I am rejecting this response because:not only is the information provided in the response false, but a representative from Home Warranty called me several days ago trying to bribe me with a $gift cardWhen my husband told them we would not accept the bribe, he acted offended that we called it a bribeWe then explained that a definition of a bribe is when you give money or something in exchange for doing something you don't want to doIn this situation, a $gift card in exchange for telling the Revdex.com that the complaint was resolvedAfter such terrible service, deceptive selling, bad coverage, and all of the out of pocket spending we had to do, $is insultingWe also asked for a copy of the recording between myself and the sales person and we were told noIf they are so sure that their sales person said the correct thing, why won't they share it?? Additionally, what sales person is not trained on their competition?? At the end of the day we learned a hard lesson and will be cancelling this contract as soon as we are ableIf this complaint helps other customers choose a different company, it was worth itThey do not deserve to be in business if they are making money by swindling people.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is in progress. The original amount that they offered was not sufficient. They have contacted me today and offered a more acceptable amount. Please note that the money has not been received yet. V/R[redacted]
I have personally reached out and I have spoken with the customer regarding this complaint. I informed the customer that 365 issued a refund check, check # [redacted], back on July 1st. After holding briefly on the phone, the customer then indicated that he had the check and that he must have...
misplaced it. As far as 365 is concerned, this issue was resolved long before this complaint was submitted to the Revdex.com.
I am rejecting this response because:I believe they are still wrong for there actions, and blaming their third party. I feel like they are trying to brush me off with a 25 dollar gift card. That's so unexceptable. They are the brand that I paid and they should be responsible. They still give false advertising. I think as a company they should make better efforts in satisfying there customers. I still don't want this to happen to others.
While your complaint was caused by an entity other than 365 Home Warranty, we still apologize that you have had this experience with the plan Administrator and Obligor. We recommend that you contact TMI Solutions and request that they refund your service call fee since no service was...
rendered. Please feel free to contact me at your convenience and let me know how I can be of further assistance to you.

Upon receiving this complaint, 365 reached out to this customer. The customer stated that he has not received the check issued on July 15th. 365 is...
placing a stop payment on the check previously issued to the customer, and is issuing a new check immediately. However, the customer indicated that he is not satisfied because he has not received the portion due to him from the plan Administrator and Obligor. We regret that we cannot refund this customer the full amount of what he paid. The remaining balance must be refunded by the plan Administrator and Obligor as ordered by the [redacted] Real Estate Commission.
Dear [redacted], The reason why your account was cancelled was because you missed two consecutive payments. However, 365 values your business and would like to reinstate your account to good standing and resolve this complaint to your satisfaction. To that end, we have attempted to...

Company issued a refund as requested.
Dear Mr. [redacted], I again apologize for the billing error that occurred and for the confusion that ensued. Best regards, [redacted] President 365 Home Warranty
Dear Ms. [redacted], I apologize that you experienced some trouble calling in a request for service. It seems likely that you may have inadvertently called the claims number that was listed on the previous contract you had purchased through 365. A review of our records reveals that a...

Dear [redacted], Thank you for being a valued 365 customer. We appreciate your continued business. You are correct in stating that your air conditioning system is a covered system under your plan. However, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the plan there are failures that are...
excluded from coverage such as rust and corrosion. It is unfortunate that in this instance it was determined that your AC Unit cannot be covered because the failure was due to rust and corrosion. Please note that 365 does not adjudicate claims. This was the determination made by the Third Party Claims Administrator. If you feel that this determination was made in error, we are happy to look into it and we will make sure the matter is thoroughly investigated. I can totally understand the frustration that sets in when you're told that your issue is not going to be covered but this specific exclusion for failures resulting from rust and corrosion is not out of the ordinary and is in line with industry norms. Furthermore, if our plans did not contain the exclusion for failures resulting from rust and corrosion, our plans would need to be priced significantly higher which would hinder our ability to continue offering the plans at the price points we feel offer the best value. Please feel free to contact my office directly if you wish to discuss this matter further or to address any other concerns. Sincerely yours, Harry J. I am rejecting this response because: 1) I have not received any email or any phone call (or voice mail) regarding the cancelation of the policy until this September when I tried to make a claim. The business should show me the email or call log if an attempt to contact me was really made. When was the email sent to me, when was a phone call ever made? I insist that business canceled my plan without any notification.2) The business stated that they issued a check to me; but it evaded the important fact: the check was not in correct amount. My plan was supposed to cover November 2014-Novermber 2015; so if the warranty was already canceled in February 15 the prorated reimbursement should be $411.75 and not $290.16.
