I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  This resolution is not satisfactory to me, but I see I have no option but to accept it, as the company is obviously unwilling to work with me for a reasonable solution.  8bitthis.com's business practices are unprofessional and inefficient; their customer service is severely lacking.  I can only hope future customers may have better experiences, but if this is the company's standard, I see nothing but more complaints.

Good Day, I love be awoken to your emails.... lol. Screenshot are included of his refund. Email was sent immediately after payment by PayPal and BigCommerce automated system. Another one was sent through the system by me alerting of the awaiting shipment status. Phone is in service and has never been out of service. Our contact page has all of our contact information and our hours of operation. which is 3rd shift hours. Contact page also states the best method of contact is by email due to our hours of operation and I personally answer them every day between 3am - 5am. Full shipping information is not only on it's own page, but also in a tab on ever product page so the customer do not miss it. If you use a mobile phone our contact info and link is at the very bottom of every page and stands out. PDFs of refund has been included. Thanks
