I have read the response however I am not sure as to an outcome. I assumed I was going through 5k loans and printed off the loan agreement. I was scammed but how am I to be reimbursed for what has happened to me? What is a possible resolution to this other than an "Im sorry"? What actions will be taken against these people that provided all the information to me?

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

When I asked the person on the telephone "representing" 5kloan for their address in New York, they gave me the address that is on record with the Revdex.com.  The Revdex.com has 5kloan rated as an "f" and I am assuming there is a reason for that.  I did understand that they could possibly share my information with another lender, however, I would expect a business to know exactly who it is they are sharing my personal information with i.e. telephone number, social security number etc.  It did not state that they would be sending my information to "scammers", I expected it would be a reputable company.  Isn't that what a reputable company would do, make sure they know who they are doing business with.
Furthermore, I am not the only person who has written a letter to complain to the Revdex.com and 5kloan's response is always the same, we have no idea who is doing this and will try and track them down.  Basically, they have no idea who they released my (and who knows how may others) personal information to.  Unacceptable.
I feel in this situation 5kloan is taking no responsbility for their actions and have acted in a less than responsible manner to consumers who go to them for a loan.  Sending out personal information when identity theft is so prevelant in this day and age is irresponsible and unprofessional and a detriment to the consumer.
Lesson learned, stick with businesses rated "A" by the Revdex.com.
Regards,

Re: Consumer Complaint [redacted]

Dear [redacted]:

We are in receipt of your Notice

of December *, 2013, regarding phone calls you have received from individuals

claiming to represent 5kloans.com.

5kloans operates a

payday-loan search engine, whereby we attempt to match loan applicants with one

of many lender-partners. The loan search process is clearly explained on

our sites, including www.5kloans.com. When a consumer completes an application for a

payday loan through 5kloans, the consumer’s information is transmitted to 5kloans’s

lender-partners for evaluation and purchase.

Additionally, 5kloans does not make or authorize any charges to an applicant’s

bank account. Furthermore, 5kloans does NOT contact consumers asking for

personal information, nor does it attempt to collect money from

consumers. It seems the consumers are being contacted as part of a

broader scam under the pretext of originating from 5kloans. Those

contacting the consumers directly do NOT represent 5kloans in any way.

We are looking into the fraudulent

use of our product/site names in this manner and will pursue legal action if

necessary. We are also updating our sites to educate and alert consumers

to this type of scam.

5kloans regrets any inconvenience

these consumers may have experienced, and we sincerely hope that the above

information and actions are a satisfactory resolution for the consumers in

question as well as the Revdex.com.
