The lien that was placed on The property is for $which is the amount agreed to my [redacted] herselfAfter giving the [redacted] + years to pay the balance owed we as a company did what we were advised by our AttorneysAs well as we are preparing a legal suit We have been in business for years, if we were fraudulent than that would have been seen by nowHave many happy customers - Of course ones who do not want to pay , would clearly be unhappy and for that I am sorry The contracts signed by the client both state that they are stating an emergency exist for us to begin the work, and that we are not responsible for mold or mold spores If there had been a mold problem , A-Restoration was never told of such by customer - I would assume considering once the mold issue was found customer was in default of account We will begin suit for funds owed March 5th if an agreement hasn't been reached
A-Restoration has been a great company to work with They were very helpful with any paperwork that needed to be filled out Our representative *** *** was very attentive to all our needs and responsive when we had questions I would highly recommend them to anyone
A-Restoration just completed a complete re-roofing project and replaced windows on my lake home on Gull Lake I had family coming on Friday and they finished the work by Thursday evening as promised Everyone I worked with was very responsive and willing to listen to my needs; I would be happy to recommend this company
I was very happy with my experienceI had *** windows from the early 90's and they were starting to turn black and rot out The crew from A-rider all new window sashes, stained them to match my original trim, and installedI can already tell the difference in energy savings not that the weather is getting cold! My mother and I were extremely satisfied with A-1 Restoration and the roofing project they recently completed for us. From the initial conversations through the sales process, all questions and concerns regarding roofing materials and installation were addressed clearly and thoroughly. During each phase of the project, the people we dealt with were very professional and easy to work with. They came when they were scheduled and did the job within the time frame they established. A-1 Restoration exceeded our expectations and we would do business with them again.
The lien has been removed and [redacted] and I had discussed , it dose take a bit of time once the lien has been filed , as there is quite a bit of paperwork involved.
I am not sure what you mean income tax? When we spoke it was simply in regards to lien removal?...
My roof starting leaking this spring and I was referred to A-1 Restoration by a neighbor. Their price was fair and the job went smooth and as planned. Thank you!
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. $2500 was never agreed upon. All communication from this company including an email from the general manager stating they would accept $500 have been retained $250 of which was already paid and the remainder left unpaid due to the effects of this company's services to my property. This company is engaging in extortion and fraud and we will not be another of their victims. As for the "many happy customers'" I see other complaints on Revdex.com regarding this company and have also seen negative reviews in line with my complaints online further lending credence to my complaint. Ohio revised code 1311.06 outlines that a lien must be filed within 60 days from date of last work. So as this response so nicely verifies, it has been 3 years since worked was performed and therefore this lien is void. My next steps will be to notify local media outlets of this consumer complait and the criminal actions of this company.

The only thing that still bothered about their service is that fact that they do not answer their phones, nor do they return calls when you leave a message.

Thank you to A-1 Restoration for dealing with my horrible, HORRIBLE insurance company for the last 21 months. Without you guys we never would of had the patience to get this done. Your crews were wonderful to work with and the end result is beyond what we expected!
