At this time, I have been contacted directly by 2K Furniture Designs LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
They refuse to give me a refund even though the product I received was broken.  I have explained the reason I didn't respond to them within their timeframe of 72 hours, but that was not acceptable to them.  I have asked them to do what is right (ethically) for the customer, but they keep saying they need to follow the policy.  They are unwilling to listen to my situation.  They keep hanging up on me, and when I talk to the same man on the phone, he keeps telling me his name is something different every time I talk to him.  I know it is the same person.

Review: I purchased a bed from them, Febuary **, 2015. Recieved on March *, 2015. One the support rails were the wrong length and I couldn't put my bed together. I contacted them several times through email. They will tell me to call and they always have to talk to another department which never calls me back.

Every time that I call them I get the run around, they say that they will resolve the matter but nothing has been done thus far.Desired Settlement: I would like to either get the piece I need for the bed or a replacment of equal value

Review: I ordered a bunk bed with trundle from the company, it was a 10 day shipping order, it took over 30 days to receive my full order, they sent me 2 trundles instead of the bunk bed and trundle, when I complained they took another 2 weeks to send me a bunk bed I then realized they sent me the wrong bunk bed and I could have got the bed at [redacted] for half the price, so false advertisement there, when I contacted them I asked for a partial refund of 25% they agreed, then said they could only do $50.00 then it was we are allowed to do $45.00 then $75.00 but that's for one day only! I asked, better yet almost begged for a full refund of my $499.00 as I can go elsewhere and have a better bed, they ignored me for 2 weeks and when I contacted them again I was told best regards.Desired Settlement: I either want 40% of my order back now for all the trouble I've gone through for the past 3 months or 100% with paid shipping for the item that I will be sending back.

Review: I ordered a bed online through [redacted] from this company. The bed arrived extremely damaged. I contacted the seller and they only wanted to refund me $60 of the $500 that I had spent. I filed a claim through Paypal and they resolved the issue for me ALTHOUGH I was still out over $200 of shipping. The company should have paid for all of it since it was damaged and glued back together before they even sent the product out. It was very unsafe to put children on. The company would not help, nor budge with a refund. I am absolutely disgusted with these people.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund of my shipping cost back to them. There is NO reason why I should be out any money when the item I received was so damaged.

Please note that as per our return policy we don't offer free returns if the item is damaged we will be more than happy to send replacement parts and if the customer once h e may return it but we will not pay for the return shipping charges the customer will be responsible for it.

Review: I ordered a console from 2k furniture it arrived damaged and unrepairable. I sent pictures of the damaged product to the company and they refused money back, instead they sent a different console. This console also came damaged and again I sent pictures of the damage. 2K furniture again refused to give my money back instead they sent a replacement part for the damaged piece. The replacement part came and it was damaged, the wood was clearly different color than the holes from the replacement part doesn't even come close to lining up with the side panels. I have been more than patient with this company and I am tired of receiving damaged and poorly made furniture. Can you please help me in this matterDesired Settlement: I would like to have my money refunded. I do not feel I should have to pay for poorly made furniture or continuously waiting to receive damaged furniture.

Review: When my order first arrived it was missing a component that I was able to easily replace with the seller. However after less than 2 weeks after purchase the middle "support" frame to the bed collapsed. The support beams are poorly made and of terrible quality which is why they cannot give the frame the support it needs. I have been contacting this seller quite diligently attempting to solve the problem and have been given every runaround in the book. I refuse to continue to have to sleep on a bed that is completely caved in and does not have enough stability to support people as that is a primary and necessary function of ALL beds. They keep claiming that the manufacturer will only deal with them and refuse to release any information regarding the alleged claim filed with them or who the bed is made by.This seller has offered me everything from replacement to repair and has followed through on no part. Had I known this company had so many complaints for shady service and deals I would have definitely ordered from elsewhere. This whole process has been nothing but a headache since I initially ordered the piece.Desired Settlement: At this point I have been requesting assistance since July and it is now October. This seller has shown that they have no intentions of replacement or repair and at this time I am requesting a refund of $200 which is the quoted price from the furniture repair that 2K gave me contact information regarding the repair of the broken piece. For once, they need to stand by their word and consistent claims that they are open to resolving this dispute.

Review: The company delivered a defective part for the bed I ordered and when I called they said they wouldn't replace the one part. When I called again, they told me that they would replace the part and call me back when said part had arrived in stock. I never received a call back, and they refuse to give me a refund or replacement. I have now had a broken bed since I have ordered it, and no one will replace the broken piece.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement of the bed that I ordered or just a replacement of the broken part of the bed.

FYI Please note that by the time she has requested the parts we were out of stock of this item so there were no way how could send here the replacement parts. (We asked to call back our offices in 8 weeks when we are receiving the new shipment so we could send here out the parts that was received with a problem)Also as per our return pol icy all items that are received damaged must be notified to our off ices within 72 hours of receiving the items and this order was delivered to the customer on 5/**/2013 and the first time she called our offices was on 6/*/2013 which is after the 72 hours.

Review: I've posted detail on [redacted] where purchased. The base of a recliner chair collapsed while sitting. it was a shoddy weld and material...fortunately I was only startled when I landed on floor and not injured. Nonetheless the company refused to repair, refund, replace part or anything to provide resolution. Please warn others and ideally stop the co from selling dangerous products.Desired Settlement: initially I thought replacement part would be appropriate but after reviewing other complaints. Review: On February **, 2015 I purchase a queen truffled bed and ottoman from [redacted]. The ottoman never came I spent 627.00 for something defective the bed has defective parts. I spoke with Joe several Time he makes excuse after excuse and has done nothing to correct this problem. he said someone was will call me and suppose to pick bed up but still nothing came yet. I was charged $119.00 for shipping and handling and they are right in the Bronx same city n burough.. I just want my money back.. I am very displease with the product

Review: This company sent out a DEFECTIVE item. The one side of the Trundle Bed Frame ( Angel Iron "L" bracket ) was received BENT !

I have tried several attempts to resolve the issue for a replacement of the damaged bed frame in speaking to "[redacted]" in their Customer Service Department, who only pushes the issue off in stating " He will check into what the company can do about replacing the damaged item and call me back in 2 days", but never did ! Then when contacted again, he states, "I will follow up on it and call you back by the end of the week !" AGAIN ….. NEVER DOING SO !

The Bed Frame was received DAMAGED ! After checking the Revdex.com Website, I find that this is a common complaint from other customers of theirs. This company mis represents their product, sends out damaged merchandise, and does NOT RESPOND to their Customers complaints that they have cheated with their product !Desired Settlement: either a REPLACEMENT Bed Frame ….. OR ….. A FULL REFUND !

Review: I saw this company on [redacted] and also notice that it was located in the Bronx as well as myself. I place the order over the phone with joe. I did this because I didn't want my items shipped through fedex. I paid 50$ for shipping from his company to my house. I was promised that I would get delivery on 2/**/2016. I placed the order 2/**/2016. I've been calling this company all day and they are closed. There no one available to give me any answers about my deliveryDesired Settlement: I would like a refund if I don't receive my order by 2/**/2016. This business is not open on Saturday or Sunday
