I am rejecting this response because: I dealt with them in good faith. They failed to tell me of the damage when I originally ordered the part. That is my main question. It is up to me then to buy or not to buy. They intentionally kept the damage from me.

I am rejecting this response because:If Mr. Moore wants to get into a pissing contest, he's got one. What possible reason do I have to make up this stuff? If the part was functional, and I took it to an [redacted] dealer, then everyone would be happy now. I'd have a headlight on my car and we would not be sending nasty notes back and forth on this site. I don't see in his letter any denial that he FORGED my initials on the Credit Card Authorization form. If anyone wants to see the original form that I left un- initialed and the copy of what he sent to [redacted] which is initialed 8 times incorrectly ( my initials are **, not **), I would gladly provide such.Finally, this is not unique to me. Anyone at Revdex.com or anyone reading this complaint need only read the [redacted] reviews and the other online reviews for 4 Auto Parts. Sending broken parts and then refusing to provide anything resembling customer service to rectify the issue is a clear pattern of behavior of 4 Auto Parts. Don't take my word for it - just look it up yourself. This guy is a creep and the most unethical businessman I have ever encountered.Why on earth would multiple people from around the country have the same ad story with the same business.Revdex.com - you can continue to ask for responses. I will continue to give them, but what are you going to do to protect consumers? The guy you are dealing with is a pathological liar and a thief.
