We called this company to handle a problem we were having - total thieves, what we told was going to be $turned into costing over $and we found out that they did not even do the job that was asked of themTotal rip off They also ask for payment in cash, they cannot accept cheque, they said if I pay cash, no tax I told them I dont have that kind of cash and offered to pay by credit card which they accepted after they had o alternative

Very bad company I call for complain about my service and man start argue with and tell go back to ur country with a thick Indian guayana excent and hung up . So I call back and he's very nasty with me and no one likes you here .I really think this man need help .dont do business with this company they tell different and when they bill you is different price .not a honest company and people work there unprofessional .

Review: I first called this company 8/**/2015 because I has a sewer blockage. The technician came and snaked the sewer one way and stated it was now good. On 8/**/2015 the same issue happened. I called and they sent a technician to remedy it. The technician said he cleared the trap and that can regularly happen after being snaked. Today on 8/**/2015 same problem happened but this time the sewer cap popped off due to it not being put back on properly and caused flooding. I called again and the manager Sam told me all the problems were my fault and I would have to pay again for service. That my "warrenty" only covered the first technician. He told me since I did not use the service yearly it is my fault it is backing up and my fault the sewer cap came off. He was so rude and condescending. I told him his technicians did not fix any problems and made them worse. His response to me was "[redacted]". I now have to get a plumber to fix the problems they caused as well as cleaning up sewage water from this company's "work".Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded the initial payment for services not rendered as well as reimbursement of the plumbers fees for fixing this company's mess.

Review: On August [redacted] 2014 I called 4994 Sewer Svc to our home to clear our sewer line. The bathroom floor in the basement had water around the toilet bowl and some appearance of back up in the shower area. Usually when that happens, it's a sign that the lines are getting clogged. We have had this problem before, so we always pay particular attention to any appearance of water on the bathroom floor. I called to have the drains cleared in order to prevent an emergency call later on. The technician came and was told the issue. He then proceeded to the trap where he applied the cable and within 5 minutes he was calling to his office to complain that he had a small work area and his cable was stuck and needed someone to assist him in getting his 30 feet of cable out. Meanwhile, there were no indication that he had pulled anything out of the pipe that would have indicated a blockage. His supervisor came and confirmed that the cable was stuck and there was nothing they can do. After communicating with their office, they decided to cut the cable which is now sitting in the sewer line and causing back up and flooding in our basement. We now have limited use of water throughout the house as well as causinga HEALTH HARZARD in our home. The owner of the company have told us, that we need to call a plumbing company to excavate and replace pipe, at which point he is going to get his cable. At this present moment I do not have the resources to undertake a project of this magnitude.Desired Settlement: I would like 4999 Sewer Service to come back and remove their cable from our pipe, or whatever they need to do so we can resume proper use of our facility.

Review: I have used and recommended this company in the past and found them to be somewhat reliable. On 5/*/2015 we called them and a technician named [redacted] showed up. My son helped him downstairs to the basement to clear out a clogged main drain. After snaking the line a few times he claimed that the clog is very severe and that we needed to have the line blown out for an additional charge. He then tried draining some water from the main using his shopvac and my shopvac hose. After all of this showmanship he again states that he cannot get the line cleared and packed up. That's when I noticed his line had only 1 blade on it and I have been through this numerous times to know that using 1 blade causes damage to the line. He stated it wasn't his equipment but said the other guy will be there the next day. He then tried to charge me not only the service fee of 50 but an additional $2 for tools and toll fee.....he used my hose and he came from flushing! Once I refused to pay for that he wrapped up his stuff and left leaving raw sewage all over the basement floor.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund.

Review: Business in question was contacted on September **, 2013 to diagnose issue of rainwater flooding our home basement. Employee determined that a build-up of blockage in drainage pipes was the source of the problem and accordingly charged USD $110.87, with a 30 day guarantee of the service performed. However, the service performed did not remedy the original problem. In an attempt to properly address the issue, we called again on October *, 2013 to request proper service only to discover that we were being charged a second time despite the receipt's claim that all services were guaranteed for 30 days. Customer support was contacted to attempt to negotiate a compromise only to be greeted with an extremely rude and unprofessional dispatcher who cursed us out and hanged up on us.Desired Settlement: As specified above, we wish for the corrct job to be performed without being unfairly charged a second time due to the fact that we were originally charged for the incorrect service that did not address the issue of rainwater flooding our basement. If this settlement cannot be fulfilled, we ask to be refunded (if possible) for the original service and to have this business blacklisted or flagged in an appropriate manner.

Review: after being led on to believe that they were going to show up within an hour or two,plumber shows up 5 hours later

ant after trying to unclog drain he tells me that he has to do extra work and the fee now will become $175

after me arguing the point and the advertised price of $49.99 and refusing to pay any extra,he the plumber,takes the collected dirty ,filthy drain water and dumps it down the second flight of stairs and runs out the house like a bat out of hell, leaving me with 15 steps full of muck and dirty water with a stench like I never smelled before

we tried to get some help from the company but they just turned a deaf ear....so after wasting my whole day with a clogged drain I ended up with the same problem except that now I had steps to clean,,,what a lousy way to run a business this is all well documented with phone records and pictures that will be provided if need beDesired Settlement: to keep a time frame as to your wait time , not to falsely advertise $ 49.99 for ANY DRAIN ,to hire mature and responsible people ...and to compensate me for my wasted day and the awful mess I had to clean up !!!!!!!

Review: I called them on 12/*/2014 due to a slower draining toilet. the employee used a metal augured to snake my toilet which caused scratches in my bowl. they then tried to force me to sign a waiver of rights on their service form, which I refused to do.Desired Settlement: if the scratches do not come out I want my toilet bowl replaced.

Review: They did not fully execute the job they were to complete. When asked if they could send someone out to fix the problem, they said no because the check did not clear. They also began to accuse us of saying that we blackmailed the service guy by forcing him to accept a check. He began using profanity on the phone and then hung up on me and my grandmother.Desired Settlement: I want them OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!!! They are NOT PROFESSIONAL AND NO SHOULD BE HARMED AND STRESSED BY THIS CROOKED BUSINESS.

Review: They advertise 49.99 when they get here it's already doubled and then when you refuse the service because it's doubled and they didn't tell you those info in the phone call when you booked them, they try to charge a service charge of 27.00.Desired Settlement: They shouldn't charge us 27.00 for service charge because of false advertisement.
