremely poor and unsatisfactory customary serviceI ordered an item through this company, which was advertised as taking 10-business days from the date of when my order was placed to produceHowever, it is three weeks later (business days), and the item still has not shipped
I tried to contact this business on three separate occasions regarding the status of my order prior to this pointThe first attempt was made via email on Feb 15th (11th business day after my order was placed) and received an automated response stating a customer service representative would respond to me via email in 1-business daysTwo business days later and after I did not receive a response, I wrote a second email again on Feb 17th (13th business day after my order was placed)One business day later (after not receiving a response to either email), I wrote a message on the company's *** page hoping this would lead to some responseUnfortunately, I did not

I ordered a stamp from this company in March I received the item almost a MONTH later and the personalization was incorrect I can not find a phone number anywhere to contact them, so I contacted them via their email address as prompted in my confirmation email I emailed them the same day I received the product with a copy of the order confirmation showing the personalization that was requested as well as a photo of what I received, this was on March 24th I emailed them again on March 30th when I hadn't received a reply On April 6th I finally received a reply stating they were mailing a new corrected plate to go in the stamp I immediately replied and asked if I'd receive a confirmation or tracking number when shippreply I emailed them AGAIN about a week areply I STILL have not received the corrected stamp It has now been over months since my original order, over a month since they claimed they would fix it and NOTHING!
