I am rejecting this response because:The information contained is not accurate. The requirement from the state is that the student spend 60 hours on the course. There are no timers required at all. I just finished a course in 60.5 hours and passed all the tests and final exam with no timer.Again there is no requirement from the State of ** that there be a timer in place. The timers you have in place make your product cumbersome and not user friendly. I was also told the business was rolling out a new "platform" presumably because the current product is inferior.
