Good Morning ***,I was not able to add any further information at this time on the Revdex.com's websiteI included a receipt for his postage I just printed with his tracking # on itHere is a link to his tracking to make it easy for youPlease keep in mind a couple things, #our mail get's picked up
around 10am, and #that it is the USPS and not the UPS, so they are not required to scan the tracking until the facility before the delivery addressHowever I would say a good 90% of the time they scan it by the closing business day.Thank-you and let me know if there's anything else I may do to assist with this. Order was placed days ago and the otder shipped days agoCusyomer can login in at anytime by clicking the order status that is located on every single pageShipping and returns link that is located on every single page ad well states it can take up to days for shipping in the exyreme case

Order was placed on the 13th which barely makes a week and a half ago*** paid for first class shipping which is what she received and that can take anywhere from a few days up to several Thank-you

As *** had stated we responded immediately to her inquiryWhen she asked to cancel the order and refund we did soHere is a PDF print out of her treansaction date and the refund date that occured on the 24th of this monthWhen the refund was issued PayPal, her choice of credit card

Hello,   My apologies Revdex.com but this was has me SMF as the kids text. A screenshot is attached with her full order details, so please don't post it publicly, but you can see the straight lie about the 1) order date and that is not a miss day or two, but a lie, 2) $5 credit? NOPE a lie again,...

only me here and I have our full conversation if needed, 2.a) replied to initial email and followup email immediately, gave her the expected delivery date of this week. 3) shipping and returns page link is located on every single page which gives the eta on everything this was all done and can be verified, 4) filed the PayPal complaint on day 6 and replied to it immediately.   If tracking shows not delivered by Saturday night I will followup on this complain, otherwise not coming back to this one as I have honest customers to attend to. Thank-you
