At this time, I have been contacted directly by 2K Furniture Designs LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: They refuse to give me a refund even though the product I received was broken I have explained the reason I didn't respond to them within their timeframe of hours, but that was not acceptable to them I have asked them to do what is right (ethically) for the customer, but they keep saying they need to follow the policy They are unwilling to listen to my situation They keep hanging up on me, and when I talk to the same man on the phone, he keeps telling me his name is something different every time I talk to him I know it is the same person In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Hi,Please note that we have already sold more than thousands bed frames of this and we have never had such a complaint, the only time that this type could happen is only if the bed frame was not assembled correctlyWe don't offer any type of warranty for this item.If you do need any further help you may reach us by telephone at [redacted] .Thank you 2k Furniture Designs

Hi,Her is story from our side.Customer has seeking a refund instead of a replacement as per our posted return policy we offer free replacement parts for an item that has been received defective and if the customer wants to have the item refunded they will have to pay for the return shipping costs
(please note that the customer has signed on the *** Tracking Number that the order was delivered in perfect condition)We have told the customer more than a dozen times that we aren't able to have the order refunded and we are ready to replace the parts for free or she could have the parts replaced for freeWe even offered a discount to keep the item the way it is and she had it rejected.Today the customer called us back and told us that the she opened A Revdex.com claim cause she lives in Taxes and she has suffered from the Hurricane and she is looking to get some money to get her house rebuildAs part of our kindness to our customer we have already processed a complete refund in addition we offered her a deep discount for any new furniture she will need to buy.Let me know if you need any more information.Thanks for your help
