After further review there was a two year warranty applied to his project. Although after careful examination we have determined Mr. [redacted]'s complaints to not fall within the warranty. We do not cover vegetation growth. Or drainage lesson 1.5%  and at this time I am not concerned about the structural integrity of the asphalt it seems to be wearing an aging as usual.   We would recommend the driveway to be sealed as a steady maintenance plan every 3 to 5 years. Although that is not a free service. Mr. [redacted] will have to pay for that. At this time we are very busy if he would like to have this service performed I may be able to give him a recommendation for another company seal it.

We initially were busy and could not get over there right away. But the customer was told on 7/17/17 that even though the warranty has expired we would come out and repair work on driveway. But the customer told us not to come. He is not interested in having a repair and that's the reason this have...

gone on so long. The customer told me he would like a refund. Because he found out that the street crew would pave his driveway for free as they come though doing the street. In know way does this  constitute a refund. At this point I believe we've done all we can.
